The moment Unalaq notices his opponent, Unalaq mold suiton in his chakra before spewing a large torrent of water that rip thru the earth as it travels towards the opponent causing great damage to the opponent if connected. As the opponent is defending, Unalaq weaves a single handseal causing rain to fall with his chakra infuse in it.

When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.

Bolin smirks at the petty attack towards himself. He grins swiftly as he slams his hands against the ground passing his doton chakra into the ground manipulating it in such a way that the land beneath Bolin and his dogs rises up immediately to a 13m reach in height making the bullet crash against the solid base of the earth. Bolin would proceed to launch a Kunai infused with raiton chakra towards the man as it rushes down gaining momentum due to the slant reaction. He would then bring out 3 pills giving one to each dog swiftly and cautiously.

Description: The user slams his hands on the ground and lowers or raises the ground in the surrounding area at high speeds, allowing them to create giant holes in the ground or avoid attacks. The size of the affected area as well as the depths that it is lowered to is up to the user and rasing earth can be done up to 20 meters tall creating a small cliff or they can create trenches that can be as deep as 20 meters. Other than being moved below ground relative to the surrounding surface the terrain is not altered, plant life and people retaining their same positions.

As Unalaq skillfully avoids the lightning infused kunai by cartwheeling to the right, Unalaq focuses on the chakra in the rain to cause the clothes of his opponent and the fur of his ninken to get heavier and heavier making it harder for them to move.

Unalaq then immediately follows by waving his hands in the air while sending raiton in the clouds before lightning strikes suddenly strike both Bolin and his Ninken. Since they are both elevated, the speed of travel is reduced making it more difficult to avoid.

By filling the clothing with water-elemental chakra the user causes the clothing to fully retain all water it comes in contact with which will gradually cause the clothing to become heavier and heavier. Unfortunately, this jutsu that does not create water, so it is only useful in a rainy or otherwise wet environment
