An open challenge to any looking for a fight.
Starting Mid range.
We shall begin on a semi high building flat rooftop. The roof is a 40m wides square.
We are 100m up from the streets below, in a city as shown in the image above.
We are are fighting at night in a city that never seems to sleep.
The aim is to fight with minimal collateral damage as possible.
The rest of the narrative is yours to decide.

Magnus stood leaning on the wall looking over the city as he felt his opponent arrive. He slowly turned to look on his foe. A unique individual, proud in his stature, holding himself with a kingly presence. Magnus took a few steps forwards stopping 10m from his foe, his gaze locked on his foes' eyes to try and read the kind of man he was. Magnus's creation remained stood by the wall, silent, unmoving.

"Good evening, sir. To what do I owe the pleasure, you wish to remove me as the watcher over this city?"

Finally arriving at the rooftop, Qin Shi stood across from the man as he scanned the area. He'd immediately notice the weird thing stood by the wall before shifting his attention back to man who spoke to him. "Remove you as watcher? Magnus caught the glance at his creation, though his appearance wasn't exactly the normal thing you'd find in the city. A smirk crossed his face at the bold declaration by his foe. It wasn't arrogant or a form of boasting, it was spoken as though pure fact. To speak in such a manor was an impressive feat, a demonstration of one's iron will. Magnus rested his hands on the hilt's of his blades as his side as he stood in a relaxed stance. He could feel his sentient blade eager for blood, his lord of storms eager to unleash the devastating weather.

"Oh my. What an individual you are. If I didn't know any better, I'd have to assume you are that guy declaring himself the 'King of kings' or some shit, what ever those rumours are. Alas it matters not, titles mean nothing in the grand scheme of things. Now would you like a final warning, or forceful eviction?" As the final words left his mouth he gaze changed to one of excitement, his grin turning more devious that jesting, his hand moved to the handles of his blades.

This was too something that Magnus couldn't of even wished for, a foe so confident with such confidence in his words, demeanour and so sure of their own victory. Well, Magnus would just have to make it his mission to tear his entire word apart piece by piece. The scene was set at this point, the clear night would soon be the storm of the century for this city. Magnus drew the blade from his left hip in his right hand, drawing it upwards before twisting it in the air bringing down in a swift swing as though he were slashing through the air. With that the clear skies darkened, as clouds formed as drop by drop it began to rain, getting heavier and heavier until the rain beat the concrete roof like bullets drenching the city.

".... And so... the thunder rolls...."

As the rain began to poor, slowly layering the roof with a layer of water, Magnus pointed his blade at his foe. This caused the raindrops falling to be attracted to his foe, building up, binding him in place preventing him from moving, the binding growing stronger the more it rained. As he begun to be bound, Magnus pointed it blade towards Quinn, as the rain formed into a small orb at the tip.

"Now embrace the storm...."

With this he fired the gathered rain like a projectile from the orb that formed, empowered by the blade he held in his hand.

Raiten'nō - Ame no Omo | Thunder Emperor - Lord of Rain

Description: Ame No Omo is a traditionally shaped Katana, 70 inches in length. Its only physical trait of note is its black-as-night colored blade. Despite this, however, this sword is a powerful family artifact, one which has now found its way into the hands of Azuma Uchiha, the last living member of his immediate family. Upon further use of the blade, he also discovered a few of its unique abilities.

Durability: Forged by the world's finest blacksmiths and made of steel tempered three times over in ever increasing heat, the Thunder Emperor is incredibly durable, capable of taking S-Rank damage before breaking.

Raindance: While in possession of the Katana, the user can swing it downwards it any capacity, as if gesturing for something from above. This stroke makes the area cloud up and then start to rain heavily, as if the sky had already been stormy the whole day. This ability costs a move and 15 chakra, however, it will begin to rain immediately after the user completes the phrase.

Stormking: When the sword was forged, it was made in such a way that it can be used as a superconductor for chakra used to create rain release techniques. As such, the blade is surrounded by a small hazy cloud of its own, from which thunder and the sounds of rain regularly emit. This allows the user to either call upon rain from the storm around the blade as a source or by swinging the sword to use other rain sources to cast Ameton techniques. Through using the sword as the medium in both ways, the rain techniques will be increased in power by 1 rank up to S rank and by 20 damage to S rank and above.

Gyaku Ni Ochiru: Literally meaning "falling in reverse", this ability calls upon all of the rain which has fallen upon the battlefield to be used in a single attack. The user will swing Thunder Emperor upwards, causing every raindrop that has fallen within long range of them to condense into individual, knife-like rain bullets. These bullets will then shoot upwards, shredding whatever they touch like a storm of sharp objects. This attack is equivalent to an S-Rank in terms of power, and deals 80 damage. This ability costs a move slot. This technique can only create rain knives from the rain that has fallen within a radius of 5 meters around an opponent.

