We will be using standard Rules and Regulations for this, as I'm testing how a Samurai bio would hold up.

Description: As powerful as Iaidō and the Samurai Sabre Skill are for Samurai when dealing with Shinobi, they both have their own weakness, and this posses a problem with Samurai are pitted against ranged fighters who maintain distance by retreating. This technique aims to combine the two techniques to remedy that problem. While the blade is sheathed, the Samurai will momentarily invoke the Samurai Sabre Skill, enveloping their blade with chakra while within the scabbard; however, due to the confinement of the blade within the scabbard, this causes a build up of pressure which the Samurai releases by unsheathing the blade. The result is that the Samurai's sword is "fired" from the scabbard, much like a bullet, but while also cloaked in the aura of the Samurai Sabre Skill. They manipulate this aura only slightly, into the same form of the sword they are using, but elongated. The result is a powerful Iaidō technique that can reach up to mid-range, and at a greater speed than the Iaidō technique itself. Because of the power of the Samurai Sabre Skill, it is capable of clashing with Ninjutsu of the same power and below.

Upon entering into this unique dimension, Akame wasn’t exactly sure what she was up against - not until she was spawn in front of her old friend Keotsu. She remained quiet in order to observe what he might do but in reality she knew a fight was going to start nonetheless. She saw him beginning to grip his blade - thought this wasn't’ surprising , she would in response to this passively activate her chakra sensing abilities but also hold onto the her own blade Murasame.
As Keotsu quick drawed his blade - she can sense the chakra build up within to which leads to the creation of swift shockwave heading towards her. She firmly grips her blade with her right hand; as she began to unleash a massive amount of shockwaves into the air encompassing all around her. This would end up cutting the blade of chakra right in its path before it could actually hit her but due to the nature of the blades taking on the properties of Murasame they would continue towards Keotsu due to being indestructible . Once the technique was neutralized she would then re sheathed her blade back as she took out a kunai and infusing it with her Bakuton chakra.

Description: A technique based upon the premises of two of Keotsu's other Command Arts - his signature shockwave Kougenjin, and a Prayer technique known as Zekkyōdan, Rekkyōdan aims to push the principles of these attacks to their absolute limits. The user will gather chakra around their blade, coating in it a glass like layer; swinging the blade breaks the high tension layer of chakra and projects it forward, like the fragments of a broken mirror. The user can control the spread over the shattered attack, allowing it to cover either wide area to affect multiple opponents, or focus it into a tight cone to strike an individual adversary. No matter the scope of the area covered by the attack, though, the technique always launches 80 individual shockwaves. Like all Command Art shockwaves, Rekkyōdan can cut through any material the blade used to launch it can cut, meaning a sufficiently sharp blade could cut through nearly any material, and like Kougenjin it moves a twice the normal rate of traditional shockwaves.

Description: This is a very advanced of advancing the ability to feel and sense chakra. The technique allows the user to concentrate and detect someone's chakra. Users can use this to determine the nature of a jutsu used as well as sense masses of chakra. The use of this can be compared to Sharingan's brutish level of sensory, able to sense collection of chakra but not the level of clarity and precision Byakugan has.
Note: Can only be used by bios with Sensory ability.
Note: After having on a bio for 1 month, users gain the ability to activate Sensory passively.
“Boom.”
She said as she tossed it towards Keotsu - causing it to detonate once within range of him. The tag was the special designed HAET much like her target’s own but with the infusion of her chakra - it was far more stronger than should he attempt to fling one towards her. Akame then took the liberty to approach from her right side, moving in an arc after releasing the kunai. The explosion was naturally angled away from Akame , allowing her to remain safe as normal.

