Looking at Naori with her byakugan (its passively activated) she says, "Hi, Whats your name, girl? " upon saying this she sends her chakra in to Naori's brain and a snake comes out from the ground and binds her and starta to crush her, and then she quickly forms two hand seals real quick (2nd affanity) and sends her doton chakra underneath Naori (in to the ground) and immediately turns the ground in to a swamp which starts to suck Naori into the ground while she is fighting with the genjutsu then Hinata slams her hands on the ground opening a portal above Naori and a boar shaped earth structure falls upon Naori crushing her dead.

Whoa.... Nice start Waaizu trully you've improved from the last time we fought, now now how shall I respond to this predicament I'm facing.
Naori looking rather apprehensive from the moment she arrived. Because of that she has been looking down at the grass which reminded her of home. When she hears a woman speaking, greeting her actually also queries her of her name. She raises her head while forcefully activates her immature 2 tomoe sharingan.
Well if you wanted to know my name, don't you think it would be appropriate if you told me yours first?
Upon saying that Naori sees snakes coming out from the ground as they start to ensnare her she notices that its a genjutsu because she never saw her opponent doing a summoning jutsu and also by looking at her chakra network using her sharingan she was able to determine that her chakra network was disrupted so two ways she saw. So she fairly punches herself in her gut creating a spike on her chakra which ultimately releases her from the genjutsu.
Not bad but I think you can do much more better then that.
After uttering those words Naori finds herself in quite a jeopardous situation. Little did she suspect that her foe was simply using the genjutsu to layer out a more devastating jutsu which she begin to feel as soon as she broke out of the illusion as she was slowly sinking to the swamp which magically appeared before her. .
However Naori's quick thinking made her quickly decide to mold lightning chakra which she used by channeling lightning to the ground using her dorminant hand and slams it to the groun after doing a hand seal and destroys every trace of earth vhakra in the swamp. The triangular shaped lightning bolt shapes a straight line destructive path which lead to the swamp jutsu's exit as the swamp solidifies because of the heat produced by it. After seeing that you've moved on to drop a huge lid made from earth Naori then followed up by molding her fire chakra and by using one hand seal as fire is her specialty she creates two flame dragon heads which she uses to slam the lid into pieces of rock chunk.
As the debris falls to the ground Naori concentrates chakra to her feet and rushes towards you while simutaneuosly dodging the debris and takes out EIGHT small shurikens. FOUR in each hand she throws the first ones using her left hand and aims them to the lower part of your body which are mostly her legs. Then she throws the ones on her right hand aiming them to the upper part of the body mostly your torso and head. She does this in quick succession with the aid of her sharingan ofcourse.

Yeah I am started to become OP XD Well, you forgot three hand seals. ^..^ and no need to calculate chakra its unofficial after all.
As Naori starts to build up her katon chakra to deatroy the boar structure Hinata forms three handseals cery quick and slams her hand on the ground and sends her doton chakra under Naori and creates a pit underneath her and then the pit starts to suck the surroundings the pit was of 7 metres ...

Well my bad thanks for overlooking it.
Naori's quick fire jutsu execution helps her have enough time to evade or counter your earth jutsu since she has fire as her main and first element. So the lid ends up getting destroyed either way, although a little bit with doubt I think you broke the time frame there.
So as Hinata creates the pit Naori's sharingan makes it possible for her to read her enemy's hand seals so the moment you bend down to slam your hand on the ground. She creates a small pillar below herself inclined 45 degrees towards Hinata's direction. She uses it to launch herself towards you so moving from mid range to close range and also evades your earth jutsu.
Take this you proud Head family descendant!
As Naori shouts she concentrates a fair amount of chakra on her chest and exhales a large fire ball towards you which expands as it hits you bursting into a maelstrom and engulfs you in flames.

By looking at Hinata's chakra network Naori recognizes the color of chakra to be one affiliated with water. So she experts her to counter with water. As soon as both techniques clash, because its water and fire they create a water vapor much like a mist. But because fire is weaker compared to water since both jutsus were of same rank I suppose your water jutsu will continue as a weak A rank jutsu or rather just a B rank jutsu.
Anyway Naori anticipates the above and molds and concentrates her fire chakra into her forearm and swings it in a wave like motion creating a fire wall or barrier that cancels your weakened water jutsu. As Naori uses the flam wall Hinata focuses Her wind chakra to her right arm and flicks it upward releasing the wind chakra in from blades that can easily cuts through Human body What? a Uchiha who cares about Neji? OMG Who are you?"

As soon as Naori puts up the flame wall and prepares for the wind jutsu she notices Hinata preparing her wind jutsu so she simply stops molding wind chakra and immediately molds doton chakra and creates yet another small pillar below her in the ground which is about 50 degrees bent and pointing to the right hand side of Hinata.
She launches herself successfully to that direction and luckily evades your wind jutsu in the process. She side flips to her left hand while facing your direction; then molds some fire chakra and assaults Hinata with a series of small fire balls that partially scorch and blind you a little bit from what is happening around you.
Why would I not care about my former squad leader? From what you say seems like you show no respect to the ones who serve you.

As Naori is still in mid air observes you with her sharingan to see what you're up to before that little moment which she would have performed that fire jutsu. So she sees you molding great chakra in your chest and by judging by the color of chakra she was able to determine that a wind jutsu would follow. So this time she molds also some wind chakra and blows herself to propel upwards, far enough for Hinata's wind jutsu to miss her.

Mhmm -_- your reply... I'm really skeptical about this one, since you never explained how you saw that I was building lightning chakra. I did the senbon jutsu for exactly the reason that its a fast jutsu that I can do with simple hand movement and throw it at you its not something anyone can see without any specialized eyes. So a simple "Waaiz sees Naori building lightning chakra" will not cut it. Either way I may excuse you on the senbon part since I was in mid range from you and the undeniable fact that you have byakugan but still you have to explicitly state the means baka!

Waaiz sees Naori using the wind jutsu she used before using his Byakugan and because of Byakugan he was able to track And predict her next position So he quickly performs two hand seals and focused his suiton chakra to his mouth and releases it in form of a sticky starch up to long range and spreading it wide which in a fast manner, that would trap Naori

ohw... I think you screwed up this time. You didn't keep the time frame. When I flew downwards to the ground you were still doing your earth jutsu. So I can't accept something like what you did that you sent a sticky syrup at me while I was flying down and you doing the earth jutsu. It just doesn't add up.
Also another thing is that syrup jutsu you used, it can be used on either short or long range not from short to long range, notice the "/" sign there. I know its a common mistake but this is a duel and that's what I should be capitalizing at. I'm saying this because I'm in mid range from you and the failure of your jutsu brings ruin to your whole plan. So either way if you disregard my statement in the first paragraph this one also proves your jutsu doesn't succeed.
Anyway continuing forward say you do your syrup jutsu still it has to pass through the fire pillars I made which by the way each are B ranked. Also your considering your S rank jutsu you don't get to do that jutsu because the moment you do it my flame crater jutsu hits you and you die. So the way I see it you didn't counter efficiently and thus the result.
