The time was noon. The desert sun hung mercilessly above, blazing down upon endless dunes of shifting gold. Heat waves shimmered across the horizon. Even the faint, gritty winds did little to ease the suffocating air. Trunks stood at the center of that desert with his red bandana fluttering weakly behind him, his sheathed Myōhō Muramasa strapped to his side. Sweat trickled down his temple as he stared into the horizon, waiting for an opponent to answer his advertisement for a battle.“Come on already… someone’s gotta take up the challenge,” he muttered, squinting beneath the harsh sunlight

( Myōhō Muramasa ) - Myōhō Muramasa

Description: Myōhō Muramasa is a legendary sword wielded by Izuna Uchiha and functions as the sister weapon to Madara's Gunbai. Myōhō Muramasa appears as a normal katana with an Uchiha symbol on its hilt. Offensively, Myōhō Muramasa can be used to release Fire Release techniques from it's blade with just a swing, however only up to A rank. Due to this being a sword, it naturally can be used for Kenjutsu purposes. Myōhō Muramasa much like its counterpart is virtually indestructible. This sword also allows Izuna to be able to use techniques such as ( Uchihagaeshi ) - Uchiha's Return.

Then, at last, a man appeared. A lone man approached through the heat haze. He had slow, steady steps that spoke neither hesitation nor fear. When he stopped at mid-range, the details of his presence became more apparent. He wore an immaculate robe, the fabric woven with expensive high quality threads that shimmered faintly even in the dust. The kind of attire worn only by kings, or fools who fancied themselves one. Yet his face was marred by tattooed centipedes crawling along his cheeks and jawline as if his was a delinquent hooligan. And strangest of all, his eyes were covered by a blindfold.

Well, I guess I'll take the first move. Trunks would mold and release Raiton chakra throughout his body, heightening his physical prowess, while quickly tossing a smoke flash bomb towards the man that would detonate once in short range of the man. The explosion would deny the man any sensory information about his surroundings. Still, the man’s posture radiated absolute confidence. He didn’t need sight or maybe, sight was too small a sense for one such as him.

Trunks frowned. "Who is this guy? How did he even find his way here with a blindfold on?" Trunks cracked his neck, looking forward as a small grin spread across his face. “Guess I’ll take the first move.

In an instant, he molded raiton surging throughout his body. Sparks erupted across his skin, forming a glowing aura of golden energy that hummed with power. As he did so, Trunks flicked of his wrist, quickly tossing a flash bomb towards the man that would activate within short range of him. A violent powerful disorientating chakra explosion would catch the man in its grasp rendering his senses useless.

( Raiton Chakura Mōdo ) - Lightning Chakra Armor

Description: The user wraps their body in a layer of lightning chakra which, instead of being used offensively, is used to electrically stimulate their nervous system. The technique speeds up neural synapses reaction time, and pushes physical prowess to the absolute limit allowing for tremendous raw speed. The technique has different levels of activation each visibly depicted by the users hair which stands up when the technique is activated to the fullest. The higher the level, the higher the speed the user can achieve. This mode, combined with taijutsu, allows the users to utilize nintaijutsu. When using the armor at full power, it causes the tips of A's hair to spike up and his reflexes are said to be comparable to those of Konoha's Yellow Flash, making it difficult even for the Sharingan to keep up with him. Despite the large quantity of chakra it releases and uses up, the armor doesn't damage enemies who touch it, leaving the user able to interact with those around, allies or enemies as well as tools, weapons, etc.

Level One: The base activation of the mode, the user's speed doubles and he gains a x2 speed boost. His Taijutsu increases as well, by +20 damage.

Level Two: The most commonly used state and the one generally referred to, this activation causes the user's hair to slightly raise upwards as his speed increases x3 speed. This likewise increase his strength +10 more than level one. This state can only last 4 turns max each usage.

Level Three: The highest level of the Lightning Chakra Armor, the user uses this state to increase his reactions and speed to the max, gaining a x6 speed boost and a +40 damage boost to Taijutsu. The users speed increases to a point where only the highest Gates, Jinchuriki modes and instant techniques outstrip the user in terms of speed, appearing as a blur to most targets. This state however, only lasts 2 turns, after which the mode in it's entirety cannot be accessed for at least 3 turns.

Note: Level Two can only be used three times max each event and Level Three can only be used twice. During Level 3, only Taijutsu and Lightning may be used exclusively.
Note: Can only be used by the 3rd and 4th Raikages.

( Kemuri Senkōdama ) - Smoke-Flash Bombs

Description: Similar in use to the smoke and flash bombs respectively, this tech dazes the senses by emitting a powerful sound and light. It was powerful enough to block even enhanced senses of sight and hearing, leaving those with vision and sound based sensing useless. It's major downside, however, is that due to affecting a wide area, allies could also be caught in the blast radius if not warned beforehand. Due to the mass amount of chakra released from the explosion, chakra based sensing dilate also left useless. These are also able to negate B rank and below technological sensing devices as well.
Note: Does not count as a move but only one can be used per turn.
Note: User can have up to 3 max while Cyborgs have up to 6.
Note: Cyborgs are also able to fire these up to Long range.

Before the dust had even begun to settle, Trunks disappeared in a burst of speed cutting through the air. His trajectory curved sharply, moving in a fast, precise “>” pattern to flank his target. Once within 8 meters of the man, Trunks felt strange. As if the gravity shifted or he was heavier. "Why am I slower?" He knew that the gravity wasnt altered due to the trajectory of the flash bomb he threw earlier. That wouldnt stop Trunks though as he was still one of the fastest ninja in shinobi world even at his current speed. As Trunks reappeared at the man’s side he drove his raiton chakra fortified right arm into the man's neck sending him flying several meters away all before the displaced grains of sand could fall back to the ground. ( Chiratsuki Kaihi/Undō ) Flicker Evasion/Movement

Description: Using the amazing abilities of the Lightning Armor technique, both the 3rd and 4th Raikages are able to move at insanely high speeds to dodge or evade incoming attacks, even those that would normally be unavoidable such as Amaterasu. This fast movement can also be used in conjunction with a Taijutsu move, including their own signature Lightning based Nintaijutsu moves, to use the momentum one can gather and add even more damage if the move allows it. The technique also alows the user to move in more elaborate patterns that one would think, although following a more or less linear path. The only weakness of this technique is that, since its purely fast and enhanced movement, you cannot use it in all battle grounds but only those that would otherwise enable its use. Not only that but although the user moves fast, he is still trackable by high Doujutsu users, Sensors and EIG Masters. This doesn't mean the opponent can react ( that depends on his speed, mastery of Taijutsu and techniques used ) but rather that he can perceive the attack.

