Description:
A blade of the finest quality forged by Castiel and named for its raw chakra stealing abilities. It is exquisite in both form and use, a dual edged blade that mimicked the shape of a roaring flame, a hilt of obsidian, and a long chain hidden within the hilt which would only respond to his chakra. This blade was developed to steal the raw chakra from opponent with every connecting attack, and store them within, making it a “living” but not sentient blade. He crafted it of Crusentu, a metal darker than night and near indestructible. Due to its large size it is worn on Castiel's back and when swung it can deal both slashing damage and blunt bashing damage. With each swing that connects with the opponent chakra is taken and absorbed by the sword. Once raw chakra has been absorbed into the blade it may be used to produce beam of energy that can cut through steel and fly off the blade with each slash, increase the cutting power of the blade, or provide Castiel with chakra. Within the hilt of Sakugen is a chain that can be used to extend the range of the swings and enables Sakugen to be used as a projectile weapon that may be retrieved. The chain has a limit of extending to a distance of twenty meters, and is able to retract at a speed of half a second per meter, meaning it takes ten seconds to retract Sakugen after the chain has been extended to the maximum length which creates a large window from an opponent to counterattack.
Restrictions & notes:
- Using Sakugen and it's absorbing raw chakra both count as 1 of the 3 moves
- Sakugen is on Castiel's back at all times.
- Sakugen can't absorb anything but raw chakra.
- Can only use the absorbing raw chakra from opponent(s) ability three times per-match.
- User takes five damage when absorbing opponent(s) raw chakra.
- Chain only extends to 20 meters and takes 10 seconds to retract the chain/sword.

It was a kind and calm type of day on the outskirts of Konoha, Castiel was doing the same thing he does each day, he wanders from Konoha with something always on his mind, as Castiel was walking he saw this man, this man he knew from somewhere; but Castiel couldn't place from where.
"Hello?"

"What, you want to spar?"

"I don't even know your name"

"Yashiro Nanakase; you say? Hmm, okay then."
Castiel then stops in his tracks and turns to face you [mid-range]
Without warning, Castiel performs some seals, sends his chakra to the ground; then using his chakra he lifts the ground up into the air; making the earth into dozen of earth spikes; sending them around your location with a simple hand movement, the spikes rain down from the sky.
"Can you...try not die in one move, please."

These projectiles are infused with chakra adding to their strength and lethality, making them hard as steel.

On this nice and cool day, Yashiro was however taking a walk around his old village, wondering what his old buddies were up to, then he saw this unknown guy and he approached the guy, looking rather excited when Yashiro saw the guys blade on his back, he then said, "You must be a skilled ninja to be wielding a sweet blade like that, so you its settled then, let's spar.” Yashiro then noticed Castiel forming a set of handseals before manipulating a large portion of the Earth before them to lift into the air, "Nice, this is gonna be interesting, I can tell.", As the spikes is manipulated into dropping from above Yashiro, he generates non-focused lightning chakra throughout his entire body and releases it into the air above him, causing all of the spikes of earth to turn to dust as it drops down, leaving a cloud of dust all around Yashiro.

As the dust settles down, Castiel stood there with the same expression on his face as always, the person facing him didn't seem like anything special...just another one of those ninja.
"Oi, you question where you once apart of Konoha?"
As Castiel spoke those words he release his raiton chakra as 100 small bursts of lighting based chakra, that he sends towards you and they surround you; in the middle of those 100 burst is one purple colour looking one, that Castiel then proceeds to discharge causing all of the orbs to release a small but powerful static discharge that'll make a small shockwave;that should shock you, and leaving you in a weak paralysis.
"Hmm, so."

Description:
The user releases 50-100 miniature bursts of raiton chakra that take the form of very small blue orbs the size of small marbles. These orbs jet towards the opponent and surround them. Among these blue orbs is a single, purple orb. At the users will or if the orb is disturbed in anyway, this purple orb will release a negative discharge that will cause all the orbs to release a static discharge in which will cause a chain reaction and make strong shock wave that will electrify the foe and cause a weak paralysis.
Note:If used during a storm, the attack power will +5
Note:If used when a mist or moist fog is covering the field, the user will also be affected slightly
Note:The opponent can still move after the attack but cannot use past B-rank raiton jutsu for 1 turn

Seeing Castiel being focused on Yashiro with that unusual look on his face, it was hard to tell what the man was thinking but Yashiro could only wonder, it was as if the man before him felt no emotion, he doesn't seem blood hungry, nor afraid, this was a bit troublesome, but Yashiro wasn't that much interested in Castiel at all, his only motive was to complete the task at hand, and since Castiel attacked him he had no choice but to do what he does best.

