Ragyo stepped to her friend, as they haven't sparred in a while. Storm clearly out matching her in abilities whereas Ragyo was busy starting and running her own business. "Still leading Wakanda? Or have you fancied more finer things in life? How's T'Challa?" she asked while molding chakra and releasing it into the ground, spawning earth spikes short range from the opponent that would continue to appear and pop up until they reached the opponent, aiming to pierce and skewer her.

Ohhhh must be the wrong Storm... Different timeline... "Sorry!" Ragyo professed as her opponent broke apart her earth spikes and shot a stream of violent water at her. She quickly let her doton chakra fill the earth below and quickly sank underground, avoiding the stream of water.

Description: The user changes earth into fine sand by channeling chakra into it, allowing the user to dig through it like a mole. While underground one can sense what is happening on the surface and use the information to launch a surprise attack on the enemy. Once can also hide deep in the ground, escaping to a depth where the enemy cant reach. It also appears that after digging, the ground can be returned to its original state, leaving no trace of where the user entered the earth. While inside the earth, the user cannot make handseals and can only use Earth techniques below C-Rank. If he tries to do a higher ranked technique, he'll disrupt the Hiding like a mole technique and be left crushed.

"Damn..." Ragyo said. "She tried to take my head off. This is serious..." she said to herself. She dug around until underneath her opponent and grabbed her ankle, looking to do the good ol Kakashi and pull her opponent into the ground as Ragyo would now be above ground and above Storm looking down at her if her plan was successful. Hopefully.

Where are you hiding now? Storm passively activated her Byakugan. With her enhanced vision, she quickly pinpointed her target's location. She'd then slam her hands on the ground while molding and sending doton chakra into the Earth. This would forcefully expel the man from the earth.

Description: The kekkei genkai intrinsic to both the Hyūga and Ōtsutsuki clans—descendants of Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. Those who possess this dōjutsu have it manifested as eyes with featureless white irides and no visible pupils. And when activated, the pupils become more distinct and the veins near their temples bulge. To activate the dōjutsu, Hyuga but not Ōtsutsuki clan members are initially obliged to use a rather long and specific sequence of handseals: Horse → Tiger → Boar → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar → Snake. But once activated, the dōjutsu user is endowed with a range of skills.

To start, an activated Byakugan gives the user a near 360º diameter field of vision bar one blind spot at the back of the neck, above the first thoracic vertebra. Its vision can penetrate through any solid objects or obstructions, and likewise remains unaffected by blinding interferences. But that being said, certain barriers and the like may distort its perception. In addition, it is able to follow high-speed movements, which enables those with this dōjutsu to analyze their foes' actions and better react to them. The Byakugan is also able to see chakra to a higher degree than the Sharingan and ergo, identify where a person's chakra signature originates from. Beyond that, it can discern certain types of clones from the real person. And its ability to see chakra is in fact so acute that those who possess this dōjutsu are even able to see the chakra pathway system and the 361 tenketsu that comprise it. The Hyūga clan has gone so far as to develop their unique Gentle Fist style in order to capitalize on this particular ability.

Note: Hyuga clan bios of at least Jonin rank become able to passively activate their dōjutsu upon one month having passed since Gentle Fist training concluded. Ōtsutsuki bios never need to expend a move in order to activate it.
Note: While traversing the NW, bios with activated Byakugan are able to see up to two 2 adjacent landmarks away while those of sage rank can see as far as three away, but this doesn't extend beyond an ocean landmark.

Description: With the technique, the user can bring up something from deep within the ground by slamming his hands on the ground and manipulating it to forcefully make whatever is contained in it to be expelled upwards. The result of this technique has the appearance of an erupting volcano and can vary in size depending on the users needs.

With the man now in mid-air, the Goddess of Storms would conjure and project lightning from her hands at the man.

Before she got to initiate her attack, Ragyo was abruptly uprooted from the ground. "What the hell?" she said as she popped out from underneath the soil and into the air. As she went up, she noticed the woman's eyes went from a soft, nice color to all-white. "Another blind person?.." she asked herself.

As Ragyo was in mid air, the lady shot some bolts of lightning at her, forcing Ragyo to think quick. She inhaled, gathering katon chakra into her lungs then exhaled, expelling a stream of fire towards the lightning bolts as she landed safely and hopefully dispersed(?) the lightning jutsu.

Description: The user will create a small short flame at the opponent. This flame is capable of making the target collapse due to the heat of the technique. This technique requires no handseals.

As she landed on the ground she huffed, and puffed. "What is your deal, lady?!" she yelled. Not knowing what she did wrong as this was obviously a misunderstanding.

Ragyo focused her chakra into the air to affect her opponent, making it appear as if shadow clones were popping up from all over the ground. Ragyo would use this to confuse the opponent into thinking there was were multiple clones she would have to destroy in order to get to Ragyo.

( Kasumi Jūsha no Jutsu ) - Mist Servant Technique

Description: This illusion creates numerous illusionary clones of the user that appear to emerge from the ground, trees, rocks, etc. If these clones are attacked, they appear to multiply. The user can co-ordinate his attacks with the clones to make it appear as if they are real.

Her foe called out to her, but Storm was overwhelmed with the grief of a widow the woman brought up by speaking on her Husband. In response to the incoming fire attack that overpowered her lightning, Storm conjured a shield of water in front of her self to block the weakened flames.

