Lancer takes out a scroll and throws it mid-air as it lands, he bites his thumb while performing the required hand seals. Then he slams his hand on the scroll. What occurs is quite simple, he changes the very terrain into a rocky, mountainous area. Rocks appearing at random and in different sizes (however none going over 10 meters).
Lancer then goes into a boxer stance, putting both his hands up, and moving back and fourth laterally to lighten his feet, and he channels fire chakra towards his fist. Lancer then punches straight at you two times, releasing B-Rank fireballs. The punches are releases relatively fast, so the fireballs would be released quick as well, basically at a free-form speed.

Descripton: The user will bite his thumb and perform the Boar → Monkey → Bird → Monkey → Ram hand seals, slamming their hand into a scroll on the ground. This technique is a combination of the Summoning Technique and an Earth Release technique. The user summons a large amount of rock from a giant canyon which, during the process of being summoned through this technique, he shapes into a design he outlined previously in a scroll. This allows the user to change the topography of the map and create any earthen feature he needs from pillars to gorges, canyons, mountains or simply plains. If the user wants to or is defeated, the alteration ends as any summon eventually does. Additionally he can use (Doton: Dimenshon Fuudo Shihai) - Earth Release: Dimension Topography Control at any point to change the design and alter the summoned terrain.

Description: The user raises their fists up close to their face and begins slightly hopping from left to right in place. By using this style, they must concentrate on their opponent at all times. And it has basically became a reflex to jab and dodge, making the user moves a little faster than average. The user also is ready to block at will, since his fists are already raised to do so. In this style the user constantly shifts their feet, never staying in one place so their reaction time to oncoming taijutsu attacks is increased. After they get into stance, they begin to create reserves of fire chakra into their hands preparing themselves to use various fire type blasts. So when they punch they release fireballs from their fist.

We haven't fought in a while, let's make this an epic one! Sorry for the lack of detail, or RP in general. I kind of rushed a reply so i can reply before i sleep, aha. Noticing the terrain change, Tobirama thought it would be necessary to activate his chakra sensing ability. As the two moderately-sized fireballs came his way, Tobirama simply extends his left palm outwards, creating a wall of spiralling water that acted as a defense mechanism, which extinguished the flames, leaving behind a thin mist; thin enough for the two to see each other. "So, who dares oppose the 2nd Hokage?" Tobirama strictly announced, as he grazed through five kunai's from his ninja pouch and marked each with the Seal of the Thunder God.

Description: This is the technique through which Senju Tobirama and Namikaze Minato apply the sealing formula, that will allow the use of their trademark space time techniques, to any desired object through physical contact and allowing him to teleport to that desired location through the Flying thunder God Technique and the use of its variations. While Minato carries with him multiple kunais marked with the seal (making the core aspect of his fighting style which revolves around the use of FTG Kunais), Tobirama doesn't. To use the Flying Thunder God technique on kunais, Tobirama has to apply the seal to them though through one use of the technique he can mark up to 5 kunais (this is valid only for kunais and other basic weapons, not enemies or other targets of the seal).

I was apart of Konoha a while ago, but I never got around remembering the names of those famous ninjas nor their history. The history bored me. I'm a man of the present and I prepare for the future. Anyway, enough ranting, huh? I'm Diarmuid, but you can call me Lancer . I guess, since you are a Hokage I will need to be at my best. Lets see what you got?
Lancer performs four quick hand seals, places his hands on the ground, and erects a medium sized pillar of earth right behind the Hokage. The earth itself would serve no purpose but for a stabilizer. Lancer would release his lightning chakra towards the pillar creating a current which shoots out from the pillar in attempt to shock/paralyze you. Note the pillar is made short range from your position.

Description: The user will make a set of four hand seals and then will place their hand on the ground to create a pillar of earth to rise up from the ground. This pillar is then given a electrical charge that causes electric bolts to be emitted from the pillar up to short range from the pillar, shocking any targets in the vicinity.
Lancer then takes out three kunais and throws them towards the ground, both being extremely close to you but not exactly hitting you. They are in a straight, lateral line position. So one straight, other slightly left, and other slightly right.
Im the exact opposite, i hate earth. The emergence of the pillar of earth was apparent to Tobirama. He felt the slight tremors created as the rock section forced itself above ground, and his chakra sensing abilities allowed him to sense it before it fully manifested. He took out his sword of the thunder god and allowed the blade to appear. With a single hand motion, he swings the blade diagonally, releasing a slash of lightning that would easily slice through the earth in half, diagonally, causing it to slide to the opposite side.
"So, you were once a Konoha ninja? Then i must treat you like a traitor." Tobirama threatened, as he turned around to face the enemy whilst performing a hand seal. "I guess this will be a test for both of us. Tsch." Tobirama releases a projectile bullet from his arm by thrusting it forward.
He follows up immediately with another hand seal. Tobirama creates an orb of water, 3 meters to his side. Multiple sharp whips appear out of the whips, and attack the enemy from different angles. Meanwhile, Tobirama throws a single Kunai with an explosive tag at an upwards arc, aimed towards Lancer.

(Raijin no Ken) Sword of the Thunder God

Description:
A sword held by Senju Tobirama, the Raijin no Ken is made of a hilt which releases lightning natured chakra which forms a blade of pure lightning energy. It is so focused and dense that it manifests and behaves as a physical sword. The sword uses the owners chakra to produce the blade and discharge lightning attacks. The blade, when used for physical melee attacks, adds +20 lightning damage to Kenjutsu techniques and can discharge unfocused lightning, A-Rank, short to mid range in large arcs. To do so, the user swings the sword towards the target, producing the discharge which ravages towards the enemy. This can only be done once every two turns and counts as a move. The sword is not indestructible, being resistant to only up to A-Rank techniques. But, if destroyed, can be recreated after one turn unless the hilt is damaged.
