Toshiro looks at the armored man before him; he appeared to be formidable but the only way to find out was actually battling him. He stayed silent and examined the man's armor. It was truly unique, the first he's seen armour like what his opponent wore. Toshiro continued examining the armor and concluded that it had different abilities, by the looks of it, it seemed that it was not just for display. However, just by the looks of it, it was hard to see what the armor was capable of and thus, Toshiro decided to battle with his guard up, at least until he uncovered the secrets of the armor. He gathers a large amount of wind chakra in his left fist and joins his two hands together, creating a pressurized ball of wind. With a single motion, he releases this ball of wind towards Anthony, which explodes on impact.

Description: The user focuses his fuuton chakra and builds it all up. The User then channels all the energy into his fist. By putting both fist together, the user fuuton chakra forms a wind ball around their fist. The wind ball can be shot at someone and on impact, the ball explodes releasing a hurricane like feeling of wind.

Looking at the pressurized ball of wind, Anthony immediately concentrates his fire chakra in his mouth while manipulating it to form into a small stream. Then wasting a single moment, Anthony fires it out of his mouth while using shape manipulation to create a small stream of fire which then collided with the wind ball causing it to disperse.

Description: The user will create a small short flame at the opponent. This flame is capable of making the target collapse due to the heat of the technique. This technique requires no handseals.

Then Anthony inhales a lot of wind and starts to concentrate a large amount of fire in his stomach. Then Anthony releases it from his mouth while using shape manipulation to change it's form into a large ball of fire which will turn into a maelstrom of flames if it hits the opponent.

Description: The user will manipulate their chakra and breath out from their mouth a large fireball that travels at the opponent. As it reaches the opponent it bursts into a maelstrom of fire engulfing them in flames.

Just immediately after launching the fire ball, Anthony focuses his lightning chakra into his right hand and manipulates it form several needles. Then Anthony swings his around while throwing out many lightning needles towards the opponent. The needles then will go through the fire due to their speed and hit and numb the opponent causing the fire to later come and engulf the Toshiro in flames.

Description: The user reshapes the Chidori in their hand into the form of countless senbon which are shot with a simple hand movement towards the target. The senbons are extremely precise and have the same numbing and paralyzing effects as Chidori, carrying enormous speed. Because the technique requires no handseals and is done with simple hand movements, its extremely hard to avoid while in short range and quite dangerous to counter due to the precision attacks it can be used to perform.

Toshiro quickly takes notice of his opponent easily defending against the wind technique; a simple yet effective tactic. As Anthony begins to inhale for the second technique, Toshiro stomps and creates two S-rank pillars to the side of Anthony to rise up. The pillars lift Anthony up along with it, aimed upwards a good 30 meters. If Anthony did fall normally, he would be knocked out from the speed in which he would fall from such a great height. Toshiro continues by creating a clone, with the objective of guarding the real Toshiro as he performs a risky technique.

Description: User stomps the ground and two S-rank pillars of earth immediately sprout from the ground and intertwine to bind the opponent, then separating from the ground to further launch towards the sky while forcibly carrying the opponent along with them. And if they don’t escape the bind they are assured a freefall crash to the ground, where they will be knocked out.
Note: This move can only be used/taught by BluePhenix.
Note: User cannot perform any other earth technique in the same turn that this move is used.
Note: This move's effectiveness will vary with the user, i.e. for opponents with rank less than or equal to that of the user, this move is so sudden that, by the time they react to it, they will already be launched in the air. However, for an opponent of higher rank or one of equal rank but who makes use of a speed-enhancing technique such as gates, he will have the time to react before being completely launched into the air.

Description: The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. Upon impact, the clone can be dispersed.

Immediately after the clone has been created, Toshiro stomps on the ground twice as he holds a single handseal. Secretly, he is releasing an enormous amount of water chakra throughout the entire battlefield, turning the entire battlefield into a water that is only useable to him.

Description: The user forms the snake hand seal and holds it while stomping on the ground twice releasing water chakra into the ground across the battlefield. For the next 3 turns the ground one foot below the surface begins turning into water, breaking down all the earth resulting in a muddy ocean a foot under the surface. After the end of the 3rd turn the pressure of the huge amount of water will crack the ground and result in several geysers at all ranges which begin flooding the field. If the surface is opened before the 3rd turn by an earth technique that creates holes (hiding like a mole for example) the user of it will be thrown back above ground by a geyser. The water can only be used as a water source for other water jutsu by the user because it is filled with his chakra.
-Once per battle.
-Takes 3 turns to fill underground and erupt up.
-Can only use 2 jutsu the turn this begins
-Only taught by Professor Sarutobi.

When Anthony notices two pillars coming from the earth making him rise up into the air, Anthony without wasting a single moment, channels his entire chakra throughout his armor activating it's functions making him more powerful and iron-ish.

