To make the genjutsu seem real, Tenzo gathered Earth natured chakra and channeled it to the ground below the Akimichi, manipulating it in such a way to loosen the soil below him and make the Earth below him shake, causing a sudden and small tremor, making him actually lose his footing.
Due to the resultant, the opponent would be confused whether it's a genjutsu or reality.
After that, he took two explosive kunais and flung them toward him, aiming for his head and his legs.