Note: Only useable once per turn by Third and Fourth Raikage bios with their Lightning Chakra Armor active.

(Rariatto) - Lightning Plough Hot Sword

Description: The user charges at his opponent, striking them with a Lariat move, coated in chakra. A successful strike can blow away a target's entire chest with a direct hit. The attack is rather straightforward, but very quick and powerful. Killer Bee was shown using this technique in his chakra cloak form, and the Raikage was shown using the Lightning Armour technique.
Note: Technique can only be used whilst in a chakra cloak and can only be used and taught by a Raikage bio or Killer Bee bio

( Doujutsu: Rinnegan ) Eye Technique: Samsara Eye (Always Active)

Description: One of the 3 great Doujutsu, the Rinnegan has, like the other, the ability to see chakra and the chakra flow of individuals. It also allows the user a great clarity of perception and tracking abilities, although its levels vary from user to user. It also grants a family of abilities collectively known as the Six Paths Technique. The user is also able to summon and control the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path. Certain Rinnegan abilities have only been demonstrated by single users: Madara can create corporeal shadows in the invisible world of Limbo; Momoshiki is able to absorb any ninjutsu with his right Rinnegan and release it with his Left Rinnegan; Urashiki is capable of moving through time and space when different eyes are activated. While Nagato was never able to deactivate his eyes, Madara and other wielders could switch at will between their other eyes and Rinnegan eyes, although Uchiha aren't able to go from 3 Tomoe to Rinnegan directly. Due to implanting Madara's Rinnegan into his eye, Obito loses the ability to deactivate this eye, much like Nagato.
Note: Can only be used by Rinnegan users excluding Sasuke.
Note: Requires activation ( spending move ) for other Rinnegan bios but remains active indefinetely afterwards if the user chooses to. After having for 1 month, user becomes able to switch between both doujutsu without spending a move. Description: The Deva Path grants the user the ability to manipulate attractive and repulsive forces with objects and people. These gravity manipulating techniques, however, cannot be performed in rapid succession; the amount of time required to recharge after use varies depending on the scale of the technique used, five seconds being the basic minimum. The Deva Path also grants another ability: Chibaku Tensei which allows the user to create a huge makeshift terrestrial body from all the surrounding matter that is attracted to a black sphere released by this technique.

( Shuradō ) - Asura Path (Passive)

Description: The user will activate the Asura Path which grants him the ability to create mechanised armor, augmenting their body with extra limbs and various robotic weaponry. It allows, for example, the user to create up to 6 extra arms which can be used in a variety of ways, such as grabbing their opponent and using a hidden chakra cannon in on the arms to attack him or perform handseals as the user throws kunais or does a Taijutsu move. It can even be used to help perform certain techniques. He can also alter his own head to manifest additional faces with additional pairs of eyes, all linked together. The possibilities are multiple. He can use this activation to access all of the Asura path abilities.
Note: Can only be used by Rinnegan biographies with access to the Six Paths ability.
Note: When the user wants to change his body, he must activate this technique each time. This is necessary as well for 6 Paths of Pein bios.
(Hairihhi Bōgun) - Holy Bow

Description: Curated for marksmen, the Holy Bow is composed of a highly malleable and adaptive unknown material, labeled Reishi, granting the bow a unique set of abilities that work to both protect and enhance a marksmen's combat capabilities, severely improving the lethality of those who properly wield it. Holy Bow has three forms, but throughout all of them multiple sealing scripts appear on it, relating to the bow's functions. In it's default state, the Holy Bow is in the form of 3 collared layers of Reishi in silver coloring with a tint of purple. In it's partial release, it assumes the shape of silver coloured bow that can also be used in close quarter combat in place of a bladed weapon. The user can also form the Bow. In it's full release, it's shape undergoes another drastic change, now taking on the shape of numerous molecular sequenced purple Reishi that appear on the majority of the marksmen's upper body in the form of belts, bracelets, wings, and other basic shapes up the user's discretion. In this form, the user would not need to physically act to fire off arrows, but would simply pay 5 additional chakra to fire off of his arrows, with them being released from the circular portions. Up to ten circles can be made, with the user gaining the ability to fire off multiple arrows at a single go, but naturally splitting the power between them.

(Za Desudīringu) - The Deathdealing
The Bow's first and passive ability, present in all of it's forms, it is the Bow's inane function of detecting and absorbing toxins, poisons, and other inhibiting chemical/biological substances that enter short range of it through an invisible barrier. Through The Deathdealing, the user is able to absorb said substances and infuse them into the Holy Bow at increased potency, allowing attacks performed through the Holy Bow to carry said traits. In regards to the increased potency aspect, the substances would either have their offensive capabilities increased by a rank/next level if applicable, or have their defensive capabilities increased, making them more resistant to cures or attacks that seek to destroy it. This comes at the cost of decreasing the time the substances would have lasted by a turn, with the infusions themselves lasting that duration. Notably, each substance can only be enhanced by one quality of the two. In it's passive usage, The Deathdealing is capable of taking in any unranked substance from an opposition, whereas it can take in any of the user's own regardless of it's rank, consuming 5 chakra points. Should the user wish to absorb ranked substances from the opponent, they can up to three times per battle, at a cost of fourty chakra, separated by a turn interval. While The Deathdealing serves no offensive purpose in the Bow's default state, in it's partial and full releases, the infusion's add an overall lethality to the user's attacks through the traits they may add upon the bow. Notably, the DeathDealings cap for absorbed substances is five, with only two substances being absorbable per turn.

(Hairihhi Pufairu) - Sacred Destruction Arrows
Only usable in the Bow's partial and full releases, Hairihhi Pufairu is the Bow's main combat function, enabling the user to release arrows up to long range away, at varying strength levels, starting at freeform, and capping at fourty chakra points, wherein A ranks levels can be used thrice, and S rank levels can be used twice, but separated by a turn interval. Through the sealing scripts on the weapon, the user is capable of summoning arrows from their personal armoury, negating the need to carry arrows on their person. Alternatively, the user can fire off chakra based arrows, carrying the traits of the used chakra type, but costing an additional 10 chakra to utilise. In the Bow's full release, the fired off arrows would emerge from the circular points of the Reishi, functioning without any impediment to range and power. Naturally, the summoning of arrows itself does not take up a move slot. The arrows, be it physical or chakra based, carry a detonation function, having the arrows explode either on contact or through the user's will, with physical arrows having the infused substances released in a short range raduis, whereas chakra based ones would release both the chakra and infusions. This means physical arrows would not cause pure damage to the afflicted area, whereas chakra based ones would depending on it's used rank.

