Izumo lets out a cloud of smoke as he takes the cig out his mouth with his left hand. The lightning comes at him at a fast paste but he doesn't worry about. As the wave is coming Izumo uses his taijutsu expertise and does a low kick spinning under the wave of lightning.

As he does, Law throws a single kunai that is then multiplied into a wall of hundreds of kunai.*

Description: After throwing one shuriken or more against their target, the user creates up to a thousand shadow clones of the shuriken (or kunai, senbon, etc, basically any basic weapon) after performing Ram → Rat → Bird → Boar → Tiger which multiply the damage as its striking down the enemy. This is a technique that combines ninja tools with ninjutsu. Compared to normal shadow clones, clones of material objects are said to be on a far higher level. There is no need for preparations beforehand, like stocking up on shuriken, yet since the shadow clones are real and not illusions, all the shadow blades that fly around are equally lethal. As the loud sound happens, it creates an echoing amongst the field, trapping any who hear it under paralysis, causing slight pain to them, causing their ear drums to bleed. Paralysis lasts one turn but the user cannot use any other sound techniques for 2 turns after using it.
The water rages on aiming to crush him. But right after clapping his hands and the man hears the sound, Izumo performs two hand seals creating the earth below the man into swamp at its default size and everything which is enough to sink an adult easily.

Description: The user will first perform Boar → Tiger and then by changing the surface of an object beneath an enemy into mud and creating a non flammable swamp, the user can sink his enemy into the mud. The adhesive, chakra-infused mud ensnares the enemy's body, making it almost impossible to recover one's strength and escape from the swamp. The size and depth of the created swamp depends on the user's skill and the amount of chakra used, but if the user is an expert in this technique, it will always be possible to make a fair-sized swamp which is extremely effective against a great number of enemies or when having to face gigantic creatures.
Yeah those wings of yours definitely don't happen. My fire is after your jump and before your wind. You then did water immediately after the wind because of the approaching fire, when you were originally going with wings immediately after your wind. Timeframe dictates that your usage of water replaces your usage of wings unless you have Yin-Yang and can use both at once, so you're descending at this point. And great, Sound Jutsu again.

The Fire becomes a strong S-ranked and narrowly overpowers the Wind technique, reducing it to a normal S-ranked fire. Due to performing the Sound Jutsu, Izumo is unable to perform a technique that should counter the fire, especially due to the fact that him descending would cause him to approach the fire very quickly, resulting in his Sound damaging Law but the fire consuming Izumo's body, killing him.*

So at best, both techniques cancel out, since it's no longer just S-rank but a super S-rank. Even if you do the Sound, you'd still be falling into your own swam, because those wings don't happen.
The events would basically go water and fire cancel out, you dive straight into the hot steam and we're both trapped by your swamp. Is this how you wanna play it out?
