Minato had begun his day like many others, he wandered the borderlands of the leaf village in quiet contemplation, so much had changed since the end of the ninja world war, the death of his student Obito, somwhow the juubi chakra released from the body of Obito had mingled with Minato's FTG seal, causing a burst of life energy similar to rinne tensei to revive Minato once more.
However this was not always a good thing, being in the world of the living, many of his students had died, his friends, his wife Kushina, his mentor Jiraiya, Minato felt very alone at times and because of this he choose to spend his time wandering.
However he was not alone today, for on the brow of the hill ahead of him, he saw a strange figure.
Wondering who else would be roaming the wilderness and why Minato chose to head towards the figure.

His head was down and came to an open pasture. The sea of green could be seen for miles.
From the corner of his eye, he saw a man with Golden hair approaching him and closing in. Vincent was a kind hearted person and didn't really like confrontation unless provoked. Even when provoked, he was still hesitant against his foes.
Vincent in his shyness screamed out to the Golden haired man, "Who are you?!". After saying it Vincent was embarrassed. As he asked the question, his voice had cracked badly. Vincent cleared his throat and said it again but RIGHT this time, "Who are you?"

Or was the man up to something and didn't want to be caught, Minato would be a fool if he automatically assumed that everyone was harmless especially in this climate, groups fighting for dominance the shinobi alliance had fallen apart quickly after the war, with the daimyo's of each land disposed of it appeared that the villages had gained much power, and they did not want to share.
Perhaps the man was a spy, but Minato would talk for now, and see if he could discern the mans goals.

He gestured at Minato to get his full attention and he asked him kindly and shyly.
"Um...I'm sorry if you are busy... but Minato-Sama... Would you care for a spar?"
Vincent hears Minato's answer to his question. After hearing he was the Fourth Hokage, Vincent let his guard down because he assumed he was talking to a friend and someone he could trust. Vincent's spirits lifted a little.

Minato heard the young mans challenge after hearing he was from the Kiyoshi clan, Minato had heard of the clan before, but he couldn't recall the groups particular abilities, the last he had encountered one was in a war with Kumogakure a long time ago.
Minato was intrigued by this proposal, it always interested him to see the many different styles of fighting around the ninja world.
Why, certainly i would be happy to spar with a fellow ninja.
But first tell me a little about your fighting style if you wish, then i can see how best to engage you to test your skills, or you may just begin when ready if you prefer.

Vincent felt something unusual with Minato's grin like he was planning something. Vincent wasn't scared or frightened nor did he see Minato as a bad guy. What Vincent felt was eagerness to fight something he never felt before.

Minato watches as his opponent creates a large strange form of energy hanging in the air around himself, as he does so Minato speaks and throws the single FTG kunai in his hand upwards, forming a string of handseals he causes a thousand kunai to rain down from the sky, marking almost every possibile location around his opponents short range and some of them potentially hitting his opponent.
(Shuriken Kage Bunshin no Jutsu) - Shuriken Shadow Clone Jutsu

Description: The user creates a thousand shadow clones from one shuriken after performing Ram → Rat → Bird → Boar → Tiger, striking down the enemy. There is no need for preparations beforehand, like stocking up on shuriken, yet since the shadow clones are real and not illusions, all the shadow blades that fly around are equally lethal.

Vincent smiles at minato as his barrier disappears. "That was AWESOME! Your plan is cool! You put FTG Kunai all around me so you can teleport around the field if need be. Genius"
Vincent was fascinated by Minato's genius and his planning ahead. Using his Kiyoshi Energy Sensing ability, he noted the positions of every Kunai and the chakra/energy within the seals. If the chakra was distorted within the seal then that was the Kunai that Minato was going to warp from. In such a case it would give Vincent a couple seconds of reaction time. But not a lot of seconds 1-2 seconds at tops. Vincent waved his hand immediately after and formed a wind blade that hits Minato from the side.
(Kiyoshipou: Fuhenteki Kanshou)- Kiyoshi Art: Universal Song

The amount of energy and the power of the energy depends on the user’s rank in the Kiyoshi Clan (Novices will have extremely weak energy while Sages will have extremely powerful energy). The color of the energy can change with the user’s mood, but only when they have learned to become in tune with the energy. Color is insignificant for this technique; it just gives everyone’s own technique its uniqueness.

Judging that while it was a quick technique he in fact required the strange source of energy he had created earlier, but either way this made simply throwing kunai at the opponent some what useless, drawing a single S/T kunai, Minato held it firmly in a reversed grip.
Then the second the dome faded just as his opponent prepared another technique, Minato seemingly vanished, in reality dashing at an incredible pace he appeared stood on his opponents left hand side, delivering a brutal side kick to his opponents face using his right leg, knocking him down, and causing some bruising and pain.

Description:

This is done by taking advantage of his enhanced reactions and his fast intellect when perceiving an attack and combining it with a burst of pure movement speed. Off course this can only be used on a battle ground that enables it and never mid air. It has some limitations though as Minato himself doesn't have a high movement speed but its still enough to mimic what can be described as an "instant" movement. Because of this, if the user wants to dodge or evade attacks from faster bios such as Raikage bios or EIG users, he needs the use of his space time techniques. The technique also has some limits in the movement it can produce, which are overall linear, lacking the ability to produce intricate and complicated movement patterns. Doujutsu users (at least 2T for Sharingan), Sensors or EIG users/masters as well as users with high reaction/reflexes or senses will still be able to track the user although, in some cases, become unable to react.

Firstly, the opponent's evasion margin is restrained upon seeing the high kick, thus augmenting the chances for the low kick to hit the mark connecting to the rib cage area. So originally the high kick is little more than a feint.
Should the opponent avoid the high kick Minato would swiftly follow with a low kick hitting the opponents ribcage and causing bruising and mild pain.

As Minato moves through the air extremely quickly, Vincent picked up on it however he was not fast enough to react to it. Minato appeared in front of him and does a side kick to the head Vincent pulls energy from Minato's very own body in the spur of the moment. Vincent then forces that energy and focuses it in the blast of energy that pushes Minato away violently. Once the blast forms, Vincent focused fire chakra into the blast. The energy itself changes in terms of effect. The fire energy affects the pure energy greatly. It gives it a new purpose. The energy blast burns Minato on contact.
Vincent chuckled as Minato was forced away. A little bit of Vincent's alternate personality was shown. It was known as "The Proxy." It was cold, Apathetic, Sadistic, and unfriendly. Vincent regained his friendly composure. He didn't know if Minato caught on to it or not. He most likely has and Vincent felt ashamed about it. He didn't like this other side of him. This altar ego was a complete flip on what defined Vincent as a person.
"I am sorry, Minato-sama."
(Konki Shuuha)- Energy Wave

Damage: (+10 to energy techniques)
Description: The user focuses elemental chakra into their energy and pure chakra, while at the same time keeping it pure. This causes their energy to be stronger and also have an effect based on the 5 elements (fire, water, earth, lightning, wind). The user can only focus one chakra at a time and needs a 1 turn period in-between without using energy related attacks to shift energy elements.
Fire- Energy will be able to burn things
Water- Energy will be able to douse out fires as well as possibly drown (if one can)
Earth- Energy will have a tough, solid composition.
Lightning- Energy will be able to shock and electrocute
Wind- Energy can slice/cut or blow away
