Upon walking into the abnormal large dojo, i notice Jack Frosty boi over on the opposing side. He wanted the fade. Turning towards you i begin by materializing an arrow composed of purely lightning chakra, i also follow up by adding fire chakra to the arrow; giving it it's full power before releasing it into the sky to arc down upon your position.*The arrow rips through the air at blistering speeds, locked on to your chakra signature in an attempt to chase you down, wrap around you and electrocute you in place. Meanwhile, as the arrow goes at you, i open 4, head sized portals around your head to completely block your vision of me and what I'm doing (passive portal making)

Description: The user holds out his left arm in front of him as if he is holding a bow and creates a lightning-drawn bow and draws back the right arm by his head, while creating a lightning bolt arrow. The bow and arrow are completely made of lightning. The user then adds a small bit of fire chakra to the bolt, increasing it's burning capabilities. The user then releases said arrow at the target. The bolt follows the enemy’s body heat (like a heat-sensing tracker). Once it has caught up to the body of the enemy, the bolts then begin to circle around the enemy's body in a spiraling fashion from the ankles up, wrapping the enemy up, and binding him, electrocuting him/her.

*Can only follow the enemy for one turn before being destroyed*

As Jio raises his arm and forms the bow and arrow, Jack assumes a sideways position and crouches down with his right shoulder tilted down a bit. He then holds his sword with both hands vertically in front of his left shoulder and behind his head whilst focusing his lightning chakra into it. Jack then swiftly releases his strength and throws his body towards the ground, appearing to fall. The hard fall will then create speed which is then shot forward by Jack using all of his strength to push off his back/left foot to create extreme acceleration. This sudden burst of speed catches Jio off guard as he would not be expecting Jack Frosty boi's lazy fall to turn into an extremely fast movement. Within a matter of a second, Jack would be within close range of Jio and deliver an upward slash across his chest from Jio's right side diagonally across to the top of his left shoulder.

As i create the lightning arrow in my hand, i keep my eyes on Jack, noticing an action coming from him. Suddenly Jack does a familiar action, one that I'd seen against Grimmjow on many occasions. He lazily threw himself to the ground, but as he's mid way down i simply aim my arrow at his "Falling" body and shoot the arrow at him at a downwards angle. At the same time as aiming the arrow at you, i also create 2 portals passively in your immediate area. One is created lying horizontally directly below you(3×3m), a mere millimeter above the surface of the, separating you from the ground and preventing contact. The other is created standing vertically in front of your legs, being about a foot and a half tall and a couple of feet wide. The portal in front of your legs acts as an obstacle which prevents you from running forwards while my arrow still comes in and destroys you.

I only assume my stance as you already have formed the arrow, so the fall would come as you launch the arrow but I never added that detail so...
Upon noticing Jio change the course of his actions as he would lower his arm to fire the arrow directly towards Jack, Jack shifts his left foot slightly on an angle in the midst of his fall forward and instead of accelerating straight forward, he accelerates diagonally towards the right of Jio. Thus evading the arrow and proceeding toward Jio's position, As Jack approaches Jio, he crosses his legs creating an unbalanced stance which would cause him to fall sideways and as he falls sideways he then pushes off the outside/left foot again creating an instantaneous movement across the front of Jio which proves almost impossible to follow. However, Jack wasn't inclined to kill one of his good friends, so...instead of slashing him across the chest, Jack simply punches Jio against the chest blowing him backwards slightly. The punch would do damage and cause a certain amount of pain but wouldn't render Jio unable to continue the battle.
Note: The diagonal launch would be around the left side of the portal at my feet from my standpoint, since its only two feet in width(You mentioned "couple" and that is exactly two), it wouldn't be impossible to evade it.

As you move, the arrow follows you, shocks you and kills you. I simply stand there and watch the electrocuting happen in front of me. 0_0
