I'll start off with this.

(Chibaku Tensei) - Planetary Devastation
Rank: Forbidden
Type: Attack/Supplementary/Defense
Range: Long
Chakra: 120
Damage: 160
Description: The user, taking advantage of the Deva Path's gravitational abilities, creates a dark black sphere that is thrown into the sky and pulls every and anything around it into itself, piling it all on top of one another until it creates a large solid sphere. This technique is quite devastating, as it created a massive crater and devestated the forest and mountains around it. The Sage of the Six Paths had mastered this technique to an extent that he created the moon itself where he sealed the Jubi's physical vessel. Despite it's admitted inferiority comparing to its original version, this technique was still strong enough to contain even an almost fully transformed Naruto and to create a large, 400 meter wide sphere of debris. The technique itself can only be stopped if the original sphere is overpowered by offensive Ninjutsu and if a target is caught in the technique's pull, his only way to survive is to protect his body from the crushing damage of the technique. The technique happens during a set amount of time, while it keeps gathering and pulling everything around which makes it that much more difficult to escape.
Note: The technique is usable only once per fight and prevents the use of gravitational techniques for the same and following 6 turns. The user will be limited to A-Ranks in the next turn.
Note: Can only be used by Rinnegan bios with the (Tendō) - Deva Path active.

Jin Satoru in sig.

Jin was just returning from a successful mission given to him by the Diamyo when he noticed a young man stood not far from him. Normally he would ignore the man but something was strange about him. He looked like he was anticipating something. This was deduced by Jin's reading of the mans body language. Jin approached the man hoping to find out what he is waiting for in a empty field by himself.

You...What are you doing in an empty field all by yourself.

Jin's hair moved in sync with the summer breeze that caught him and the mysterious man in front of him. The wind also blew his clothing around revealing the shiny navy blue handle of his katana that was caught by the sun rays creating a shiny effect on the sword. The katana was strapped to the right side of his waist as always.

Arashi watched the man closely as he walked into the field. Then he heard him speak. Arashi seemed puzzled by the question.

I'm waiting for a worthy opponent. I'm hoping you are one.

After speaking these words, Arashi dashed towards his opponent while drawing his sword. He then did a horizontal slash aiming for the man's upper body. After slashing Jin's chest, Arashi steps back, jumps and does a flying kick to his opponent's head.

Oh wait, I said you could go first XD

Hearing the words of the young foolish man, Jin couldn't help but smile, due to him remembering himself speak those very same words not so long ago. The words of someone who believes that they are the best and nothing is on their level and not even god can be categorized in their bracket.

Worthy opponent? Do you not believe that anyone who wields a sword and locks blades with you isn't worthy? Or do you simply class someone worthy if they can survive longer that your average fighter?

Tightening his belt for his sword, he notices the warrior running towards, Jin got ready for battle and lowered his stance while placing his right hand on the hilt of his sword. He simply stood his ground and waited for the opponent to enter fighting distance from himself.

Noticing the warrior draw his sword and attempt to slash his torso, Jin raises the sword and draws his sword slightly from its case, using the drawn bit of the sword to block the incoming slash. With the attack now blocked and blades now locked, Jin kicks the opponents standing knee causing them to fall back catching them off balance.
With this opportunity, Jin draws his sword completely and attempts to slash the opponents chest in an horizontal manner.

Arashi smiled at the question.

To me, a worthy opponent is someone skilled enough to be remotely worth my time. Show me what you can do and I will decide whether you are worthy enough...

Arashi sees Jin block his slash attack with his blade. Then he feels the force of Jin's foot on his knee, making him lose balance and drop onto his knees. Jin tries to slash Arashi's chest, but Arashi avoids it by dropping his back onto the ground. Then he lifts one of his legs off of the ground. Using the other leg as a spring, Arashi launches off the ground, and kicks Jin in the head. When Jin falls to the ground, Arashi grabs his sword and plunges it into Jin's heart.

I knew you were not worthy.