Only accessible in the bow's full release, Hasuhain is the Bow's final supplementary function, relating to manipulating the Reishi into various different forms, such as a a staff, or other simple manipulations, enabling the user to shape the Reishi into other weapon forms that would be capable of firing off Hairihhi Pufairu through the circular portions. What makes this function dangerous is the user's ability to remotely control the Reishi, somewhat akin to the Lightning Blades Levitation technique, but on a more specific level wherein the user can control each individual Reishi up to long range, allowing the user to potentially fire off attacks from the opponents blindspots. Notably, this costs five chakra per turn per each individual Reishi the user chooses to manipulate. Due to the interconnected nature of the bow and the seals on it, the effects of Deathdealing would not be restricted to around the user, but around each Resihi circle, with the effects being shared across the different Reishi points through one of the intricate Fuin seals that serve as gateways for the Reishi to one another.

Holy Bow carries an S Rank durability, with lower ranked attacks on it not weakening it, but breaking from anything higher, with the user naturally not being able to use that for defensive purposes. When in it's full release form, specifically in Hasuhain, the power of the Reishi would be split amongst each circle of Reishi and it's chosen shape. Changing between the weapons forms is passive, costing five chakra points, with the weapon itself consuming five chakra points to be considered active.

Moving through the desert terrain, Qin's curiosity was peaked by the challenge issued; it was uncommon for parcels of such ilk to reach the royal palace, nevertheless one's from such shinobi. The First Emperor strolled with his weapon equipped, with it passively taking in some of the 'toxins' on Qin's body (Yumeton & Osmium) through it's Deathdealing ability. The toxin's would be infused into the weapon itself, gaining increased potency for a later use.

Soon enough Qin would reach his destination, stopping mid range away from his apparent opponent. It wouldn't take long for the man to kick things off, initiating combat with a weapon toss and a bodily enhancement. It annoyed Qin that the man did not even bother to kneel before him, a required act for all those who face their king. A punishment would be issued. Hoping backwards and performing two hand seals, Qin would bring forth a raging tornado, one embedded with the powers of the hungry ghost. The tornado of magnesium itself was modified in tandem with the Dalmascan Refinery, resulting in it causing blinding effects to those who look upon it, whilst carrying more strength due to it's modified blade shape. The size of the tornado after it's size is cut in half by the Yin infusion would be a tornado of 9 meters radius, with Trunks' initial position being it's center, and the tornado reaching 16 meters in height. Naturally, the tornado would push back and destroy the bombs in it's rampage.

Qin would stop his hops once he moves 5 meters behind his initial spot, awaiting what his opponent would do.

(Ōsmuton: Katana no Ronri) – Osmium Release: The Sword Logic

Description: The Sword Logic is an outline on the effects of Osmium when it makes contact with other objects. In particular, it details how the body is affected by the element, and how one’s abilities may be impeded by its harmful influence.
D-Rank: At D-Rank concentrations, the effects of Osmium are minorly irritating at most, only serving to be a nuisance to anyone afflicted by them. For up to 2 turns after the turn of initial contact, the target will suffer minor inflammation at the point(s) of contact, before the body naturally deals with the effects. Should the eyes be exposed to any Osmium of this level, their vision will be blurred beyond distances of mid-range for the same duration.
C-Rank: C-Rank concentrations of Osmium carry only slightly more harmful effects. For up to 2 turns after the turn of initial exposure, the target will suffer inflammation, itchiness and minor blood loss. If the eyes come into contact with Osmium, one’s vision will be blurred for an equivalent amount of time, though their vision will be blurred beyond 10 meters.
B-Rank: Osmium of B-Rank levels begin to interfere at a greater level with the body. In addition to now causing continual damage (10 points) over 2 turns, the element will cause deterioration in the area of contact. Handseal sequences now take more time to perform due to the strain put on the hands, counteracting handseal specialties which increase the speed of seal formation, should they have been exposed to Osmium. Should the element reach the lungs by cutting into the chest or inhalation, the opponent’s base speed will be reduced by 1 level, and experience a slight difficulty breathing and coughing. One will suffer total blindness to anything beyond 10 meters for 2 turns.
A-Rank: A-Rank Osmium is particularly damaging to the body, causing 15 points of damage for up to 2 turns after the initial turn of contact, and will cause great deterioration in area affected. The top layers of skin will be removed, exposing raw flesh and muscle and even bone in the less dense parts of the body. Damage caused to the arms prevents handseal sequences longer than 4 seals from being performed, and any seals performed are done so at an ordinary speed. Should the legs or lungs be exposed to the element, their base speed will be reduced by 2 levels, due to tissue and nerve damage, or infection of the lungs. Exposure of the eyes to Osmium of this level results in greatly blurred vision beyond short range for 2 turns after the turn of contact.
S-Rank: The severity of the effects are greatest when exposed to S-Rank Osmium. The opponent will sustain 20 points of damage over two 2 turns after the turn of contact, and the tissue deterioration will be total. Description: Unfinal Shapes is a basic, supplementary application of Osmium combined with Fūin, designed to enhance its utility to mimic the usage of Sand Ninjutsu by Gaara. By having the element itself pre-made, and kept stored in a gourd or container of some kind, it is carried on hand by the user. In order to perform Osmium techniques using this premade reserve of the element, the user only needs to flush the container with the necessary amount of chakra, and they can control the element as they see fit. This is considered an alternative method of using Osmium techniques, and thus they are not considered as passive unless stated in the original technique, and usages of Osmium techniques through Unfinal Shapes count towards usage limits. Should they choose, the user can use that same source of Osmium for another Osmium technique, and it will behave according to its new rank/power and any other properties described in the technique, simply requiring that the user expend the stated amount of chakra. Osmium techniques made from the reserves carried on the user that are neutralised in a clash with other techniques, or by other methods, will be resealed into the gourd, unable to be used for the remainder of the turn of neutralisation, as well as the subsequent turn. Use of Unfinal Shapes requires that it be posted in the user’s bio, or at the start of battle.

