These clouds will create a cutting tornado that comes down as a F-5 tornado with slicing wind. Swung towards both of the foes, with deadly speed and characteristics such as its ability to cut through almost anything. Followed by throwing 1 wind infused kunai at each opponent after taking them out from his pouch. Meanwhile, after forming the earth jaws, Viole sets off a flash bomb above him to blind both foes.

once the ground started shacking shikamaru looked at Toph and she nodded and as the earth jaws started moving they stood by each other while Toph performed one handseal showing her mastery over Doton and made a big earth pillar to rise between the fangs. the pillar rose 10 upwards to prevents the jaws from eating Shikamaru and Toph.

while the pillar was formed and they were rising Shikamaru was looking at the sky and how the black clouds gathered quickly and the thunder was rumbling above them as if the nature was making its move. shikamaru saw a tornado forming over them in the sky, so he quickly gathered his katon chakra and performed the Horse → Tiger and spit a meteor-sized fireball at it. once the fireball hit it, the fireball exploded violently and prevented the tornado from forming
( Katon: Gōenkyū ) - Fire Release: Great Blaze Ball
while shikamaru was fighting the tornado Toph saw 2 shining things coming quickly from the opponents towards her and shikamaru, so she made 2 small earth pillars to rise in front of them protecting from the two things that were wind-chakra infused kunais. the kunais were strong but not enough to penetrate the pillars.
during this one of the opponents detonated a flash bomb but fortunately the already-made pillars protected their eyes from the flash