Yashiro then notices Castiel releasing a large amount of small orbs into the air before him(Castiel), and the orbs were then manipulated to fly towards Yashiro, Yashiro then calmly forms 2 hand seals while focusing his wind chakra into his legs and he then swings them back to back once, starting with the right leg and then the left while also releasing the wind chakra in the form of two large gusts of wind which would combine into something similar to a tornado, the tornado then slices through the orbs and cancels out the conductivity of the lightning within the orbs, while also continuing towards Castiel in a weakened state.

Castiel wasn't moved by the fact you were able to counter his previous technique, he did though notice a simple and weak tornado coming towards him, he simple performs one hand seal, makes a ring with his index and thumb on his left hand release a blue sphere of blue flames, going towards your small and weak tornado. The blue sphere simply goes though the tornado and keeps going towards you, unless you can counter then you're in for a world of burning.
"Not done...just yet."
Following the sphere, Castiel sends his doton chakra into the ground below and shapes the earth into a kunai, and the proceeds to use his chakra to throw the kunai towards you.
"Make sure you dodge that kunai, if you don't you may just lose an organ."

Noticing the blue flames overpowering Yashiro's Tornado, He simply gathers his water release chakra within his stomach and releases it by spewing out a large amount of water threw his mouth, the water is then formed into several powerful waves which easily douses the blue flames and continue to crash into Castiel.

As Castiel was chanting those words over and over again you released a huge amount of water from your mouth.
"You people and your water, I hate getting wet."
As Castiel saw the water travelling towards him, he quickly performs the required seals, and then bite his thumb and slammed his left hand on the ground to summon; Luffy the lord of the ducks.
Luffy: Quack.
Castiel then jumps on the back of Luffy and they fly up into the air, high enough for the water to bypass them, along with that; Castiel notices that you add a lighting based technique into the water.
"That would have been bad if I didn't dodge that."
Castiel then tells, Luffy to fly towards you, as Luffy flies towards you, Castiel tells him to release a wind gust with sharp feathers embedded in the wind gust towards you [the target].
"Try and dodge that"
Luffy: Quack, quack.
Castiel tells Luffy to fly away from you, Castiel and Luffy have now stopped at long-range of you, and are still in the air.
"Pfft."

Description: The user will summon Luffy, the lord of the ducks, by performing the necessary hand seals and smearing his blood on his palm. Luffy has a dual elemental affinity of wind and water allowing him to flap his wings at high speeds in order to summon gusts of wind as well as release razor sharp feathers with the gusts. He can also release water bullets from his mouth that can flood an area with little effort.
He is about the size of gamabunta and can fly at high speeds because of his wind affinity, also he can easily withstand taijutsu attacks such as kicks and shurikens. Luffy can easily move through water and air able to carry the user at high speeds.
[Can only be used once per battle.]
[Can only stay in play for a total of 5 turns.]
[No other summonings can be used for the rest of the battle.]
[Wind gusts and Water bullets are equivalent to A-rank and count as a move when used.]

As the gust of wind combined with a sum of razor sharp feathers are released by the duck, Yashiro looks on as the gusts intensively approaches him at a great speed while also focusing his own Wind release chakra, Yashiro then generates a large wall of five tall tornadoes before him, he then sends the wall of tornadoes at the gust of wind and feathers, as the two techniques collide the five tornadoes naturally overpowers the gust of wind and continues onward towards Castiel and his Duck, The wall of Tornadoes would drag the Razor sharp feathers with it as well as it overpowers the gust of wind.

Since as soon Luffy released the gust of wind; they flew to long range, Castiel has some time to think about his counter to your incoming tornadoes. Castiel then tells Luffy to fly towards the ground, as Luffy gets closer to the ground, Castiel jumps off and tells Luffy to fly into the air, once again; The tornadoes follow, Castiel and not his duck [not sure, lets just go with that] Castiel then proceeds to release the exact same technique as you, they both clash and cancel each other out.
"So much for that"
Castiel then tells Luffy to release a water bullet [A-rank] towards you as soon as the water bullet hits you and covers you in water, Castiel points out his index finger and gathers a huge amount of raiton chakra into it, then he releases it as a huge yellow beam that goes straight for you, since the water is coving you, the beam should do more damage then it already does.
"Don't be scared"

