Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.
Note: Danzo and Kakashi bios activate the Sharingan by removing the covers in their respective eyes and suffer a +10 chakra consumption per turn penalty

Takes out a folded piece of paper and opens it and holds it with his right hand and shows it to you.
"You know its says dead or alive; But you know how I am gonna bring you to them? Ke ke ke I am going to send back just your beheaded head. So I better becareful to not make that face unrecognizable

Sasuke says that staring at the man with his sharingan into contact with the man's eyes.

Toki looks down at the ground as he reaches for the flash bomb tag on his ninja pouch and drops it behind him blinding your vision momentarily. As that happens he dashes towards you and as he reaches close range he kneads his fire chakra. He covers his right hand with fire chakra and swings it aiming it and your gut.
"I am not afraid of those incomplete eyes of yours.. They wont so shit on me Ahahaha, I am not your everyday bounty hunter"
Toki then coats his whole left arm with fire chakra as soon as she finishes that attack and swings it creating a wall of flames which gives you third degree burns if you get banned.

Sasuke, watching carefully the actions of the men with his sharingan, sees as he trows a smoke bomb, thinking that it would blind him, but Sasuke can still see the man's chakra signature, then, he sends chakra towards his neck, as then red clouds appear around it, then turning black,then, as he comes towards him, seeing the man movements perfectly, Sasuke gathers raiton chakra in his hand, concentrating the raiton chakra very quickly till it quickly forms the Chidori which release bolts of lightning in the ground sounding like ChiChiChi, as you were coming towards him, Sasuke, with his right hand in the Chidori, seeing your movements with the sharingan, uses the Chidori to pierce throught your heart as he could read your movements and was faster because of the cursed mark activated.

Description: The user wills the opening of the cursed seal partially, giving him more chakra and more strength, as the Senjutsu Chakra contained within the seal is unleashed upon the users body in a reduced amount. Patterned red lines that extend from the Cursed Seal on the body of the user course through the user's body, covering it in a repetitive pattern as their body surges with chakra. When the state it done, the lines will become a solid black. While active, the seal actively consumes the users chakra in order to produce and fuel Senjutsu Chakra into his body. While in this stage the user gains +10 damage to his elemental Ninjutsu and +5 to his Taijutsu. His physical strength is slightly improved as is his speed.
Note: Lasts for 5 turns.
Note: Can be deactivated at will.
Note: Usable once.
(Raiton: Chidori) - Lightning Release: One Thousand Birds

Damage Points: 60 (+10)
Description: The user must first perform the following sequence of hand seals Ox → Rabbit → Monkey → Dragon → Rat → Bird → Ox → Snake → Dog → Tiger → Monkey and they will then focus lightning chakra into their hand to create a lightning jutsu that is concentrated in the user's palm and thrusted toward the opponent at high speed. The lightning in the user's palm sounds like birds chirping, hence the name, and allows the user to perform high grade cutting damage or high penetration piercing thrusts.
Note: Someone who mastered lightning release can perform chidori with just the Ox hand seal.
Note: Uchiha Sasuke and Kakashi Hatake bios can use the technique without handseals

I have some issues with you being able to see even after the flash bomb. You see even if you can see my chakra after I released the flash bomb it should momentarily blind you because Sharingan is not immune to light, actually because it sees very well too much light might damage it. So since you did not close your eyes I will have to decide that it partially distorted your vision.
Toki approaches Sasuke, as Sasuke uses little vision he had that time Toki sees the curse mark activation he focuses earth chakra and spits two mud shots that he aims at both your eyes making you unable to see or move as you would be covering your eyes in agony after feeling the pain.
"Damn you also have this vicious abomination of a jutsu. I still cant believe that people rely on such an ugly thing."
As that happens he simply continues and punches you in the gut sending you flying backwards a few centimeters. As you go backwards Toki focuses his doton chakra to the ground and creates an earth spike that he uses to pierce through your right knee. Which makes my fire wall jutsu to occur after this.
