Scenario:
Late in the night, the moon is at half its strength and the surrounding is calm, sounds from crickets and frogs could be heard. Ino completely dressed in a black ninja attire and a tanto attach to her waist breaks into a famous mansion on a mission to steal a precious item that belong to her family.
As she infiltrate the mansion, she soon discover that there are more rooms and corridor than it was stated in the map that her co-conspirer gave her.
*Alarm is sounded, guards at alert*
Ino's point of entry has being discovered by a patrol guard, the guard quickly notify other guards and in small units they rush about finding the culprit, searching every corner of the mansion. In fear for her life, Ino decide to abort the mission and attempt to find another route for a getaway. Unfortunately the route she choose was a wrong one; as she turn over a corner she gets discovered....

Ino upon reaching out a corridor sight a guard with dark tan skin and long black hair, looking closer ino could tell the man's brown eyes were already locked on her, there was no escaping the encounter.
From her position, she leap upward and attach her feet to the root of the mansion so as to get a better view of her terrain. Immediately she wave a single hand seal and cause the section of the roof above the guard to crack and fall down crushing the guard in the process.
Turning her attention to the hole now created on the roof, ino escape to the roof top, as she land, she jump backward creating a distance from her and the hole on the roof, ino draw out her tanto with her right hand and patiently wait for what follows next.

This technique allows the ninja to control nearby stone and rock and dislodge any vulnerable or sensitive spots, causing the structure to collapse. This can be especially useful if in a cave or a stone lodging. The technique can loosen the rocks and cause them to come raining down on whomever is trapped inside. The damage depends on the size of the cavern or rock lodging above or nearby the target and not on the amount of chakra used which doesn't need to be high. A large cave with a thick ceiling can easily do the physical damage equivalent to an A-Rank technique but due to the damage not being focused or chakra fueled, its also easily defend-able.

Hashirama was in the Hokage mansion, checking on some paperwork, when he was alerted by the presence of a foreign chakra nearby. Within seconds, he donned his complete Hokage attire and followed the foreign chakra, emerging near it. It was a long haired girl. Those eyes and that dress was familiar.

A Yamanaka?

The emergence of a Yamanaka clan member near the heavily guarded precious mansion made Hashirama suspicious. However, before he could ask questions and ascertain the situation completely, with his chakra sensing activated, he could feel a sudden disturbance in the area above him. Kneading chakra, he with blazing fast speed made rocks emerge from his body, covering him from head to toe, as a portion of the roof hit the highly resistant armor and fell diagonally towards the ground, with a giant crash. He then shed his armor, and saw the Yamanaka girl stand on the rooftop, her tanto drawn out. He still couldn't understand why a fellow villager was doing at this place.

The user whilst in this armor is resistant to B rank ninjutsu techniques but is vulnerable to Lightning Techniques.

Seeing her opponent emerge from the hole on the roof, ino now know this was no regular guard, a regular guard would have been taken out by that trick. Hearing the man speak ino knew who this was, it was the 1st, ino was shocked at this discovery but quickly regain herself, "this is bad" ino thought. She choose not to answer believing her voice might disclose who she is to the hokage.
From behind, right and left of the hokage, three clones of ino race toward him, as the clones get within close range they strike performing various forms of tai from kicking to punching (random stuff). As the clones attack ino does an attack of her own, timely it well she wave two hand seal and cause a portal to appear above the hokage, precisely as the clones strike the 1st, large amount of sticky mud drop down on the him and hold him from moving.
Knowing fully well this is far from what's needed to hold down the god of shinobis, ino wave a single hand seal then place her hand on the roof and cause another portal to open above the hokage, from the portal a solid giant, boar-shaped, earthen lid drop and crush the hokage...

It’s normally followed up by Lightning release: sixteen pillar bind to create a giant oven around the opponent and then using Fire release: Firing biscuit technique to ignite the oven, hardening the mud and immobilizing the enemy target.

Description: After doing the Snake handseal and slamming his hands on the ground, he user creates a portal above the target, high in the sky from which a giant, boar-shaped, earthen lid drops and falls on the target, trapping it underneath. The lid can be hollow or solid, depending on if the user wants to deal damage to the enemy or not. Because of its size, to safely used, the lid has to be created at least mid range from the user otherwise he will also be caught inside. The biggest lid can dwarf a boss summon like Nagato's Dog or Gamabunta.

Three dopplegangers of the Yamanaka girl raced towards Hashirama. However, to his surprise, they were tangible clones. Merely a distraction. When the clones started attacking Hashirama, he simply created a pillar of Earth to rise from the ground that would lift him into the air. However, the pillar was angled in a 45 degree manner so as to land as near as possible to the Yamanaka shinobi. While he was being lifted up, a portal appeared in the sky, and he merely avoided the portal due to the angling of his landing. As he landed, he immediately closed the distance between them by outstretching his right leg, performing a high kick aimed at her upper body, however this was merely a feint to fool her. While she would defend from the high kick, her lower body was vulnerable. Taking this opportunity, Hashirama performed a lower kick aimed at her abdomen, his foot faced forward. The kick would push her back a considerable distance.