Soon after, clones of the woman began to emerge from the environment. Storm could see with her Byakugan that these clones didnt have a chakra system and werent made of chakra at all. They werent physically there. Genjutsu? You think your tricks can fool a Goddess!? Storm weaved a hand seal and disturbed her chakra flow, breaking the genjutsu.

N/A Description: The user does one hand seal to focus and then proceeds to disturb his chakra flow by forcefully stopping it momentarily and then "spiking" his chakra, causing an imbalance. This dispels any genjutsu set upon the user except MS Eye Techniques, Paralysis-like Genjutsu and Demonic Illusion: Toad Confrontation Chant. The effectiveness of this technique is dependent upon the skill of the user. Academy Student rank ninja can dispel Genjutsu up to C-rank. Genin rank ninja can dispel Genjutsu up to B-rank. Chunin rank ninja can dispel Genjutsu up to A-rank. Jounin rank user can dispel Genjutsu up to S-Rank. The user may use this technique through physical contact on others to dispel them from Genjutsu. The technique can only be used once per turn and the user still needs to fully follow the logic as to why he figured out it was an illusion.

HAAAAAAAAA! The rage and grief in Storm's heart started to peak, so much that even the environment could feel her pain. The clouds above began to thicken and darken before raining down large droplets of water on the battlefield.

Description: By sending subtle chakra waves into the clouds, the user is able to create unusually large nuclei for the water droplets to condense on. The end result is big raindrops that fall to the ground at a faster then normal rate. They aren't big or fast enough to cause any real damage, but they are quite distracting.

Her genjutsu obviously could not fool such a skilled opponent... The goddess of storms cried out in pain, making it rain profusely. However, this rain was abnormal. It was a lot heavier than normal as well as falling down profusely fast. "Beautiful..." Ragyo said to herself. But she could not let this get the best of her. She must go back on the offense.

Her one ninja skill wouldn't work... So it looked like she must muscle it out the best she could. She concentrated doton chakra in her both her arms and raised them. She would fire off several earth rings at the opponent in a barrage of attacks. "HAAAAA!" she said mightily, trying to match her opponent's ferocity.

As the ring of stone flung towards Storm, she'd discharge lightning around her body destroying the rocks. The release of chakra started to calm Storm down.

Description: This jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electricity from their body. It can be used as an omnidirectional attack or be channeled through weapons, the ground or other conductive mediums. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead it has great numbing and paralyzing effects. To channel Nagashi through a medium, the user needs to focus the technique into one of his hands which will then be put in contact with the medium and can only choose to either do a widespread attack throughout his whole body or to channel it into something; he cannot achieve both usages at the same time. Despite not having much destructive or damaging properties, Nagashi can be used to destroy low rank earthen and wooden structures and even negate chakra on the ground to stop high ranked earth and wood techniques. It has also been noted that Lightning Specialists that have mastered Lightning to the highest degree can resist total paralyzation, although they still feel the pain and numbing effects.
Note: Paralyzation lasts 1 turn if sucessful but is ineffective against bios who have a primary Lightning Specialty

As Ragyo saw Storm dismantle her jutsu, she seemed more calm now. That being said, she still had to somewhat try to stay alive. She focused her chakra into the area and laid down. It would make it appear that Ragyo was impaled somehow by an earth spike. "Dead", but really playing possum to stay alive against such a fearsome foe...

With her Byakugan, Storm could see that the woman had placed her under yet another genjutsu. She could also see the woman's low chakra levels, allowing her to deduce the kunoichi was a fledgling. It would be unbecoming of Storm to take out the grief of her husband on such a person. Storm began to mold suiton chakra in her lungs and breathe out a thick chakra laced mist the blanketed the battlefield. The mist however wouldn't blind Storm's Byakugan

(Kirigakure no Jutsu) - Hiding in Mist Technique

Description: This displacement technique creates a thick mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.

Note: Can be created through releasing from mouth or manipulating a nearby water source.

Storm then formed the Ram seal and projected her calm but stern godly voice as if she standing next to and speaking directly into the kunoichi's ear. Farewell, young kunoichi. I will allow you live and grow stronger. You know not what you did and what you said. May we meet again in the future and exchange jutsu as equals. But forewarning, if you speak of my husband again, you will feel the wrath of 1000 hurricanes.

Storm then invoked her Ōtsutsuki godhood and flew away in the opposite direction, retreating from the battle.

Note: This can be used by custom Otsutsuki clan bios, canon bios noted to have flight, and Juubi Jinchuriki bios.

Ragyo trembled at the voice of the woman who saw through all her tricks, down to what could have been her bitter last end... Alas, the strong storm goddess retreated, showing mercy and grace towards Ragyo who indeed knew not what she had done... Ragyo was too stunned to speak. As her opponent lifted off and vanished, she gasped from holding her breath in for sheer hope that she didn't get slaughtered.

"I will find you again... When I am ready. Thank you." Ragyo said, not knowing if the words had reached the goddess of storms. She weaved the necessary handseals to cast yet another genjutsu on any potential threats in the area as she had to make a safe escape after the rugged battle. The field bloomed into cherry blossoms for those caught in the illusion, as Ragyo got up and ran off at the speed of a real ninja, not to be seen again in these lands for the foreseeable future...

( Genjutsu: Kahen Tonsou ) - Illusion Technique: Flower Petal Escape
