Raditz started off throwing shuriken while molding Katon chakra into them before causing them to ignite as the circle to the opponent's right side. There were 4 shuriken in number and they traveled in a vertical formation, so if they connected they would hit the opponent at the temple, the neck, the chest and the oblique or the opponent's side.
(Katon: Kaen Shuriken Ranbu) - Fire Release: Blazing Shuriken Dance
As Raditz used his left hand to release the shuriken, He uses his right hand to form 3 huge snakes from his right hand that then slithered at the same speed that the shuriken traveled. Once the snakes reached the opponent a quarter of a second after the shuriken would hit the opponent up into the air before one of the snakes drags them back into the pile of snake below before Raditz sends a pulse into the snakes causing them to explode.