What brings a young Yamanaka shinobi here? What is a fellow villager doing at this place? I wish to not fight. Just answer my questions, young girl.

Ino knowing she is no match for the hokage in close quarters, takes caution by staying on the defensive, upon sighting the man's extended leg coming toward her, Ino quickly form an earth shield covering her upper body (that includes her stomach), the collision of the hokage's kick on her earth shield was too much for her that she is pushed backward, Ino manage to maintain her balance as she is pushed backward.
While the hokage continue to question her, ino examine her terrain, using her doton chakra she swing her arm upward, as she does so a sudden dust cloud forms completely engulfing her and her opponent. Ino continue her action by performing a backflip creating more distance between she and the hokage but still within close range. Again molding her doton chakra, Ino quickly setup a trap and move backward then she use her sensory ability to locate the hokage within the dust screen, as she locate him she draw out a kunai with a false smoke bomb and shoot it at him, she aim at his right shoulder....

After Hashirama extended his leg to perform a low kick, a quick group of rocks grew on the girl's body, protecting her rib-cage from the direct impact of the kick, however the momentum would push her backward flying. Following through, Hashirama lunged forward and extended wood branches from his arms, stabbing the girl with them. As the branches ripped through her armor and eventually pierced through her body, they multiplied in number as a large amount of them ripped through her heart, her abdomen and her intestines. The resulting would definitely cause a massive amount of damage to her body, and it would only appear as a miracle if she survived. Hashirama wasn't letting intruders go past.

As Ino flew backward; Using her sensory ability she note the hokage molding his renowned chakra wood, so she became alert, as the hokage rushes in for the stab, Ino tilt her head to the left and release a burst of wind from her lips just enough to push her in the opposite direction in time to dodge his attack.
Now in the safe zone and still in mid air, ino mold doton chakra and spit out a thick mass of mud from her mouth, she aim the mud at the hokage's face, the thick mud covers the hokage's face blocking his sight and air passage, she shoot out more thick mud, this time aimed at various limbs of the hokage (hands and legs) to restrain his movement....

However, he didn't fret and used the momentum of the lunge to tilt his body to his left(your right) and continued on with his previous attack, aiming for the kill once more, and if successful would result in her mutilated body.

Seeing the hokage still aiming for a kill via her sensory ability. After waving a one hand seal, Ino mold doton chakra and release it from all her tenketsu, when the hokage wood release come in contact with her chakra, the wood transform into a stone-like substance making it harmless, added to this effect Ino increase the weight of the stone-like substance up to a level it would be difficult for an average ninja to carry. Due to the new weight of stone-like substance, the hokage is forced down, breaking through the roof and arriving at the base of the mansion.
Still at the roof Ino pull out a scroll and unseal it then proceed to jump down from the hole created from the hokage fall, while in mid-air she extend her left hand and spin the scroll in a circle pattern, while doing this the scroll turn into a giant chain hammer with a huge metal ball at the end, Using both hands to hold the hammer firmly! she hammer down on the hokage as she got within range....

One interesting side effect of the technique is that when its used on wood based techniques (such as Zetsu's spore clones or normal wood), the infusion of large amounts of earth chakra into it will actually petrify the target in addition to increasing its weight. A similar effect can be achieved in other earthen materials such as mud. The user can also add weight to a given attack (if feasible) to increase both momentum and impact force, effectively adding damage to it.

Lunging sidewards, Hashirama's wood spikes almost made contact with the girl. However, she weaved a single handseal, as suddenly the spikes got petrified into stone. A drastic increase in weight was felt. Acting quickly, he detached the spikes(now stones) from his arm as they detached and fell down crashing, creating a large hole in the roof. Without a moment's hesitation, he swung his arms in an X manner as two ultra sharp disks of Wind materialized and cut through the girl's body, slicing it into half exactly.

The diverging discs can be used to strike multiple targets and they have the power to cut through very solid rock formations, and when humans are hit by it, it slashes their body into exactly half, cutting through their body and ripping their flesh. After performing the Boar handseal, the user can direct the discs towards the ground, cutting through it due to their sharpness, dividing the Earth wherever they cut through.

Seeing her opponent hand gestures followed by emission of two wind blade at cross axis, Ino speedily fall on her back, while falling she wave a single hand seal and cause an opening to develop on the area of the roof she is to fall on; timed correctly, Ino escape the wind blades as she fall through the hole.
Before she fall through completely she knead chakra under her feet and attach herself to the roof (that in underneath). Quickly she race to the hole made from the wood spikes(stones) earlier on, from there she wave three hand seals, tune her futon chakra into her lungs and release from her mouth a blast of wind, she aim the wind to pass through the mouth of the hole onward and hit the hokage at his torso, she release another this time aimed for his knee, she released several more all aimed at vital areas of the hokage's body that will render him incapable to continue fighting (not kill him) .