Yumeton is a crystalline element that not only has physical properties but also comes along with a variety of psychoactive and hallucinogenic affects, which don't lessen nor fade (mentioned in submission) no matter the form it takes (solid or sand-like). The following effects are references to the psychoactive/hollucinogenic effects that would take place if one were to absorb the substance; Whether it be orally, through the skin, directly into the bloodstream, or even by smelling the fumes that it gives off when burned.

D-C Rank: Absorbing dream sand through means mentioned before of these ranks causes effects such as intense visual hollucinations, altered conception of time and overwhelming fear. This would simply cause their tracking speeds to decrease by 1/4 due to the mind being warped by the psychoactive side-effects.

B-A Rank: In addition to previous effects, the target would feel extreme lung irritation, along with distortion of their vision, color and sound. The lung irritation causes them to be unable to spew out techniques from their mouths that are S ranks or above due to the pain overwhelming them whenever they attempt to inhale or exhale too deeply. This would include Sound techniques or any other techniques of the nature that requires the user to exhale via yelling and such. The distortion of vision, sound and color simply makes it very difficult for the target to actually perceive things along the lines of the effected senses. Meaning they wouldn't be able to make out or hear extremely small sounds, wouldn't be able to see further than mid range or make out colors (basically color blind).

S Rank and above: In addition to previous mentioned effects, the targets, if exposed to the dream sand for 2 turns would fall into paralysis. After 2 more turns of exposure, they'd fall unconscious. 2 turns after that, they'd experience a painful death, usually a heart attack or organ failure being the case.

Note: The Effects of Dream Sand only go into effect after a full turn of being exposed to the element.
Note: After being effected, the targets can't lessen nor rid the effects (in submission) unless they somehow cleanse the element from their system, though removing themselves from exposure would have the effects not further worsen.

Description: Dark Times is a dream sand infusion technique that focuses on infusing the Yumeton with different aspects of his aresnal.
A Rank- This infusion allows for the user to infuse his different elemental chakra with Yumeton's (Earth and Water) in ratio's that would layer them with Yumeton crystals. For water techniques, they would appear to glimmer with the white crystals of inert Dream Sand and gain cutting properties, while earth techniques would be encrusted with the inert crystals that gave it the same. This would cause both elements used to raise 1 rank/20 damage in effectiveness(does not change S/Ws). The user must perform 3 handseals when doing this effect and this may be done 4 times per battle, needing a 2 turn cooldown. This counts of a move but may be used simultaneous to another water or earth technique of course. This adds 10 chakra to the cost of a move

S Rank - This ability may be posted in the user's biography or at the start of battle so that he may start the battle with it prepped, and is a passive ability requiring chakra. The user may infuse his equipment (seals, clothing, weapons, kunai/kunai equivalent, etc) with Yumeton, giving these objects a shimmering look due to the white crystals influence within them. For defensive purposes, this gives anything coated basic C rank protection from physical damage. The user's weapons also gain the effect of being able to basically inject the opponent with a powerful dose of Dream Sand upon penetrating their skin or being inside of him in some way due to this coating(S-rank). The user's seal/kanji based techniques and abilities become enhanced with Yumeton and the usual Kanji material is replaced by a Kanji made of Dream Sand that is charged with more chakra and power than the original, thus allowing the seal to draw from a stronger source of chakra as well as being fortified by the dream sand crystals themselves. This allows sealing tags to be capable of dealing damage equal to it's rank when something makes contact with it . The addition of the Dream Sand kanji as a power source makes it so that techniques that fit this category raise in effectiveness by 1 Rank/20 Damage Points as well as requiring 10 more chakra to activate. This only works on Sealing based techniques up to A rank (Advanced Fuuin users are able to increase S-rank Fuuinjutsu techniques by +10 damage/chakra.) rank and only effects seal/scroll/kanji based techniques and abilities. This variation can be utilized three times per battle with a two-turn cooldown. While a seal under the effect of Dark Times is in play, this technique cannot be activated, the cooldown starting when the Fuuinjutsu it is adorned to becoming void. The effects of Dark Times lasts for as long as the seal it is adorned to does. The user cannot coat a weapon while Dark Times is used on a Fuuinjutsu and vice versa, nor can the S-rank version be used while the A-rank version is in play. No A-rank and above Yumeton techniques can be used in the same turn Dark Times is activated for either version.

[Magnisuton: Behemoth's Doki] - Magnesium Dust Release: Behemoth's Wrath

Should the opponent not defend, they would be torn to pieces within a matter of moments. The size of the Tornado is capable of being up to a scale in which it would be capable of completely consuming large constructs such as Great Stone Golem.

Description: Dalmascan Refinery is a technique that allows the user to apply a general alteration the size, shape and alignment of Magnesium grain particles to achieve a variety of different effects.

Stardust: This alteration will have the user produce tinier than normal magnesium particles. Despite this the size of the magnesium technique will be maintained as more magnesium particles will be produced to compensate for the smaller grain size. Smaller grain size will result in a larger surface area that will ultimately culminate in greater reactivity. Ultimately, when ignited the intensity at which magnesium burns will be greatly increased, granting it a +20 damage boost for this period of time, similarly magnesium can be funnelled into an ignition source, such as fire or lightning to grant the boost to the combo or desired technique.

Stardust II: This alteration follows the same principle of Stardust, the difference here however is that the produced particles are even tinier. The result is a dangerously high surface area which will result in magnesium techniques that are exposed to an ignition source not simply igniting, but rather exploding. This phenomenon is similar to the real life event of dust explosions.

Chrysthaneum: This alteration affects the alignment of magnesium particles. Normally particles would remain stagnant - that is they would follow the movement of the greater whole with little deviation. Under the influence of Chrysthaneum however produced magnesium particles will spiral and grind against each other, producing friction, heat, and sparks that will result in the self-ignition of magnesium techniques.

Jigsaw: This alteration also affects the alignment of magnesium particles, and juxtaposes the effects of Chrysthaneum. Normally magnesium particles are of non-uniform shapes and sizes, Jigsaw however will produce magnesium particles that perfectly align with one another. The result will be particles that can interlock for greater stability and strength, which will greatly increases the strength of compact magnesium techniques. Compact magnesium techniques will gain a +20 damage boost, or rank increase, under the effects of Jigsaw. Magnesium techniques under Jigsaw, due to the greatly reduced surface area, become far less reactive and can no longer ignite.

Brokenshard: This alteration affects the shape of magnesium particles. Normally magnesium particles will be random in shape, under the effects of Brokenshard however the shape of magnesium particles will be altered to emphasise piercing and slicing qualities. Produced magnesium particles will be needle or blade like in shape, resulting in magnesium techniques that are jagged and razor sharp, greatly increasing destructive power. Under the influence of Brokenshard Magnesium technique will gain a +20 damage boost, and non-offensive magnesium technique will gain offensive properties equal to their rank/defensive power.