Description: This technique is similar to Chidori Sharp Spear, but its power far exceeds it. The technique is performed by the user focuses their lightning chakra towards their index finger. They then begin to compress the stored chakra in their finger. Then, by releasing the chakra from their index finger, into a dense spherical shaped beam of lightning, roughly 3x the size of chidori sharp spear. It can reach up to long-range, wrecking and piercing through many objects, however, the user is unable to control the trajectory, the direction, like Chidori Sharp Spear. The beam simply goes in one direct manner, and thus, the lack of flexibility. The technique is forbidden due to the fact that because of the huge amount of chakra built in your puny index finger, and releasing it all at once, quickly, at the same time, it is lightning chakra, it would cause your index finger to be numb for one full turn, unable to move it, remaining limp. The finger will also look slightly burnt and black during this time, causing some stinging pain to the user. This makes it impossible to perform hand seals during this duration

-Only usable 2 times per battle

According to your description, the duck attacks first then you follow up with the lightning technique, If this is incorrect, I will edit accordingly.

Yashiro watches as his wall of tornadoes heads towards Castiel, The wall is then countered with a equally matched technique, "Nice work, this might just be a fight that I will enjoy." As soon as the slab is released Yashiro focuses his attention on Castiel again, Castiel would then lift his finger and point at Yashiro, as soon as the beam of lightning is released, Yashiro sees this immense power heading straight toward him and starts charging up a large amount of Wind release chakra into his right fist, Yashiro then delivers a punch into the direction of the lightning beam and releases the wind chakra in the form a large beam composed of compressed and destructive wind, the 2 beams collide and cancel each other out.

The beam would cause Yashiro to be blown back only a couple of meters as he is a well built and powerful guy, meaning he has great stability on his feet, and the beam also would leave several minor cuts on Yashiro's right hand, as well as some bleeding.

That being said Luffy is hit with the rock slab, and disappears and goes back to his place of resting. You then proceed to counter my lighting beam.
"Lovely counter, f*ck my finger is numb as shit, no handseals for a turn. Great. Wait, oh my god what in the world...is that."
Castiel saw the huge slabs of earth trying to trap him, so he jumps and sends his chakra to his feet, he sees a small but big enough gap for him to dash though it, [it's slightly to the left of Castiel.] as he narrowly escapes death, the earth crash down behind him.
"Pheww, just got by. At least I'm having fun."
Castiel then throws three smoke bombs around you, the smoke covers your line of sight, he then proceeds to run towards you, as he get short of you, Castiel gathers up his raiton chakra sends it into his left hand, he then goes into the smoke cloud and palms you in the solar plexus, weakest part of the body, on contact the lighting chakra should push your chakra out of your body also leaving you paralyze, the smoke clears and you should at least be on one knee, breathing heavily and unable to move.

Castiel stops running towards you, as you release that huge wind blast, Castiel then proceeds to move his left hand up, showing two squares on his hand, as the wind blast comes towards him, the bottom square on his hand starts to absorb the chakra from the technique until it's completely gone, leaving him unharmed. Castiel then corrects both of his squares together in his hand, your attack comes out the top square of his hand, but this time it has Castiel's own dark release chakra in the wind itself, coming straight for you.

While this happens the user links his top and bottom square chakra network creating an arc between the two from which chakra can travel. As the user absorbs chakra it is sent into this new link and has Dark chakra added to it, once the chakra is added the technique is fired back at the opponent. From using this method the original attack is strengthen and more potent. This method is fairly fast, as it release chakra at the same time it absorbs leaving little window for opponents to react.

As the technique is absorbed and sent back at Yashiro with a dark feature combined in it, Yashiro is amazed by the mans skills, he then focuses his fire release chakra and and kneads it within his body while also converting it into blazing hot fire, Yashiro then releases the a stream of flames threw his mouth which overcomes the wind with ease and continues onward towards Castiel.

Castiel was shocked you rediected his wind/dark technique back at him, with a hint of Yashiro fire technique in the mix, Castiel claps his hands facing along side one another while the technique racing towards him, a little dark void is made between the two hands the technique comes into the close range of the void, the void starts to absorb the chakra from the technique until it is completely gone.
"Ah, I'll save that technique for later."
Castiel then notices you spew out some water as the water begins to form an orb around us, he then slams his hands on the ground below him causing the ground you to lower down about 20 feet, all the water goes down the hole along with you, leaving Castiel unharmed and dry.
"Now, what should I do with you down that hole, ah I have an idea."
Castiel runs up to the hole that you are now just chilling you, Castiel performs two hand seals and throws 10 lighting birds towards you, they should stick to you shocking you, since you're in the water as well, the birds should go though the water turning it into a spa full of lighting water or so to say.