Description: Minister’s Bureaucracy is an Explosion Release technique designed to infuse explosive tags with the user’s Bakuton chakra. This technique has two different applications – that of applied freeform explosive tags and that of ninjutsu based techniques which apply paper tags in order to inflict damage. In the case of freeform explosive tags the user is able to infuse a single, or multiple explosive tags, with their Bakuton chakra in order to increase the power of the explosion as well as their ability to manipulate the explosion. In the case of the increased power this technique will allow for a D - S ranked infusion capable of varying levels of destruction. For infusions at D to B-Rank the explosive tags in question will be capable of delivering an explosion reflecting their rank in damage spanning over short-range around them. For explosive tags infused with Bakuton chakra at A-Rank the explosions produced will be capable of inflicting A-Rank damage and spanning over mid-range around them. For S-Rank applications of this technique produce enormous explosions capable of reaching into mid-range from the explosive tag, able to deliver enormous amounts of damage equivalent to S-Rank in the afflicted area. If multiple explosive tags are infused with Bakuton chakra their total strength will reflect the degree of chakra applied. As such, if four explosive tags are thrown and infused at B-Rank strength then each will possess D-Rank strength, collectively B-Rank.
This second application of this technique allows the user to infuse Bakuton chakra into ninjutsu techniques applying explosive tags to inflict damage. This second application of Minister’s Bureaucracy will increase the chakra cost of the technique it is applied to by 10. In the case of this application the rank applied will be equivalent to the ninjutsu technique and produce an enhanced explosion resulting in an increase of +20 damage to the technique in question. For example, if Falling Paper Bomb is used then the technique will become Bakuton natured. It will also gain a bonus 20 damage from the increased power of the explosions created. Both applications of Minister’s Bureaucracy will produce explosions that are naturally angled away from the user thus preventing damage and negating recoil. Because of the nature of Minister’s Bureaucracy it essentially can be performed in the same timeframe due to its infusion nature.
Both applications of Minister’s Bureaucracy follow the same restrictions allowing for this technique to be used a total of five times per battle regardless of application. In terms of restrictions for the first application, S-Rank applications can only be used twice per battle and the user must wait a two turn cooldown in between applications. S-Rank applications count toward the total five applications of this technique. Both applications require the user use one of their three moves per turn.

Supercharging his specialized boots, Keotsu dashed to his side, rapidly moving beyond the scope of the shockwaves as it screamed past where he once was - he bounded off a cube of water and onto one made of some solid, gray metal.
As Akame seemed to focus her energies into a kunai, Keotsu reached into his own pouch and withdrew three marbles - he threw them in kind, before swiping his sword, and releasing a shockwave of his own behind it.

Since there is less of the chakra pathway focused in the user’s feet than other locations on the body, this helps the chakra metal amplify any chakra passed through it that’s used for the ZX Buster style. More specifically, Flying Swallow Feet allows bursts of chakra to be fired from the user’s feet that can be used to accelerate short distances (known as “dashing”). Dashing can be done either in the air or on the ground and helps as it allows the user to put more momentum behind their strikes. When dashing, a visible burst of chakra is seen from the user’s feet, and they tend to have an “afterimage”; this comes about simply a trick of the eye, and is nothing special. As the chakra metal will retain its “super-charge,” and once activated, this technique does not deactivate. The user, although moving in a fast pace/burst of speed is still trackable by normal eyesight.

The damage is caused solely by the explosive tags; the chakra does not amplify the damage in anyway, and is simply used to throw them greater distances.

Akame remained calm as she passively kept tabs on her target’s location - seeing him jump into the sky above, then proceeding to bounce off one of the few cubes in the dimension. She tracked his position to be above her right around the time she was about to fling her infused kunai but she decided to opt for another technique instead in which she infused her Bakuton chakra into the ground around her, causing it to be forcefully shaped into a dragon. The crimson behemoth would be roughly five meters in height but she also activated an ability rather instantly due to its nature as the dragon began to form after making the tiger seal.
Sealed within the dragon was a gaseous core of fire chakra awaiting to be used - though the dragon would jump into the air and using hits gaping jaws to crunch down onto the balls of notes he threw towards Akame.The dragon self exploded on contact with them but with the natural nature of Bakuton techniques the explosion was angled away from her but also acting as a stalemate thus preventing his explosion from advancing towards her.
Akame at the same time as all this happens, moved towards her right side as she stepped forward and flanked from the right side, looking up at her target with a blank expression, hoping he would be dealt with thanks to her attack.