Brightsteel: This alteration affects how magnesium particles are visually perceived. Normally magnesium will appear as a standard silvery metal. Under the effects of Brightsteel however each magnesium particle will be magnificently polished and its reflectivity will be further increased through the user of chakra. As a result Brightsteel magnesium will reflect light to such an extent that it will appear blindingly bright, similar to the Hidden Mist Eye Sight Deprivation, temporarily blinding the opponent for as long as they look at the technique directly.

Notes:
Logically not every particle is perfectly controlled and tailored, however enough is done to achieve a uniform and desired effect.
This technique can be used twice, last four turns each time and has a cooldown of two turns. On account of its nature, being that it has no independent uses, it can be activated instantly and in the same timeframe as another technique.
The user can apply up to two alterations at any one time, however Chrysthaneum is incompatible with Jigsaw. The user can also choose to not apply any alterations to a utilised magnesium technique.
When this technique ends, the user will be incapable of utilising B ranked or above magnesium techniques for two turns.

Description: Hungry Ghost is a spiritual parasite created through the user’s Yin Release chakra. When using an elemental jutsu, the user will form the ram hand seal to seal the hungry ghost within their technique. Sealing the hungry ghost inside one’s technique happens within the same timeframe as their elemental technique. When the user’s technique clashes with another technique, the parasitic Yin Chakra will eat away at the chakra within the technique, weakening it by one rank. Once the hungry ghost consumes foreign chakra it is released and immediately attaches itself to the source of the foreign chakra (the opponent). From there, the parasite continues to eat away at the enemy’s chakra every time they use techniques (all techniques reduce in rank and power by 1 degree). Once the Hungry Ghost is released, its tether is immediate and cannot be blocked or circumvented by ordinary means. The effects of Hungry Ghost last for 4 turns.
Note: Can only be used 5 times per battle and cannot be used on the same target more than twice.

Trunks had activated Super Sayain 2 while tossing his flashbomb. This would prove to be futile as his opponent was quite agile. He elegantly hopped backwards while weaving 2 handseals, out of the range of the flashbomb once again revealing that despite being blindfolded, he could still perfectly perceive and react to his environment. "He dodged it? Without sight? What the hell… sensory ninjutsu? Sound? Vibration? No, he muttered under his breath, sweat rolling down his temple. It’s something else.” Trunk's made note of the man's unknown abilities. Anyhow the man would soon create tornado made of a blinding bright dust, not like grains of the sand of the environment, but metalic in nature. Trunks winced, shielding his eyes from the glare. Even through the searing light, he could feel the pull of the storm, its hunger, its intent. In a streak of motion, Trunks body flickered 10m backward, spinning counterclockwise as he moved, the air around him cracking with the lightning chakra aura. He reappeared ten meters away, landing in a crouch, his momentum carrying through his body as he twisted into a counterclockwise spinning kick.

A fierce burst of wind tore outward from his leg that shaped itself into a massive dragon of air. The Leaf Dragon God rose, coiling upward, its jaws opening wide as it lunged toward the magnesium tornado. The two tornados would collide, sending a shockwave of power throughout the desert, further reshaping the dunes of sand. The dragon shredded through the heart of the magnesium twister, piercing its core, but its power faltered. The intense power from the magnesium storm dispersed its form, leaving the wind dragon weakened to a faint spiral as it would meet the man. With a power of 10 remaining from the jutsu clash, the weakend Leaf Dragon God wouldn't be able to overcome the man's enhanced durability. At best, the man's clothes would recieve cuts.

Description: Using the amazing abilities of the Lightning Armor technique, both the 3rd and 4th Raikages are able to move at insanely high speeds to dodge or evade incoming attacks, even those that would normally be unavoidable such as Amaterasu. This fast movement can also be used in conjunction with a Taijutsu move, including their own signature Lightning based Nintaijutsu moves, to use the momentum one can gather and add even more damage if the move allows it. The technique also alows the user to move in more elaborate patterns that one would think, although following a more or less linear path. The only weakness of this technique is that, since its purely fast and enhanced movement, you cannot use it in all battle grounds but only those that would otherwise enable its use. Not only that but although the user moves fast, he is still trackable by high Doujutsu users, Sensors and EIG Masters. This doesn't mean the opponent can react ( that depends on his speed, mastery of Taijutsu and techniques used ) but rather that he can perceive the attack.

Note: Only useable once per turn by Third and Fourth Raikage bios with their Lightning Chakra Armor active.

Description:
This is an ultimate taijutsu technique created by the legendary taijutsu master Chen. It appears to be initiated by an upward spin kick at which point it quickly becomes like tornado. Forming into a dragon with long whiskers, it attacks the target aiming to swallow them, at which point they are cut by the razor sharp air currents inside the attack. After initiating the attack, the user appears to remain shielded within the base of the tornado as the outward surface of the dragon seems to be solid enough for a person to impact and rebound off of, making the only way to enter the technique once it has been initiated is by being swallowed. However, there is one distinct weakness to the technique. Since the Dragon God's real form (and what it basically is) is that of an ordinary tornado, though cosmetically shaped into a dragon, its attack power is based on rotation. If one enters the attack's centre (Dragon's Eye) while rotating at high speed, such as Lee's One-Man Front Lotus, it can be dispersed without inflicting damage. The technique, while seemingly similar to Wind Release, is actually just the users own physical power (through the use of the spinning kick) shaping the air into currents through movement. It is, however, enough to fight off elemental ninjutsu of the same rank and below.

Trunks would weave the Shadow Clone handseal, creating a perfect clone of himself just to the right of himself with half of his chakra. In doing so he'd call out to the man yelling across the ravaged desert between them. “Whoever you are… you’re no ordinary shinobi. I’ve fought S Class shinobi, cyborgs, mercinaries. You’ve earned my respect,” Trunks said quietly, his voice carrying across the sand. If I’m going to face you seriously… I should at least know your name."

Description: The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and himself and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clones, a max number of 4, are capable of performing techniques on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after hit by a strong enough force, returning 10% of its individual chakra to the user. Shadow clones can't be distinguished from the original with Sharingan, Byakugan, Rinnegan or normal Chakra Sensing. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones.

