Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.
Note: Danzo and Kakashi bios activate the Sharingan by removing the covers in their respective eyes and suffer a +10 chakra consumption per turn penalty

Franky took one shuriken from the inside of his hawaiian shirt pocket and toss it at Ace. Without hesitation, he proceeded to weave 5 hand seals and multiply that lone shuriken into thousands that will block both Franky and Ace's vision from each other. But Franky knows plain shurikens wouldn't have have been enough, so he molded some chakra and used nature transformation to convert the chakra into wind which Franky then use to give the shurikens more cutting power and speed.

Description: After throwing one shuriken or more against their target, the user creates up to a thousand shadow clones of the shuriken (or kunai, senbon, etc, basically any basic weapon) after performing Ram → Rat → Bird → Boar → Tiger which multiply the damage as its striking down the enemy. This is a technique that combines ninja tools with ninjutsu. Compared to normal shadow clones, clones of material objects are said to be on a far higher level. There is no need for preparations beforehand, like stocking up on shuriken, yet since the shadow clones are real and not illusions, all the shadow blades that fly around are equally lethal. This is valid for any weapon copied and it has been seen that the copied weapons will also have the tags or markings of the original, like sealing or explosive tags or sealing marks.

(Fūton: Boufuu oonami no Jutsu ) - Wind Release: Gale Surge Technique

*As Ace sees Franky throw the shuriken and begin forming seals, he quickly forms a wall of Earth in front of him. The wall rises up above Ace's head and spans to his left and right enough to block the shuriken, causing them to lodge into the wall. Immediately after the wall rises, Ace keeps using his Earth chakra and forms multiple seals. He has the ground, starting from right in front of his mud wall and ending 15 meters behind Franky, turn into a swamp 15 meters deep, and 10 meters to both of his sides, trapping Franky and causing him to start sinking.*

Description: Like the parent technique, it creates a reinforced wall of earth to be used as a defensive mechanism. However, the technique works in a different manner. Using a pre-existing source of earth, it allows the user to create multiple walls of earth, further fortifying their defense instead of forming a single wall, by slamming his hands on the ground.

Description: The user will first perform Boar → Tiger and then by changing the surface of an object beneath an enemy into mud and creating a non flammable swamp, the user can sink his enemy into the mud. The adhesive, chakra-infused mud ensnares the enemy's body, making it almost impossible to recover one's strength and escape from the swamp. The size and depth of the created swamp depends on the user's skill and the amount of chakra used, but if the user is an expert in this technique, it will always be possible to make a fair-sized swamp which is extremely effective against a great number of enemies or when having to face gigantic creatures.

Franky began to feel the ground getting softer and sticker before he looked down to see what was causing this. A swamp of super adhesive mud was forming, and Franky had lost mobility with his legs because of it. Franky formed the Snake hand seal and spit out a large sum of water directly towards the ground. The force of the water pushing against the mud helped Franky out of the swamp, and raised him 10 meters in the air where he could see Ace hiding behind the mud wall. Franky then formed a wave with the water and ride it directly towards Ace before jumping off a few meters behind Ace(Short range) so he could avoid the crash.

Description: The user performs the snake hand seal and creates a large volume of water from their mouth spilling it toward the ground and lifting them up into the air. The user can also ride the wave, allowing him to travel at high speeds and attacking the enemy. The user can create a small ocean worth of water even in barren conditions and can use the water for additional techniques.

Using the same water, Franky formed a sphere of water to trap Ace in. The sphere left minimal space for Ace to move, so Franky followed up the technique with the move "Earth Release: Earth and Stone Bamboo Shoot Technique" which pierced Ace's body with four earth spears from four different locations. A move that easy to avoid, but because of "Water Release: Gushing Water Imprisonment" it will be near impossible to avoid.

*As Ace stands up from finishing the swamp, he hears a loud rushing of water from behind the wall. He steps back a meter and sees Franky rising into the air on a powerful column of water. He then sees, with his Sharingan, the shape of the water subtly changing because of Franky's chakra. Wasting no time, Ace channels lightning chakra through his throat and launches out a spear of lightning. The lightning hits the water, piercing through it and causing its shape to rupture. This throws Franky off course and off of the wave while simultaneously electrocuting him due to the spear charging the water, making it extremely difficult for him to move and he crashes onto the ground.*

Just as Franky got finished with forming the towering wave, Ace wasted no time to launch an attack. When Franky got high enough to see Ace, he saw a yellow beam of what looked like lightning forming in his mouth which he instantly launched at Franky's wave. Knowing that he needed to use a move just as quick as lightning to avoid the situation, Franky quickly exhaled a stream of wind downwards on the wave and raised himself even higher to avoid being electrocuted.

While up there, Franky quickly formed the now electricity charged body of water into another wave and send it speeding towards Ace in an attempt to not only crush him but to also paralyze him.

If everything goes as planned, Franky would land safely on the ground use the technique "Water Release: Gushing Water Imprisonment", and use all of the water he sent at Ace to trap in a small orb where he has no room to move after the effects of the lightning wears off.

Description: The user creates a flow of gushing water under the opponent which traps them in a sphere of water. The user can perform an attack while the opponent is trapped. This jutsu is similar to Water Prison Technique, though the user doesn't need to keep his arm in the sphere of water.
