Orochimaru watched the opponent enter mid range of him, maybe it was one of the students taking this year's Chuunin examinations? If it was, he wasnt very successful in life seeing how old he was. Or maybe he was a proctor, or even someone watching over the testees? Either way, he seemed interesting enough to bother with. Walking from behind a tree with a creepy ass smile on his face, orochimaru spoke to the man with a chilling tone in his voice.

Ever seen a snake's stomach? It's quite the sight when you've been eaten.....

As he says that he weaves a flash of hand seals before slamming his hands on the surface of the ground. This allows him to bring forth the flesh of a snakes stomach onto the terrain, completely covering the ground within a 15m radius with him as the epicenter.. Once the flesh is summoned, Orochimaru manipulated it to do his bidding in one swift motion. The flesh would wrap around your feet and ankles in a moment's notice whilst twisting and crushing them in the same movement. Simultaneously a spike of flesh would extend from 5m behind you in attempts to skewer you through your back and go through your left lung.

Description: The user make six hand seals and slams his hands on the ground. The user summons a snake's stomach just like what Jiriaya summons a Toad's stomach. The stomach can be control by the user to make the stomach expand or tighten in any point in the stomach to crush anything that isn't hard as steel or higher density.

-it stays on the field for 4 turns or unless the user releases it
-must have 2 turns in between uses

Baraggan had little interest in fighting Orochimaru, but it appeared that Orochimaru was clearly adamant on dying. How ironic, to witness the shinobi who sought immortality to walk straight into the path of his demise.

"Hmm.. A snakes mouth..?"

Baraggan witnessed Orochimaru weave a set of handseals, and immediately became cautious of what would happen next. He suddenly noticed snake flesh cover the ground, and wasted no time to respond. Baraggan weaved a single handseal, releasing a current of lightning throughout his body that proceeded to shape themselves into hummingbirds. Half of these birds would quickly destroy the snakes flesh nearby Baraggan before returning back to him, whilst the others would lift Baraggan 8m into the air.

Description: The user performs a single hand seal, generating a stream of lightning that surrounds the users body. The stream of lightning is subsequently shaped into thousands of high-density bird-like creatures, resembling hummingbirds. These creatures are entirely composed of lightning, one inch in length, and possess an extended beak, which acts as 'stinger' for piercing purposes. These creatures, each possessing the capability to fly can be commanded by the user to attack the opponent using their beaks, though stings by these creatures cause only minor damage and numbness, the effect can be drastically increased when they attack and successfully sting the opponent in large numbers. The user can alternatively command these creatures to cover up his entire body, forming a layer over his body which can not only serve defensive purposes by utilizing the high density composition of these creatures, but can also be used offensively, in conjunction with Taijutsu, capitalizing on these creatures ability to sting upon the enemy upon contact. The manipulation of these creatures can be exploited to a high level, as they can be commanded to establish pincer formations, being used as a platform to 'fly', or a defensive wall; this being entirely dependent upon the user. These creatures can only disperse if they're destroyed, the user deactivates the technique or if the user performs a technique from another element. Manipulation of these creatures for offensive or supplementary purposes does not make them get used up. The user cannot use any technique from the Basic Five, except for Lightning for as long as this technique is active. Doing so would result in these creatures dispersing. The only case or scenario where this is not applicable is when the user has mastered Yin and Yang. However, the user is free to utilize any Elemental Kekkei Genkai they possess, as long as one of the two elements that compose that given KG is Lightning.
Note: Commanding these creatures counts as one of the three jutsus per turn, regardless of the extent of their manipulation in a single turn.
Note: A quarter of these creatures (B Rank) are enough to completely cover up the body of the user or the opponent.
Note: The user cannot use Lightning S rank and above the turn after deactivating the technique

Whilst this happened, Baraggan reached into his pocket with his left hand and grabbed 7 explosive tags. He then sent them away from the battlefield.

Description: A simple yet effective technique to use as both an attack as well as a defense. The user will repel a solid object or technique using one or both of his paws. He repels the targeted object or technique to another location, away from the battle field. This can be done to avoid techniques or attacks or to remove hindering objects from the battle field. However, its main ability comes with the ability to call forth that object once again to a different location on the field. This can be useful to attack an unsuspecting enemy or to provide a fast defense. The object will appear in any location of the field. The main thing to consider is, however, the lack of momentum the object will carry once it appears. In this case, to be used as an attack, gravity and other forces might be necessary to exploit to give maximum effect. Techniques that are not physical or tangible in nature like fire, lightning or wind will not be able to be called forth as once they are replled and sent away, they lose their shape and disperse wherever the user might have sent them. Fire and Lightning will also damage the user upon making contact with the paws making the paws unusable for 2 turns. The size of the target is relevant and proportional to the rank within the clan being that the maximum size it can affect is up to 10 times the users mass.

Orochimaru watches closely as the snake flesh attempts the attack, only to to take notice of the lightning being crafted and used in multiple ways. The flesh was seemingly destroyed by the lightning (that half of lightning won't come back to you. A-rank against my A-rank cancels both, thus leaving only the lightning that's carrying you) but Orochimaru simply grinned in a creepy fashion before changing completely. In an instant, his body would be covered with snake like scales, numerous horns were protruding from his head, while his eyes took on a black and yellow look. Sage mode had been achieved, and you were now against a dragon.