Not only did the man not hail him, but was keen on running into trouble, much to Qin's disappointment. The LDG attack would somehow manage to overcome the magnesium, prompting Qin to do another hop, avoiding the remnants of the attack. While it would have barely done any damage had it landed, there was no need to be touched by filth. Driving home this notion, Qin would create two mockingbirds that circle around him for future protection. Following that, and the creation of the clone, Qin would summon an olm that adds another layer of protection. Both the Wind and Summoning would be hard to discern exactly given the range. (25 ish)

Someone like you can refer to me as King, Emperor, or Your Highness. Qin would state. There was no malice or contempt, but simply a matter of fact. He would await the duos attack, hoping it would be of some amusement.

Description: With a single hand seal, the user is able to create two mockingbirds from the palm of his hands (simply cosmetic, can be created from anywhere short range around the user). The mockingbirds are created with a chakra link between them which cannot be seen without the aid of Doujutsu, or through the use of chakra sensing techniques. The link between them forms a barrier of Wind around the user, protecting the user's body from harm of techniques which might have somehow slipped any other defences put up. The user uses this technique to send chakra to the mockingbirds upon their creation, which in return power the barrier of Wind around his body, protecting him from attacks by slicing or blowing them away (depends on the technique it is defending against, and is down to the users will). The secret to defeating the technique lays in the opponents ability to destroy the Wind made mockingbirds who are able to mimic speed of things they see in battle. If not destroyed, the birds are able to last for five turns before the chakra originally given to them upon creation is depleted. Unless the opponent decides to touch the user, this jutsu is purely defensive and can do no harm. Moreover, for the protection of others the user is able to - at the cost of a move - erect the barrier so that there is a 2 meter diameter with him/her in the center, allowing others protection as well. If they user was to want to return the barrier to its original size, it'd come at the cost of another move.
-Can only be used twice per battle, and once deactivated/destroyed by the opponent, there is a turn wait before being able to use this jutsu again. In the same turn this is used, the user must not use any Wind jutsus above S-rank.
(Olm Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Noteleks ) - Olm Summoning Technique: Noteleks

Description: The user summons an Olm whose exoskeleton is padded enough to appear visible on the outside of their body. The exoskeleton has a slimy yet thick consistency, and is equal in size to the size of the user, covering them from head to toe, leaving mouth, nose and eyes just uncovered. The summoned Olm has many uses, allowing physical attacks of up to B-rank to slide off the user (depending on size, as something bigger than the user himself cannot just slide off), with the thickness of the layer of skin aiding in the user in close quarter combat, lessening damage, and making the users own attack heavier in a sense (no added damage but if used against equally ranked opponent, the user of this would have the upper hand). Apart from this basic addition, this jutsus main use comes from its ability to allow the user to fuse with one of his summonings. Upon having used this, the user can summon an Olm at any point after, which he then chooses to fuse directly within him as its summoned, allowing the summoned beings to become one in an instant, giving the user a surge of foreign chakra which can be used to release genjutsu. Of course it cannot be used to release paralysis based jutsus if the user needs to move in order to summon the Olm to begin with. Moreover, the fusion allows the user access to the summoned Olms' abilities, which in most cases is basic elemental jutsus, and also allows the user to contact and communicate with them.

Like all other Olms, the summoned Olm is blind, but however has the sense of smell equal to that of an Inuzuka and hearing capabilities equal to someone who has the D-ranked sound jutsu (Inner Sonar Skill) activated.

Note: Can only be used 3 times, once activated, the layer of Skin lasts until destroyed or three turns have passed, whichever comes first. However, the slime dries out after 3 turns, not allowing the user protection from B-rank and below physical attacks, meaning the layer of skin left can only deflect basic weapons but nothing more for the remaining turns.

Note: When fused with summoned beings, this jutsu would last as long as the being with the most turns left on field, before the skin sheds, leaving the user as he was before this was summoned. This means if this technique is on its fourth turn, and a summoning which lasts 3 turns is summoned and fused with, then the technique will remain for those three turns. However, this can also be a disadvantage, since if a summoning is fused with early on, and lasts shorter than the five turns this jutsu allows, the user is forced to release this jutsu once that summoning has ran out of turns.

His expression softened, not with fear or offense, but a kind of distant, tired disbelief. “King?” he echoed quietly, glancing toward his shadow clone with a faint frown.“You sound… like my father.” He exhaled, shaking his head, the faintest trace of melancholy slipping through his voice. “He called himself the Prince of Saiyans, but there were barely five of us left. Empty titles, for empty men in empty worlds. Pity."

The clone’s chakra suddenly flared. Lightning danced across his muscles, his hair spiking as the Lightning Chakra Armor surged to its fullest form. In a blur, he shot forward, his movement carving a glowing trail through the sand before curving sharply into a crescent arc behind the so-called king. At the same time, Trunks weaved a single hand seal, two black lightning spears materializing five meters above the mockingbirds before dropping downwards on them.

Description: The user wraps their body in a layer of lightning chakra which, instead of being used offensively, is used to electrically stimulate their nervous system. The technique speeds up neural synapses reaction time, and pushes physical prowess to the absolute limit allowing for tremendous raw speed. The technique has different levels of activation each visibly depicted by the users hair which stands up when the technique is activated to the fullest. The higher the level, the higher the speed the user can achieve. This mode, combined with taijutsu, allows the users to utilize nintaijutsu. When using the armor at full power, it causes the tips of A's hair to spike up and his reflexes are said to be comparable to those of Konoha's Yellow Flash, making it difficult even for the Sharingan to keep up with him. Despite the large quantity of chakra it releases and uses up, the armor doesn't damage enemies who touch it, leaving the user able to interact with those around, allies or enemies as well as tools, weapons, etc.

Level One: The base activation of the mode, the user's speed doubles and he gains a x2 speed boost. His Taijutsu increases as well, by +20 damage.

Level Two: The most commonly used state and the one generally referred to, this activation causes the user's hair to slightly raise upwards as his speed increases x3 speed. This likewise increase his strength +10 more than level one. This state can only last 4 turns max each usage.

Level Three: The highest level of the Lightning Chakra Armor, the user uses this state to increase his reactions and speed to the max, gaining a x6 speed boost and a +40 damage boost to Taijutsu. The users speed increases to a point where only the highest Gates, Jinchuriki modes and instant techniques outstrip the user in terms of speed, appearing as a blur to most targets. This state however, only lasts 2 turns, after which the mode in it's entirety cannot be accessed for at least 3 turns.

