Kuroh Valentine stands mid-range from who it seems to be his opponent "I guess you want to fight, so I'll go ahead and make the first move" he says looking at his opponent in the eyes. So without wasting any time he summons a shuriken which he holds with his left hand. He then proceeds to place his right hand on the shuriken and sends some chakra into it which would increase the cutting power of the shuriken. So once that has been done, he proceeds to throw the wind-infused shuriken towards Law and aimed at his waist.

Without even responding the "man" throws a shuriken infused with wind chakra at Law.
Law smiles as he can tell this man means bussines.Law forms a ram handseal and inhales as he kneads chakra inside his stomach releasing a giant blast of wind that catches the wind infused shuriken traveling towars Law demolishing the attack and carrying forward to the strange man.

Kuroh sees as his opponent releases a huge blast of wind towards him, he smiled. So taking advantage of the blast of wind Law released, Kuroh sends chakra into his mouth and starts to inhale the air. As this happens he starts to inhale the air from Law's blast plus Law himself. Once he inhales for a few seconds, Kuroh grabs a couple of paper bombs from his left pocket with his left hand and then exhales all of the air that he had inhaled and throws the paper bombs he had grabbed from his pocket into a large blast bullet of wind that should blast away Law into long range. As that happens, Kuroh performs just one hand seal and causes the paper bombs to explode this should cause Law some damage. "My name is none of your concern" Right after saying those words, Kuroh jumps high into the air and starts to spin rapidly. Whilst spinning he starts to release multiple weapons such as Kunais and shurikens. Since he is spinning, this weapons should reach everywhere around the area including long range. If Law gets hit by multiple weapons they would cut him and cause a lot of damage. Kuroh then lands back into the ground and gets on battling stance with his left foot in front of the right foot, his knees slightly bent and his upper body facing Law.

Law see's Kuroh releasing a wind jutsu from his mouth and quickly forms 2 hand seals releasing a meteor sized fireball that envelops the wind jutsu and takes it out.Law looked at the man leaping into the air and as he began to spin Law formed a single hand seal releasing a fast lightning jutsu that takes shape of a spear and directs it toward Kuroh who is still spinning.Kuroh manages to send a few kunai towards Law that enter short range which he counters by clapping his hands and releasing a powerfull gale knocking back the incoming kunai.

This, coupled with the sheer speed of the lightning, makes it a difficult technique to evade. This strong attack can be defended against by an equally strong attack of the same element such as Raikiri.