Description: This technique is considered the sibling technique of Imperial Armament. This technique allows the user to infuse Explosive chakra into a solid surface within short-range of the user’s location. The basis of this technique is similar to Lightning Release: Four-Pillar Bind which uses Lightning chakra to manipulate and shape the earth around the user. This technique will apply Explosive chakra to infuse and shape the earth around the user’s position in accordance to the user’s wishes and needs, within reason. Like all Explosion Release techniques these constructs will detonate when coming in contact with an opposing force or solid matter. Alternatively the user can keep the constructs inert allowing it to interact with matter and forces without detonating. This requires the user to be aware of the interaction though. The explosions produced by Imperial Ordinance can be angled in a direction of the user’s choosing allowing for the negation of damage and recoil. A and S-Rank applications of this technique require the user to use a single Tiger hand seal for both its creation and sustainment, at the cost of ten chakra per turn. S-Rank explosions produced by Ordinance create an explosion spanning mid-range from its impact location while lower ranked applications created short-range sized explosions. The user is also capable of producing multiple constructs through the usage of Imperial Ordinance; their collective strength always being equivalent to the applied rank. A-Rank applications can only be used four times per battle. S-Rank applications can be used three times per battle and cannot be used in consecutive turns. When the S-Rank version is used, no S-Rank or above Explosion Release techniques in the user’s next turn.

Description: Royal Decree is a type of infusion designed to manipulate Explosion Release natured techniques throughout the battlefield. Through an infusion of Fire chakra into an Explosion Release or Bakuton natured technique the user is able to create a catalyst. The fire chakra infused into the explosion is gaseous in its form remaining inert until a violent explosion is triggered. The catalyst will act to detonate instantly in sync with the first causing a secondary explosion simulating the magnitude of the first; however will extend with one additional range level, at the user’s volition. The range increase can only be applied to Explosions which span short-range initially, allowing them to increase their range effectively to mid-range. Because of the effects of the catalyst the infused Explosion gains the added force, heat, and energy of the initial allowing it to gain an effective increase of one rank in strength; for S-Rank and above Explosions the technique will effectively increase the effective strength by +20. This technique can be applied to Explosions which extend to mid-range initially, however it will not benefit from the increased range allowing them to gain the catalyst effect but not span to long-range. Royal Decree can be used five times per battle and can be performed within the same timeframe as the technique which it is applied to. It cannot be used in consecutive turns.

Description: The form of the void is a style of the Ogame school in which the swordsman makes quick movements to simultaneously dodge an attack and close the distance on their target. With this technique the swordsman rotates their body to narrowly avoid an incoming attack while simultaneously stepping forward to close the distance to their opponent. By doing this they move into extremely close range while the opponent over extends themselves, creating an opening for attack while the opponent is incapable of defending themselves. This can only be used to avoid certain techniques such as other kenjutsu or taijutsu, or even narrow elemental techniques. Larger techniques such as large fireballs would be too large to avoid.

Keotsu watched as Akame formed a strange dragon after Keotsu deflected the explosive kunai with bombs of his own. Unfortunately for Keotsu, the dragon overpowered the shockwave he fired - Akame had seem to make it detonate somehow, though - or perhaps the shockwave had been powerful to destabilize the dragon. Keotsu was not concerned. Using his boosters, he dashed backwards through the air, avoiding the shockwave as he landed on a cube made of water.
Noticing that his opponent had moved, creating a mid-range distance between the two fighters due to their collective movements, Keotsu decided to change tactics. The blade in his hand changed form, shifting from a long nagamaki to a tremendous greatsword, which Keotsu again cloaked in chakra, while thinking about how he wished to approach.

Description: The Legendary Command Arts are a series of Command Arts unique to Keotsu himself, and can only be performed with his blade Mythos ("Legend"). The shape-shifting sword can change its form to take on the shape and ability of other blades of myth and legend. This form is known as "Caladbolg", a Welsh word for "Great Sword". In this form, Mythos takes on the form of a jet black straight sword of little detail, but of incredible size. Using it's incredible size and cutting edge to augment physical attacks, and by refining energies for energy attacks, the blade draws more power from Keotsu to augment his damage; Caladbolg allows non-elemental Kenjutsu to be treated as elementally equal to all elements.

Description: This technique is unique to samurai, which employs the concept of chakra flow techniques similar to the flying sparrow and Kusanagi: Chidori katana. Through the use of chakra flow the user channels their chakra through their swords his extends the reach and the cutting ability of the blade, and also allows the user to fire crescents of chakra whenever the blade is swung. This released chakra is capable of great destruction as shown from how it destroyed a stone pillar. The samurai have also shown the ability to use shape transformation, as they can form their chakra blades into giant buzz saws, broad swords, spiked shafts, and axes. This ability allows them to rely on smaller swords while retaining greater reach, damage, and surprise attacks as needed.(The technique is capable of countering Ninjutsu of A rank and below due to the chakra charge technique).