Note: Level Two can only be used three times max each event and Level Three can only be used twice. During Level 3, only Taijutsu and Lightning may be used exclusively.

Description: Because of the massive amount of chakra drain, the 3rd Raikage was normally only able to maintain the Lightning Release Armor for a limited amount of time. This technique was developed to address that issue, and achieved through battle experience and rigorous training to build up his endurance resulting in his abnormally high chakra levels and uncanny resilience. As a result of this training, he developed the technique of containing and harnessing his radiating aura inside his body through intense, continuous concentration and uses it to bolster his power even further in dire situations. With this method, the 3rd Raikage officially achieved mastery of the form. In this state, the user operates at the highest level of the Lightning Chakra Armor. There is even more skill involved in maintaining this state, as the user must be capable of prolonged periods of intense mental and physical concentration in order to continuously contain the surge of chakra within their body and throughout the nervous system. This constant internal surge of high voltage Lightning chakra renders the user immune to S-rank and below genjutsu (excluding MS and Yin Release). By internalizing the Lightning Armor it also affords the user a high resistance to electrical damage as the user becomes completely immune to the Lightning Element, the internalized surged constantly rejecting foreign Lightning techniques from the user's body on contact. By internalizing the Lightning aura, the user pushes their nervous system past its natural limits increasing their physical power beyond what was normally possible with the standard Lightning Release Armor. The once wasted energy now is constantly recycled and renewed within the user's body and nervous system. The user's speed will instead see an additional increase to x5, while their taijutsu is increased +50. However, this form is classed as a high-risk, high reward technique. While the form increases the number of turns the user is capable of using the Level 3 Lightning Release Armor by 1, the user is restricted to using only Taijutsu during this time. When the mode ends the after effects upon the user's nervous system make it so the Armor cannot be accessed for at least 5 turns, and the user may not use Lightning Release or Taijutsu above B-rank for two turns after. The user also experiences -3 to their base speed for two turns as well.

Raiton: Kaminari no Metsujin no Jutsu - Lightning Release: Lightning God Slayer Technique - (Trunks)

Description: Utilizing the user's signature Black Lightning, the user combines shape manipulation with their Black Lightning to form various tools and objects to aid the user in combat. The power of this technique varies depending on the amount of chakra fueled into it but requires more handseals in order to control with C-rank requiring at least one handseal, and the highest amount of four handseals for S-rank. The objects created by this technique may be created anywhere, however, must be at least 5 m away from the opponent.
Note:
  • Can only use S-ranked three times per battle.
  • No S-Rank or above Lightning on the turn following the use of the S-Rank variant.
  • Requires one turn cool down between uses.

As the clone appeared behind Qin, lightning converged to a single point on his index finger. With extreme precision and force, he clone thrust forward, the Hell Stab aimed directly for the man's heart.

( Raiton: Jigokuzuki ) - Lightning Release: Hell Stab

Description: The Hell Stab is the strongest technique of the Third Raikage, whereby he concentrates a considerable amount of lightning chakra into just the finger-tips of a single hand and then performs a strong thrusting motion. The thrust, in conjunction with highly concentrated chakra, enables A to pierce a target in a manner somewhat akin to both the Chidori and Lightning Cutter. The total number of fingers involved in the attack inversely correlates with the overall intensity and power of the technique. With less fingers being used, the technique becomes stronger and raises by 1 rank, starting at C rank.

Four-Finger Nukite: A decently strong, lightning-infused thrust performed with precisely four of A's fingers. This strike is powerful enough to break through a variety of robust defences with relative ease.

Three-Finger Nukite: A fairly strong, lightning-infused thrust performed with precisely three of A's fingers. This strike is effective against even malleable materials that usually handle an attack by dissipating its force.

Two-Finger Nukite: An exceptionally strong, lightning-infused thrust performed with only two of A's fingers. This strike of capable of inflicting great damage upon impact, creating a shock wave powerful enough to send objects within short range of it flying backwards some meters.

One-Finger Nukite: A lightning-infused thrust known as the "strongest spear" and performed with one finger. The sheer concentration of lightning chakra is so great that it extends well beyond the finger in a lone point. It is powerful enough to easily sever all of Gyūki's tails during an encounter, and in a single instance, at that. In addition, it is able to pierce opponent's and leave a prominent scar.

Witnessing the clone's flare up of chakra from the distance, and the Mockingbirds reacting to the lightning from above, Qin would bring forth Sulpher. Sulpher would be perched on Qin's shoulder, casually balanced on it's master. The mockingbirds would easily deal with the lightning attack and remain in play to deal with the clone one it's within range. Due to Sulpher's presence, the clone would be stripped from it's mode, reverting it back to it's base state. All in all, the lightning would be dealt with and the clone would be pushed back in a weaker state, both due to it's mode being stripped and the lower spiritual defence, on top of a chakra drainage.

Following his initial defence, Qin would take flight, rising to 16 meters height, naturally with Sulpher still on his shoulder and his birds present. He would wait once more, hoping this time around his opponent would be somewhat impressive...

(Inton: Sulphur) - Yin Release: Sulpher

Description: Through a surge of chakra throughout their body, followed by 4 hand seals, the user would bring forth an autonomous cat familiar composed of spiritual energy named Sulpher. Sulpher's presence brings with it a spherical zoning area 3 meters in each direction of it's creation that is a capable of draining different foreign kinds of Yang based energy, robbing the afflicted from it, where the Yin Energy targets physical energy. Targets under the influence of Yang based techniques or similar would have said techniques nullified once within Sulpher's zone, with familiars, techniques brought to life by Yang, being canceled out due to the high drainage. Opponent themselves that enter the zone would have their natural vitality weakened, suffering from a chakra loss of 50 while having their spiritual defenses lowered by a rank, allowing future techniques to be applied easier. Should the opponent exit Sulpher's zone, they would regain their defenses within two turns. Usable twice, lasting four turns or until cancelled, with a minimum three turns between usages. During Sulpher's presence no other Yin familiar be used, nor Yang techniques. No Yin techniques above A rank can be used for the next two turns.

( Chakura Suishin Būtsu no Jutsu ) - Chakra Propulsion Boots Technique

Description: The Asura Path utilizes chakra that shoots out of his boots to propel himself in a linear direction, greatly increasing his speed by double. Other Rinnegan bios can also use this technique by having the Asura Path activated and producing the technique from their feet. With enough mastery, the user can even be granted flight as long as he fuels the technique. In this case however, he needs to spend chakra to sustain flight, spending a move to keep active.
Note: Can only be used through Asura Path or with it active.