( Sennin Modo ) – Sage Mode

Description: In the normal Sage Mode, the user, by standing perfectly still in a meditative focus (user must stay still for 1 turn), will draw into him natural energy which he will then blend with their own chakra adding a new dimension of power to it. By doing this, the user gains access to what is called senjutsu chakra. This new chakra allows the user to enter an empowered state called Sage Mode, which then drastically increases the strength of his techniques and his physical prowess (speed, strength, stamina, etc). However, by infusing his body with Jugo's cells Orochimaru was able to mimic his ability to passively gather natural energy at all times, becoming able to enter Sage Mode at any time he wishes without needing to wait one turn to gather the needed natural energy. The Snake sage mode gives different effects and features than its toad counter part. The user gains yellow eyes with a black sclera. They gain further access to snake anatomy, such as their brille, which can be used to block out some light as well as stop visual-based genjutsu from affecting them and their scales, which bestow a rudimentary yet effective protection from minor attacks. They are also able to perform abilities that are characteristic of snakes, such as dislocating their jaw, although this is not exclusive to this mode. Their physical strength, speed, stamina, reflexes, and durability dramatically increase, with more emphasis on speed, agility and reflexes rather than strength, endurance and raw power. When Sage mode ends the user then experiences physical exhaustion reducing their capabilities the following turn and preventing him from using techniques above A-Rank and Taijutsu above B-Rank. A user can prevent this by using a shadow clone to collect natural energy and dispelling it before or after sage mode ends or by ending sage mode before it times out. While sage mode is active, minor wounds heal slowly as time passes and the user gains the ability to passively sense his surroundings through the natural energy, in a similar but more precise and enhanced way as normal chakra sensing. While Sage Mode is active, the user will take little damage from techniques B-Rank and below and A-Rank and below Taijutsu. Taijutsu gains +15 damage, main elemental affinity gains +20 damage, other elemental ninjutsu gain +10 damage and Genjutsu gains +20 damage.

Immediately after entering SM, Orochimaru manipulates the Senjutsu naturally present around the terrain in order to make his attack. He hadn't had a chance to actually full blown use Senjutsu since achieving his new power, so he wanted to test something created by the God of Shinobi. Hashirama Senju himself. Suddenly one hundred needles created from the Senjutsu are spawned on all sides of you, coming into existence a mere meter away from you in every given direction. The needles were about 5 times the size of the average Senbon width wise, though each were about 2 feet long. Of course, immediately after being spawned around you, the needles lunge into your body, ripping through you before you knew what was happening.

Maybe it was your time to die. Such an old age must be painful.


( Senpo: Waikyoku Zennou no Sennin ) - Sage Mode: Torture of the Almighty Sage

Description: Using the same principle as "Ice Release: 1000 Needles of Death" the user would focus his natural energy all around his opponent. Once done, the user would materialize the the natural energy into hundreds of small sized needles which surrounds all directions and angles of the opponent. At the user's will, the needles would all attack the opponent at once, piercing him from all angles. It could also be done at several enemies, but the number and power of the needles would be split according to the number of enemies. The needles need to be created at least one meter away from any opponents.

After Baraggan had repelled away the explosive tags, he quickly took a glimpse at Orochimaru. The shinobis physical appearance had clearly changed, he had grown horns and the colour of his eyes had changed.

"Hmph.. what would this be? Your attempt at activating the Sage Mode? Hah.. an insolent fool like you cannot even bear the Cursed Mark!"

Baraggan could barely control his laugh. He was beyond amused at Orochimarus transformation, for it reminded it of how a previous opponent of his had undergone a similar transformation.

"Do you think horns and yellow eyes will help you win? You pathetic ant.. I'll crush you here and now"

Before Baraggan could attack, he noticed senbons suddenly form all around him. The sudden threat to his life was however the least of Baraggans concern because he knew that Orochimaru would not even be able to touch him, much less than harm him. Wasting absolutely no time, Baraggan used his paws to create a suction force through reverse repel action, encapsulating himself. This would allow him to absorb all of energy stored inside the senbons and protect him from the senbon onslaught.

Damage Points: Varies(Depends on the rank of the absorbed technique. When the absorbed force is expunged, it can cause 60 damage if previously used to absorb A-rank, 80 damage if used to absorbed s-rank force)
Description: The user takes advantage of their paws and, upon physical contact, any impact is absorbed instantaneously. This is seen by the clan members as an invert push. The impact is stored on the paw until the user is able to catch his opponent off guard, striking them with the full power of the absorbed technique. The absorbed force can be released also as a focused blast of air pressure from the paw that aborbed it. While the paw instantenously absorb the impact, the momentum of the jutsu or technique in question stops totally and either falls as a dormant entity or deforms while proceeding no further. The user can at the same instance, release the absorbed force instead of choosing to store it for a while. Alternatively, the user can use the paw in form of a suction through reverse repel action to stop a surrounding force be it push or pull by absorbing the closely embracing kinetic energy (only if they are close to the user) like any remote force, encapsulating the user. Also after absorption, he can release the absorbed force immediately.
Note: The user can simultaneously perform a Paw Paw technique to add damage.
Note: Can only absorb techniques one rank above maximum, higher than that, the paw will take half of the damage, and will be useless for 2 turns. This means it can absorb an impact from upto S-rank jutsu, if it is normal chakra, force, energy, tangible matter/entity, earth, water, wind or elements technique related to them but can only absorb upto A-rank impact from lightning and fire or elements similar or related to them, leaving the paw useless for 2 turns.
Note: Can only be used once every 2 turns for normal members why Legends can use this with no turn rest except when their paw receives damage.

The lightning hummingbirds would meanwhile establish a platform underneath Baraggan so that he would properly be able to stand in mid-air.
