-However one would take damage from those attacks. If you are hit by any technique you will suffer the effect, fire would burn you, lightning would numb you and wind would cut you. Pain can be felt but one would not die.

"What is going on here?" thought Sasuke as he saw a piece of paper on the ground, with the rules written on it. What kind of a technique was this.. to make it impossible for one to die? Could it be another dimension? "I guess I'd have to win this to find out more about this place"

Obito knowing Sasuke is an uchiha and would have likely activated his sharingan as well obito kept his gaze at Sasukes chest and feet as to avoid being caught in one of his ocular genjutsu, aswell as knowing Sasuke would read obitos hand signs he placed his hands behind his back preforming 3 handsigns causing 2 arms of earth to come up from the ground the one on the right grabbing sasukes ankle crushing it the one on the left comes up grabbing the tag on his chest and ripping it off causing Sasukes death if not stopped.

Suspecting an earth technique Sasuke looked at the ground only to see Tobi's chakra (referring to you as Tobi for RP reasons) Realizing an earth technique is about to strike Sasuke prepares. As the arms appear, Sasuke makes two arms made of lightning to appear from both sides of his body. The arms appear fist first and smash onto the earth, destroying them completely. Sasuke whispers: "Ninpou: Supiritto Gijutsu." The arms kept getting bigger, until the body appeared, then the head and legs. A huge 10 meters tall Wolverine made of pure Lightning had appeared.

This spirit represents some kind of animal with the size from average person to the size of Gamabunta. It is naturaly made from the ceratin element (e.g made of fire, water wind etc.). It has the ability to use techniques from the certain element without any hand seals much more faster than usuall, and it applys the normal elemental weaknesses. However if made of fire the spirit will be extremly vulnerable from water attacks and even 2 ranks lower techniques of the elemental weakness of the spirit, would be able to destroy it. Also the spirit can only perform techniqes that does not require hand seals. *

Now he didn't have to go forward to seek the tag, his enemy was coming to give it to him. The young Uchiha simply aimed his palm at the masked man and released, a beam of fire that as it goes, grows into a huge hand that grabs the wind wheel and Tobi, smashing him and burning him to crisp. Should he let go of the wheel early, the fire would destroy it and continue to burn Obito's body.
As this happens though, the Wolverine stays no silent. He creates six rectangular blades of lightning around him and sends them towards the masked man. He controls them and now they are attacking Obito from all directions: Left, right, behind, above, and front (two go from above) The Wolverine being 10 meters tall is capable of seeing everything that is happening and keep track of Obito. Should he go underground the Lighting would follow him even there. The control of the blades make it impossible for Obito to avoid this technique, he would have to block it. Furthermore, the blades are not meant to simply stab the opponent. They are all in it to dismember him. Those coming from the sides would cut off his arms. Those from the front are actually targeting his legs. And the ones from behind and above are going to cut off his head. This way, even though he wouldn't die, it would be impossible for him to continue the battle without his body parts.

As Obito headed towards Sasuke in his wind wheel he could see a build up of Chakra in his hand by the look of it it was Fire style chakra Obito still jumped out of his wind wheel but quickly gathering suiton chakra and making the tiger hand sign he spat it out causing a large amount of steam to rise as the fire collides with the water and wind (I spat the water directly at the wheel as the fire hits it)

"He is fast" thought Sasuke as he saw how quickly his opponent defended against his fire attack. Having lost vision of him Sasuke prepared for the worst as even his Wolverine had lost track of him and the lightning technique was rendered useless. The young Uchiha took pride in this attack but apparently it wasn't enough.
Suddenly the masked man phased through Sasuke and went up as if nothing was standing in his way. Was that an illusion? No, his chakra flow was steady as it could be and yet this man possessed an unique skill, never seen before by the red eyes of the Uchiha. He threw a kunai at him, but it was pointless, the kunai went through just like last time. Sasuke had no time to be impressed as his enemy formed a single hand seal. This time though he did not hide his hands behind his back. The Avanger knew exactly what was coming and he was prepared. "See my power!" As the wind was released, an eagle made out of wind, twice the size of Sauske, appeared around him, pretty much like Itachi's Susanoo does. The eagle released a compressed ball of wind which shattered into hundreds upon hundreds of humming birds that block the wind, preventing any damage to be taken by the wolverine and some even continue on to attack the masked man, surrounding him from all directions and attack him with bullet-like impacts.
As the wind is released, Eagle pushes off and starts flying in arc towards Obito's previous location (before the phasing migration technique) to avoid getting caught in the fight. He then swings back towards Obito and attempts to take the tag off from Obito's chest.

Furthermore it would keep him steady as the humming birds destroy his body and as the eagle grabs the tag and kills him.

As Obito fires off pressure damage Sasuke creates yet another animal made out of an element protecting him as well as sending it at Obito along with another wind style jutsu and a lighting style attack from the wolf. Obito thinking Quickly on his feet formed a wind eagle of his own and has its wings go around himself protecting himself from the lighting and wind attacks. (if you remember this was one of the customs you traded me for my ice customs incase you forgot)

Obito foucses his chakra into his hands (while keeping them behind his back) and sends it into the sky bringing down a tornado of wind around Sasuke leaving in the eye of the storm Obito then throws multiple shurikens into the tornado and by using his wind chakra controls the shuriken making several slash sasukes back and return to the tornado and while you're distracted from the ones attacking you from behind two come from directly above going downwards and slashing your chest vertically (not sure if that would count towards the tag or not if it would rip it) and finally two come from both sides going for sasukes neck, Obito makes a few handsigns and the shuriken multiple to hundreds

After doing so the user controls the shuriken with their wind chakra and uses them to violently cut their opponent.

Obito Keeps his hands behind his back to avoid being read by Sasuke
Seeing the wind chakra being sent to the sky with his Sharingan, Sasuke is aware that a wind technique would come his way, so he prepares himself. As the wind begins to swirl around him, Tobi suddenly sees Sasuke's body turn into crows made of black fire, resembling his brother's Itachi technique. The crows spread across the entire battle ground, covering wide enough area so that the masked man can't take them out with a single technique. The crows surrouns Tobi from all sides and begin to burn him while Sasuke reappears exactly behind him. Instead of releasing a blast of fire, the young Uchiha forms a Chidori in his right hand while thrusting it forward (no hand seals for the Chidori) piercing through Obito's back, going through the chest and removing the kunai from them, killing the masked man for good.

Description: The user must first perform the following sequence of hand seals Ox → Rabbit → Monkey → Dragon → Rat → Bird → Ox → Snake → Dog → Tiger → Monkey and they will then focus lightning chakra into their hand to create a lightning jutsu that is concentrated in the user's palm and thrusted toward the opponent at high speed. The lightning in the user's palm sounds like birds chirping, hence the name, and allows the user to perform high grade cutting damage or high penetration piercing thrusts.
Note: Someone who mastered lightning release can perform chidori with just the Ox hand seal.
Note: Uchiha Sasuke and Kakashi Hatake bios can use the technique without handseals
