Hello Everyone! Welcome to my first battle thread.
I will not be taking part in the battle, but I will be here to judge if there are any arguments or discussions about whether or not a move worked. We will be using Rei's rules. No CJ'S, CE'S, kais, or substitutions.
If you have two characters, you can use them both as one team. If you only have one, you can ask a friend or wait for someone else to join your team.

Each participant will post the characters they are using, and then they will post a picture of an area in Naruto where they would like the match to take place, and the distance between characters they would like. And then I will use a random simulation to decide which wins.