Description: This is the basis of the clans abilities. The higher your up in the rank the more your armor will be upgraded to a more powerful state. Each Rank have their own set starting With E Rank Mandolorian, D Rank Mandolorian Scout, C Rank Mandolorian Fighter. Etc.. The activation of the armor is through channeling chakra all throughout the armor . Causing the functions of the armor to activate. The armor's helmet possesses a pair of special lenses on them and foreign chakra to the rest. The foreign chakra is able to almost instantly channel into the human brain from the helmet when foreign chakra is detected inside the body, these lenses are like the Dojutsus that the Uchihas possess to a limit. These lenses give the user the ability to track the speed as the 1 tomoe sharingan. The armor and all it's abilities can then be controlled via voice command. The armor is made from a special chakra emitting metal and can deflect simple kunai & shuriken without receiving damage. The armor transmits data to it's user allowing the user to effectively use his 5 sense(including touch) All armors have communicators inside of them aswell, to communicate with each other even while inside the armor. Furthermore the Mandalorian armor has many sensing aids which boost the user's visual perception. Also the part of the armor covering the users mouth can open if there is a concentration of chakra in the user's mouth, allowing the user to spew out attacks normally. The armor's jet-pack is operated by a fuel tank which is compartmentalized to prevent accidental explosions.
Jet-Pack: The user gains the ability to fly and maneuver in sky using his pressurized Jet-pack. The Jet-Pack moves the user around at his/her base speed level. Can fly for two turns at a time with a one-turn recharge time. The jetpack can be used a total of five times before it runs out of fuel.
Immunity to C-rank and Below Taijutsu as well as Simple Weapons: Due to it's strong material the Mandalorian armor can absorb the damage dealt by C-rank and below Taijutsu.
-Chakra Sensing Using the armors helment the user gains the ability to see chakra but not differentiate between shadow clones.
-Motion Sensing: The helmet allows the user to better track and see objects in motion. This ability is equivalent to the motion sensing of a 1T Sharingan.
-Infrared and Heat Seeking: The armor's helmet allows the user to see and seek heat signatures using infrared vision.
-Vibrating Sword: By vibration his sword the user can increase his cutting ability as well as the power of his Kenjutsu (+15). This can be done twice per battle and lasts for two turns.
-Speed Stimulants LVL 1: The user's speed is increased 50%. Lasts for two turns.
-Speed Stimulants LVL 2: The user's speed is doubled. Lasts one turn.
-Strength Stimulant LVL 1: The user's power is increased and all his Taijutsu deal +15 damage. Lasts two turns.
-Strength Stimulants LVL 2 (2 CB per turn): The user's power is increased and all his Taijutsu deal +30 damage. Lasts one turn.

-Once a stimulant is used, the user must wait two turns before using another stimulant again.
-One speed and one strength stimulant may be used at the same time, but afterward the armor must wait two turns to recharge, causing the user to temporarily lose all armor-based Mandalorian abilities.

After going high up in the air, Anthony then is dropped by the pillars and starts falling continuously. Then he thinks that he if hits the ground, due to the gravity he would be knocked out. Realizing this, Anthony Stark activates the jet pack by channeling his chakra into his hands and legs and starts to hover in mid-air.

Then Anthony notices the notice opponent starting to create a clone, looking at it, Anthony focuses his fire chakra into his hands and charges it up. Then Anthony makes it grow outwards while performing Dog→Horse→Tiger hand seals and uses shape manipulation to change it's shape into 10 fire bullets which 5 are aimed at the clone and the other 5 towards the real Toshiro. Then when the bullets neared the oppponent, they suddenly changed the direction and 'missed' the opponent by going back of them. When the clone and the Toshiro's guard was down, Anthony performs the seal of confrontation and manipulates the bullets to hit their backs causing immense explosion and engulfing them in flames.

Description: The user first performs a series of three hand seals Dog→Horse→Tiger and then gathers up a lot of fire chakra in their chest. Afterwards, via mouth or hand, they fire off a barrage of several [about 8-10], but small fireballs hot enough to scorch the ground at their opponent. However, instead of hitting them directly [which makes the target believed that they missed], the mass of fireballs gather all around the opponent and seemingly appear to floating. Finally, with the use of a single hand seal [like the one Deidera uses to create explosions], the user directs all the intense fireballs towards their opponent and explodes on contact & engulfs them in flames.
Note: Must be taught by Yānks.

With the original Toshiro occupied with the underground ocean, the clone a short series of two handseal and sends out a fair amount of wind chakra located next to Anthony. With the use of shape manipulation, the wind chakra is shaped into a humanoid and with the use of nature transformation, it is transformed into actual winds. The humanoid appears rather quickly and is instructed to push Anthony to the ground. This is done by having it punch Anthony downwards towards the ground, with the punch releasing a blast of wind similar to that of the Hyuga's gentle fist; capable of bruising damage but no internal damage. This pushes you down to the ground to crash.

Description: After a short sequence of 2 hand seals the user compresses wind into a human-like form which has similar characteristics (shape) as a real person. However being made from only wind it can't be hit by average physical attacks, but can be seen because of the high amount of compressed wind. It's attack pattern is similar to a real human being when he is using free form taijutsu moves, but the actual attack is a concentrated wind blast generated upon contact. These attacks doesn't have any cutting ability, but instead blunt force which makes it more similar to a human being, but with increased strength. Any attack has the potential to send the opponent flying. As the phantom is only wind and wind can move in the air, it can be moved in mid air freely (fly).

Anthony with the help of his visor suddenly senses chakra to his right, taking a quick look, he notices a strong wind forming into a form of human. Getting alert by it, Anthony immediately takes control of his jet pack to drop down quickly onto the ground escaping it. While dropping, Anthony performs the Tiger hand seal while kneading a large amount of fire chakra in his body and immediately manipulates it to grow outwards out of his forming 5 dragon head in which 1 headed towards the wind and destroyed it while the other 4 are heading towards the opponent.

Description: After performing the hand seal Tiger the user compresses a large amount of chakra built up inside their body, before instead expelling it in the form of a number of dragon head-shaped fireballs. The user then skilfully manipulates that great fire, and attacks their opponent. The temperature of the created flames is so great that, even with the briefest of contact, they are capable of easily burning human flesh and the fireballs are dense enough to behave almost as solid, being able to deliver impact damage in adition to the fire damage. However, this also means that they can be deflected as a solid projectiles.
