As soon as I become trapped in the water I know I am at a strong disadvantage so I escape as soon as you make it by using my chakra to speed out of the water.

As soon as I escape out of the water I turn my attention to you for a breif moment to say that you have a flash bomb in your hand. From the nara clans amazing intellectual skills. I know that a fellow Nara Clan memeber would use it to extend their shadow so I throw a flash bomb towards you so that the flash bomb ignites in between the two of us, but more towards you. (Will further explain why below)
I then immediately turn my attention towards the mass amount of water coming towards me and cancel your water tech out with one of my fire tech. This then creates a large amount of steam in between us, which would block the light shining towards me so I wont get blinded. However as stated above would blind you as the flash bomb oes slightly further than half way.

I don't really need him to come towards me to use Giant Water Vortex, All I need is disperse my water orb. Don't forget about the range also. it is Long Range. Hence, am I Kisame? My move was perfectly valid as when you made the water I instantly new that I am a disadvantage so I used my chakra to zoom through the water at high speeds using underwater motion. At the point at which I retreat we are at mid range from each other which would give me plenty of times to get away from the shark because I would be moving at high speeds. Reason I have bolded the shark part is because for you to execute the technique the shark has to capture me and pull me down first before you release the other sharks.

Another error is that you did not state the fact you were in the bubble. As explained by Pervy. You actually stated above that you would use underwater motion to catch me, which actually implies that you were in the bubble of water the whole time. I thought you were in the bubble thats why I attacked with the lightning thinking you would be killed. Also you didnt say at the point where I used the lightning technique that you weren't in the bubble you simply carried on.
However the main problem, Also stated by Pervy who is a Sensei and has been on this site since 2009, is that you would have taken to long to perform the necassary hand seals to create the waterfall. By the time you would have finished your hand seals you would have been electrocuted. Also if you planned to use it before I used Underwater motion it would break the timeframe rule.
