I want to try some freeform kenjutsu, tai and chakra nature whatever.

No jutsu.

Normal rules.

Mid range.

The location is a sandy beach.

I'll use my Mangetsu bio, holding a katana and with hiramekarei on his back just incase.

Yosamu glances at the peculiar looking man shifting his toes in the sand. As he got closer he could see this man resembled a fish, no wonder he was on the beach.. The look of hostility was humane though, and right then and there Yosamu knew a fight was imminent. He drew his shinobigatana from his back and held it in reverse grip style.

Then he performed a low swinging kick aimed at the man's ankles followed by an agile vertical flip bringing down his arm and sword in a straight line aiming at the chest area.

Holding his own sword out to threaten his opponent, Mangetsu hops back, avoiding the sweep and taking up a sword fighting stance with the right foot forward. Mangetsu steps backwards while raising his sword up and forward into the air at an angle with the tip to the right meeting Yosamu's blade. Having stopped the strike, Mangetsu goes around the opponent's blade to strike from the left at the right side of Yosamu's body with a downward stroke. While executing the cut Mangetsu makes a half step forward putting more force into the strike.

As the man avoided the sweep kick Yosamu saw him parry his sword strike and attempted a blind side attack. Unfortunately for him, Yosamu was a Kenjutsu specialist. After he attack was parried and the unmistakable sound of steel on steel rang through the air he raised his left forearm, which was covered in a metallic scabbard of the anbu gear and parried the man's strike. Then, holding his sword firmly he made a devastating thrust forward while exhaling, putting precise power into the blow. Aimed at impaling the man at the abdomen area it would prove fatal if unblocked.

I want to go ahead and try using hiramekarei.

Following through from his attack, Mangetsu pulls his sword back and down off of Yosamu's guard. He then pulls it up again to smack the blade to the side. Mangetsu takes a step back and decides to cast away the katana and pulls out hiramekarei. He releases chakra from it making the bandages slide off as he takes the sword, holding both handles and takes a large step forward making a horizontal cut from left to right with a large arc. Mangetsu lets go with the left hand near the end of the swing.

As Yosamu saw the man parry and dash back he did also. Then, to his surprise the man discarded his regular katana and unwrapped a beastly looking sword. As the man took two heavy horizontal swings Yosamu who was already out simple took couple more steps back and allowed the man to finish. He then changed his grip to two handed style and taunted the man with the peculiar sword to attack..

Mangetsu takes two quick steps forward, charging up hiramekarei to make the dense chakra around it form into an even larger blade. He pulls it forward to make another large swing from right to left.
