I was sitting down in next to a tree asleep. I hear some foot steps coming and I wake up to see a tall man with brown hair. I begin to fall back to sleep thinking that this man is nothing serious. But I think to myself, I should have a good workout before I go back to my village. I get up and yell at the man.

Yoko sees the ash coming towards him and weaves the handseals, Ram → Horse → Bird, to create a large vortex. When the ash gets near and makes contact with the tornado it is cooled down and dissipated and turned into harmless wet ash that falls to the ground.
(Suiton: Mizu No Tatsumaki) - Water Style: Water Tornado
Yoko then weaves a fast string of handseals to make rain fall down that allows him to know his opponents whereabouts.
(Suiton: Ukojizai no Jutsu) - Water Style: Rain Tiger at Will Technique
After Yoko has succeeded with forming the rain, he weaves a single handseal and releases lightning from his hand in the shape of a spear. About halfway to you he splits it into four multiple spears, one aimed for each leg and the other two for your right arm and chest.

Noticing you have dispelled my ash, I see you begin to form hand seals, Before you finish I release lighting chakra onto the edge of my body and then channel it towards the ground, Which is aimed towards you. It hits you and paralyzes you, preventing you from attacking. After this I perform the hand seal Ram and create a water orb. I manipulate the Orb to send out several whips towards you. Mainly from all possible directions (Left,Right,Above,Straight, Below...You get the point)You are impaled all over your body

Yoko, cutting his handseals short due to the incoming lightning quickly reacts by taking out 6 kunai with explosive tags attached to them. Having 3 in each hand, he throws them at the ground right before the advancing nagashi. Exploding on impact, they destroy the earth 5 feet and create a trench 3 feet wide by 6 feet long. Since the lightning loses its conductor, it dies and it's threat is gone.
Yoko immediately (right after throwing kunai) sends his Doton chakra into the ground through his feet while unsheathing his katana. An earth pillar forms right behind his feet, acting as a starter block for a sprinter. The pillar propels him though the air, close to the ground, right at his opponent before she finishes her handseal. Once he reaches striking distance he lunges his blade with both hands into his opponents chest, striking his vitals. (momentum is still carrying me from the earth pillar)
(Doton No Jutsu) - Earth Release Technique
Yoko immediately (right after throwing kunai) sends his Doton chakra into the ground through his feet while unsheathing his katana. Seeing you stop my nagashi I'm impressed. I see you propel your self through the air with air pillars. I get some smoke bombs out of my pocket and throw them towards the ground. You lose sight of me, Now I channel lighting chakra through my right hand and condense it to form the chidori. I reshape the chidori and form senbon which I release all through the area upfront of me, In the area where you were coming from, Chidori senbons then begin to hit all over your body. The smoke clears out, For the last attack, I throw Kunai's towards you with tags behind them, Around ten in total they all pierce your body and explode killing you.