Super Sayain state. Even worse, the man brought up Trunk's abusive father, Vegeta. It brought back deep dark memories of the physical abuse he experienced at the hand of his father. The shadow clone felt the same emotional pain. It pointed its palm to the sky, concentrating katon chakra into a disc. He'd throw it at the original trunks, but before it reached trunks it would curve upward into the sky.

As the katon jutsu disappeared into the skies, both the clone and Trunks would perform a spinning kick, once again summoining the winds to form dragons to attack the flying man.

After initiating the attack, the user appears to remain shielded within the base of the tornado as the outward surface of the dragon seems to be solid enough for a person to impact and rebound off of, making the only way to enter the technique once it has been initiated is by being swallowed. However, there is one distinct weakness to the technique. Since the Dragon God's real form (and what it basically is) is that of an ordinary tornado, though cosmetically shaped into a dragon, its attack power is based on rotation. If one enters the attack's centre (Dragon's Eye) while rotating at high speed, such as Lee's One-Man Front Lotus, it can be dispersed without inflicting damage. The technique, while seemingly similar to Wind Release, is actually just the users own physical power (through the use of the spinning kick) shaping the air into currents through movement. From what Qin could tell, there was nothing of substance being thrown out, so instead of waiting for the men to impress, he would just take the attacking initiative. Through a big surge of chakra, Qin would manipulate gravity to unleash a full powered, long scale Shinra Tensei. The attack would deal with the fire easily whilst also putting Trunks and his clone on the back foot. The dusty terrain itself would be left devastated, leaving a huger crater which Qin would descend into, curios to see if the opponent would survive.

( Shinra Tensei ) - Divine Punishment

Description: Using the Deva Paths abilities to manipulate gravitational forces, the user will repulse and push away anything around him up to a given range, in all directions, producing an omni-repulsion effect. The force and repulsive effect is absolute, affecting both energy and matter alike. The technique itself can be used with different ranges/sizes, depending on how much chakra the user spends for the technique and can even, in its smaller form, be sustained, forming a static defensive field instead of a wave-like effect.
Shōkibo - Small Scale: the user will push away anything around him up to short range. The offensive power in this size is not that high as it hits opponents but can still do severe damage. It isn't, however, fatal, boasting a physical 40 damage. If the user focuses this ability with the help of his hands he can sustain a defensive absolute repulsive field around him. He can't, however, do any technique while he is sustaining it and he can only sustain it for 2 turns. Once used, takes one turn cool down to use gravitational related techniques again, becoming when the technique ends.

Chūkibo - Medium Scale: the user will push away anything around him up to mid range. The offensive power in this size is severe, sending opponents flying backwards with enough force to, if not defended properly, leave near fatal physical damage. Although not directly fatal, the technique boasts a physical damage of 80. If the user focuses this ability through one or both hands, he can push away a specific target or technique alone, instead of producing the normal omni-repulsive wave. Once used, takes 2 turns cool down to use gravitational related techniques again.

Ōkibo - Large Scale: the user will push away anything around him up to long range. The offensive power of the technique is devastating and anything in its path that doesn't manage to defend properly is left obliterated. Its fatal if unguarded, boasting a physical damage of 160. Using this techniques poses a great deal of danger to the user as he damages his chakra pathway itself to be able to mold sufficient chakra to perform it. Once used, the user loses the use of any gravitational related techniques for the remainder of the fight and is unable to mold chakra for Rinnegan techniques and S ranks and above for 5 turns.
Note: The technique is immune to normal Elemental Weaknesses and Strengths and as such can't be physically blocked, absorbed or dodged by becoming intangible or similar means. However, the enemies can still use techniques that reduce physical damage to their bodies to survive its effects or escape its range through a fast enough technique. This means that in the large scale, while the technique can't be stopped, avoided or directly countered, enemies can still manage to survive if they are able to reduce the damage done enough.

Suddenly from the man, an invisible force of power would would disperse into the battlefield. Trunks and his shadow clone were powerless to defend against it. Overtaken by the god-like display of power, Trunks would find himself buried in the giant crater left in the sand. If not for the extreme durability of his body, -20 to ninjutsu attacks, he'd be dead instead of being on the brink of death.

He arose from the sand, his vision blurry and stained red with his own blood. Pain surged throughout his body and his breathing heavily labored. Trunk's knew his death was near and was left with no other choice but to take the man with him. Trunk's sent chakra into the ground beneath him causing it to rise at high speeds as he dashed towards the man. He'd bear hug the man restricting his movement.

(Doton: Daichidōkaku) - Earth Release: Great Moving Earth Core

Description: This technique grants the user the ability to freely lower or raise the terrain within a specific area surrounding them, in a similar manner to its parent technique, albeit on a much larger scale. The user will slam his hands on the ground which he can then lower or raise the ground up to 100 meters in a large section. The rise will be fast enough to pin enemies to the ground, restricting their movements as they struggle to get up and the drop will be fast enough to leave almost all enemies without a footing (albeit not airborne). Because of the large chakra needed to alter such a large area of the terrain, the user will be able to use it only a limited number of times.
Note: Can only be used twice.

Once he captured the man, pillars would erupt from the ground beneath them and discharge electrcity that would shock both Trunks and the man. Trunks in his current state wouldn't be able to take the jutsu, the electrcity would stop his heart result in his death. But this was Trunk's man. Upon his death, the Reverse Four Symbols Seal on his back would activate. Suddenly everything within mid range would be pulled inwards and sealed within Trunk's corpse.

(Raiton: Shichu Shibari) - Lightning Release: Four-Pillar Bind

Once they rise, they unleash a barrage of lightning bolts, currents and shocks to whatever is inside, paralyzing, shocking and damaging the target from all around.

( Ura Shishō Fūinjutsu ) - Reverse Four Symbols Sealing Technique

As the man makes contact with Qin, the Emperor would perform a single hand seal and change into 10 birds, flying into the distance. Qin would reappear 30 meters away, witnessing his opponent take his own life. 'At least he was prideful.' Qin would think as he heads back to the palace.

I was asked to check this, so I'll be posting my not-so-thorough ruling on this fight.

Post #5: So yeah, you actually ran into the tornado that was created by Vayne due to the distance, lol. You’d take about 80 damage ( damage shaving ).

Post #10: Gravity kills Kooljay due to the previous damage taken. Vegeta would be ashamed, he trained in 100× gravity

Post #11: You're already dead, but I thought I should point out you can't move while using MEC.
