With Lancer noticing his opponent, he gathers his fire chakra and stomps his foot on the ground, releasing three pillars of condensed fire, one is erect right below you, the other two on both sides of yourself. After the pillars are created, Lancer generates his lightning chakra outward to create a shadow clone made entirely of lightning chakra, the clone dashes at your location, mainly to kill you and put you out of your blazed misery. However, if countered, he would simply act to perform a punch to the face.

Why do I have this strange feeling that I know what you plan to do with that lightning clone? z_z
With a stomp of your foot, the ground beneath me suddenly started to heat up. In anticipation of a ground-based fire attack, I simply erected a blunt pillar of earth from underneath(slightly behind) me which would launch me forward. This enabled me to avoid the pillars of fire with ease.
Simultaneously, a pillar would rise from underneath you. This pillar is sharper in nature, and erupts between your legs, with the sole intention of ploughing through your male gonads. Needless to say, this doesn't actually kill, per say. In fact, this attack only serves to rob you of your manhood(or whatever is left of it), and cause you well, a great deal of discomfort.
