Description:The user will clap their hands together sending out a powerful transparent pulse of wind, the wind will travel towards the target while staying close to the ground. Winds natural intangibility allows this technique to travel over and around small obstructions and still stay on course. As it reaches the target it creates a powerful updraft that goes straight up, blowing the target ten meters up into the air.
Note:
~Can only be used 3 times
~ The nature of the updraft sends the target spinning and twisting into the air, making it very difficult to get ones bearings once the technique has hit.
~Can only be taught by xHoudinii

Makenshi stood stead fast, watching the kunai travel to his old friend, hoping it wouldn't be over so soon. The corners of his smile lifted, as the kunai flew high into the air, seemingly without warning. Inside him, Madoushi was itching to do something, Makenshi groaned, and allowed his brother to exit his hands out of his back, out of sight. In unision, Makenshi performed a single handseal, creating a large stream of wind, that launches the kunai down at his opponent, at a 45 degree angle, and Madoushi created a string of handseals, multiplying one of the kunai into many, causing thousands to rain down towards his old friend. Feeling it wasn't enough, Makenshi then quickly creates a handseal, causing a pool of water to form beneath you, which lifts you up, pushing you towards the falling kunai, as your launched upwards, the pool then shoots several water bullets at you from below.
