Brad walks up on the scene, the wind was strong just like him, then he noticed his village comrade Bianki there infront of him looking slightly more annoyed than usual. He walked up to a medium range with his hands in his pocket he wondered how he should start the epic fight that was about to unfold. He decided to create an opening move.
Brad manipulated his chakra and formed 2 shadow clones whilst performing a hand sign forming a + summoning forth 2 shadow clones. The 2 shadow clones both began molding their Katon and Fuuton chakra his left shadow clone gathering his Katon chakra and his right gathering his Fuuton chakra both of them performed a series of hand signs and released 2 very strong jutsus simultaneously creating a devastating combo that launched towards Bianki.

Focusing her suiton chakra in her body, Bianki wave two hand seals and summon a vast body of water, the water appear around her quickly covering the area mid range from her position, bianki knowing the water in its normal state wouldn't be enough for the job ahead, reshape the water into a large crab, she situate the crab ahead of her, the crab move to strike down the fire and wind jutsu... Following up she open up her mouth and release more suiton chakra but with a different purpose, the chakra turn into thick mist as it immerse into the surrounding, Bianki use the mist to cloak her next action...
As the mist fill up the terrain, Bianki memorize Brad and his clones position, she wait until the mist had covered her up then she sped off a short distance to her right and quickly from her ninja pouch she draw out and place three kunais on her right hand and use her other palm to hide explosive tags in each kunai, recalling her drunken fiend location she shoot the kunais to hit the two clones and him on their leg (that is kunai for each individual), the explosive tag ignites once it hits the target and explodes...

The water used will be stationary till it is sent offensively toward the opponent and as long as the user fuels it and the technique isn't fully negated, the Tiger handseal can be sustained and the water manipulated and used. The technique can also be used from nearby water sources, including low rank water techniques, for the same effect. Due to the immense control needed, the technique is considered a highly advanced use of water release, requiring the user to possess a primary water specialty to use.
