Since you didn't choose the terrain, I'd say a plain grassy field with a water source. It seems you are an old and experienced RPer, will try to put up a good match.
The mask that always hid his face, Obito stood there, watching his opponent from that hole on his mask. I haven't seen you before, brat. Obito had traveled from Akatsuki's hideout till here, and he hoped that this shirtless brat would not be a disappointment in his eyes. He cracked his neck and slowly starts to focus Water chakra beneath the opponent. The gushing water below him would form a sphere of water which would restrict his movements, as well as not let him breathe. Having his opponent inside this orb of water, Obito starts kneading Lightning chakra and by manipulating it further creates a compressed lightning ball .He then tossed it forward with high speed towards the trapped enemy. Should the raiton hit, the contact with water would 'cause an even greater explosion.

Few moments later gray hears a sound below him, as he looks down he notices that water has started to rise upwards and will soon enough capture him, he quickly creates a giant tiger beside him and the rising water and as soon as the tiger is created it comes in contact with the rising water and freezes it half way, soon after gray notices a ball of lightning approaching towards him so he quickly breathe out some chakra infused wind in his hand and manipulate it into a ball and shoot it to intersect your ball and neutralize it and while doing so I jump backwards out of the small shell of ice (left over of your water technique), simultaneously the giant tiger start to approach you from my right your left in an arc manner nut instead of attacking you waits a few meter away from you.

As the Tiger was heading toward Obito's left, he analyzed the position of both the Tiger's and the opponents, doing so he starts to gather massive Lightning chakra by performing Snake handseal and generates two powerful lightning spears , holding them with both his hands. Obito shot the first one towards the Tiger's neck, stabbing thourgh it and halting him. After dealing with the tiger, he tossed the other spear with high accuracy aimted at the opponent's neck. You must be from the Bloody Mist. Having the spear traveling towards the opponent, Obito slams his hands on the ground in order to raise a giant rock which would impale and stab him in the process.

As you perform the handseal Gray prepares himself for an another series of attack and as you generate a pair of lightning spears in each of your hand it becomes rather obvious that one of them will be used on the tiger and other oh him, Gray without wasting any time starts to mold his chakra and starts performing the handseal and as soon as you are about to shoot the lightning spear gray stomps the ground and summon his favorite and personal summon Doku on the field right below him , thanks to his big wings doku is able to evade the spear by flying upwards (still mid ranged.)

As Gray and Doku are in mid air still at mid range distance from you both of them start to mold there chakra, gray after performing a series of handseal expels from his mouth intense flames which are directed towards you, these flame cover a good enough area and thus make it really hard for you to avoid, Doku few moments later flaps his wind releasing a strong blast wind from his wings which manipulates into spheae of wind but within few seconds this sphere is engulfed by the fire and works as a fuel for the flames, making the fire attack even more stronger and fatal and hard to deal with.

As Obito tossed the spear, a huge smoke appeard in front of him. Of course, it was a sumonning animal. The animal had wings and flew upwards to evade the spear. My wrinkled face you say? Obito smirked a little but the opponent didn't see it due to the mask. This kid sure has some guts. As the opponent was in mid air along with the summoning, Obito wasted no time and quickly started to mould his specialty chakra, Fire. Performing only one handseal, he concentrated massive and super heated fire chakra under ground, which then by using shape manipulatuon it will erupt from the ground and take the form of a tree which rampages towards the animal. The fire tree was moving rapidly , and could reach up to 15 m. Due to its size and heatness, the fire would completely obliterate the flying animal, making it disperse and leaving the opponent in midair, while the fire was still below. As the opponent was still in mid air, Obito quickly makes a huge fireball to descend from the sky towards the opponent. However this was obviously a genjutsu.

As Gray notices the masked man actions he stops in between as he realizes seeing the single handseal that his opponent has already started a new series of attack and few moments later Gray feels a rise in temperature as he looks at the main heat source he notices that something similar to a stream of fire is enclosing in an Doku from below, having been in this situation a couple of times before Gray knew exactly what to do and he taps on Doku's back so as to convey a battle msg, both Gray and Doku start to mold there chakra and Gray also passes some of his chakra in his feet so as to not get dis-balanced in the next course of action, then in an unison action doku flaps his wind and rotates a complete 180 degree resulting in Gray facing the fire, Gray using his mastery over water expels a barricade of water to intercept the rising flame almost halfway "That was close" while Doku on the other hand had used that turning action to release a huge blast of wind towards his enemy.

As the fire tree was heading towards Gray, Obito noticed the stance the animal and Gray had taken, they perfectly countered the fire tree as well as releasing a huge blast of wind towards Obito. Heh, this tag team is sure giving me some trouble. With the wind coming towards him, Obito takes a fightning stance and quickly makes one handseal, and directed his head towards the ground, in order to release a small fireball. The moment this fire ball would make contact with the surface of the ground, it will erupt in a fire storm , which covers a huge range. This fire would swallow the wind and continue towards the opponent.

Seeing the firestorm coming towards them Doku starts to mold his chakra for one of his special technique while Gray without and hindern continues with his previous move and forms rain cloud above the whole field and there is a heavy out pour of rain, where as Doku flaps him wind and releases a huge blast of win towards the approaching fire, the wind is able to repel the fire but in this course of action is completely used up although the fire is now heading back towards you with a slightly greater speed. Thanks to Grays movies it has already started to rain throughout the field by this time.

Due to that huge wind, Obito's fire was repelled back, slightly faster than before. obito quickly took a scroll out of his Akatsuki robe and slammed it on the ground, while manipulating fire chakra to release a large dragon of fire which is headed towards the incoming fire. The dragon would succedd stoping the fire, and continue towards Gray , though much weaker than before. As the dragon of flames was heading towards Gray , Obito performs snake handseal and slams his hands on the ground in order to create a portal above Gray and summon a large sized earth lid which falls down to the opponent crushing him.

As Gray notices you taking out a scroll he thinks that you must be planning to seal the fire but surprisingly you counter it with another fire tech (view will not be blocked thaks to the simple fact that I at this moment have an aerial vision), Gray passes some chakra in his feet and jumps backward from Doku back while air borne Gray sees that the Dragon has overpower the previous fire and heading towards them so in a gify Gray using his mastery over the water element he exhales a thin and pressurized stream of water which travels at fast pace towards your dragon, when it collides with your dragon the water easily overpowers the dragon and stam is created which block your vision momentarily and now Gray moves his head a little so as to direct the stream of water directly towards you and thanks to the falling rain Gray can pin point your location, having done the move mid air Gray experiences a backward force do the pressurized water stream and lands 2-3 back of doku [in my opinion still mid range though].
