Petrichor stood lonely in front of the docks, awaiting a challenger. She mindlessly plays with the oars in her hands, kicking at loose planks and rocks by the mucky swamp marsh's edge. Dancing left and right, she's singing a song to herself to pass the time.
" What do we do with a drunken ninja, what do we do with a drunken ninja~ "
Her eyes dart around her surroundings as she sings and dances, keeping an eye out for anyone who approaches, ready to counter in the event of ninja attempting to sneak her while assuming she's distracted.
Sieg
Assume I am moving at 4 speed as well throughout the fight. "Drunkards are doomed to an early grave, one way or the other..." A voice would respond to the woman's song. The man who spoke would be walking along the path, approaching from behind the windmill.
"It is only a matter of principle what we do with them."
Sieg would continue to approach, closing the distance to 8 meters between himself and the woman before sending forwards a spinning wall of wind. The wall itself would not reach the woman due to their distance, but it was intended as a means to assess wether the woman was a shinobi or not based on her reaction.

Description: User creates a wall of spinning wind in front of him that is used to push back weapons thrown towards him. It can also be used against taijutsu close range attacks, but the wall can be pushed back with a stronger wind jutsu or if a smoke bomb or explosive tag touches the spinning wind they will automatically get activated because of the sharpness of the wind element, damaging the user also.

Petrichor whines, throwing the large wooden oar to the floor. She observes the wind wall and braces her footing, bending her knees in a kiba dachi stance with her right foot forward - though the wall itself wouldn't reach her, there was always the risk of a follow up combination attack. Normally, Petrichor would wait for their opponent to close the gap, but perhaps she needed to apply some pressure of her own and force them to close the distance.
" You wanna party? Okay then, pretty boy. Let's see you dance. "
Petrichor lifts her right hand to evoke an open palm stance, distracting Sieg from the far side of her body. Producing a short sword from her left hip as the wind wall approaches closer, Petrichor gathers lightning energy in her left hand, molding an electromagnetic current around her blade. She flips the blade into the air, and it whirs with an electrical whine as it gains rotational speed, becoming like a blur. The blade, blue from the chakra emanating from it, follows the motions of Petrichor's hand; she flicks it upwards, followed by a flick to the left and a flick to the right, before creating an arc with her hand, as if closing in son someone's throat. The main blade splits into three electrically-charged spinning blades, one circling around the win wall towards you from above, the other two circling around the wind wall towards your rear from the left and right.
" Say hello to my little friends! "
As Petrichor lets the blade go, she immediately takes advantage of her strong stance to jump backwards, closing the gap between herself and the tall, stone construction windmill to only a few meters. As they ready themselves for how Sieg might respond, she keeps focus on their electrical blades while readying her hands ready by the sides of her hips, either to weave hand signs as soon as she drops control of the blades or to ready herself if it comes to dealing physical blows.

They will then multiply the sword creating two extra physical copies which are then all manipulated to spin rapidly and are controlled to fly towards and cut through the opponent/s through hand gestures. While controlling the weapons, the user cannot mold chakra for other techniques and needs to keep focus.