Notes:
- Can only be used/taught by Anbu Kirito.
- Gyaku Ni Ochiru can only be used twice, and no other Ameton techniques are allowed during the same turn. It also needs to have at least one full turn in between uses, to allow enough rain to accumulate on the ground around the user.

(Ame Nottori no Jutsu) - Rain Capture Technique

Qin looked on as the man drew his blade and proceeded to "slash" the air. The Hyuga knew that this signaled the start of their battle as rain began to fall. Almost immediately, the veins around his temple would bulge as he'd passively activate his Byakugan, allowing him to pick up on the chakra emanating from the man. But he didn't need his Byakugan to see that the rain that was being manipulated by his opponent and headed right for him.

Gathering his own chakra, Qin would perform the necessary handseals swiftly before releasing a burst of Entropy from his body that would permeate the rooftop ( five meters in front of me, but mid-range in other directions ). The Entropic Radiation would stop the rain dead in it's tracks, leaving it suspended in midair all around the rooftop, appearing as though it had hit an invisible wall. "You call that a storm? I've had baths that were more dangerous."

He'd channel his chakra once more, this time to his foot, which he'd immediately stomp in a swift motion to create an omnidirectional wave of energy that would head towards his opponent, passing through droplets of rain, and paralyze him, if left undefended.

Description: The kekkei genkai intrinsic to both the Hyūga and Ōtsutsuki clans—descendants of Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. Those who possess this dōjutsu have it manifested as eyes with featureless white irides and no visible pupils. And when activated, the pupils become more distinct and the veins near their temples bulge. To activate the dōjutsu, Hyuga but not Ōtsutsuki clan members are initially obliged to use a rather long and specific sequence of handseals: Horse → Tiger → Boar → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar → Snake. But once activated, the dōjutsu user is endowed with a range of skills.

To start, an activated Byakugan gives the user a near 360º diameter field of vision bar one blind spot at the back of the neck, above the first thoracic vertebra. Its vision can penetrate through any solid objects or obstructions, and likewise remains unaffected by blinding interferences. But that being said, certain barriers and the like may distort its perception. In addition, it is able to follow high-speed movements, which enables those with this dōjutsu to analyze their foes' actions and better react to them. The Byakugan is also able to see chakra to a higher degree than the Sharingan and ergo, identify where a person's chakra signature originates from. Beyond that, it can discern certain types of clones from the real person. And its ability to see chakra is in fact so acute that those who possess this dōjutsu are even able to see the chakra pathway system and the 361 tenketsu that comprise it. The Hyūga clan has gone so far as to develop their unique Gentle Fist style in order to capitalize on this particular ability.

Note: Hyuga clan bios of at least Jonin rank become able to passively activate their dōjutsu upon one month having passed since Gentle Fist training concluded. Ōtsutsuki bios never need to expend a move in order to activate it.

Description: Law of Nature is a technique which utilizes the neutrality of Entropy to all elements through its ability to affect specific energies present in most chakra-based techniques; potential and kinetic. This jutsu takes the radiation form of Entropy, which can be seen throughout affected areas as wavy distortions in space, and will feel ice cold to the touch as it absorbs heat, all of which are natural properties of the element. The radiation may be manifested from the user's body in most short-range occasions, and from the surrounding space up to long-range, except for five meters of an opponent, unless the user is also in that range. Entropy in this form moves at the speed of an average stream-type fire jutsu in its quickest uses, but is at its most effective in this form, being able to easily enter opposing techniques and disperse either of the key energies that operate them. Depending on which are focused, the user is able to bring about varying effects.

( Law of Motion ∞ Undō no Hōsoku ) - Is the kinetic energy focused side to this technique, where techniques and objects equal to or weaker than the rank applied of this jutsu, are able to frozen in this tracks near immediately. This can be done regardless of size due to the radiation working best inside closed systems, dispersing energy as quickly as it is generated from within. For attacks that are energetic in nature, requiring motion to exist, they will subsequently breakdown while solid techniques will stay on the field, albeit frozen in place while this jutsu is active. S-ranked variants of this Law are able to affect opponents by freezing them in place. This can only be done in short and mid ranges. Law of Motion is also unable to cause direct harm, but can be sustained at -10 chakra for A-ranked and below applications and -20 chakra per turn for S-ranked. Should it expire or user chooses to release it, frozen objects and attacks will not continue their projected paths but will stay in place or fall, if they were airborne.

( Law of Power ∞ Chikara no Hōsoku ) - When potential energy is focused, this jutsu is most advantageous. Techniques within rank and range will have their energy stripped away with no effect on their motion ( kinetic energy is ignored ). This is because Entropy, through its radiation, would have cancelled the technique internally by dispersing its power to operate. For energy-based attacks, this leads to immediate loss of form and degradation while for solids, depending on the composing element, will either fall apart or remain stationary as "zombies". That is, they have no chakra present but cannot be manipulated any further due to traces of Entropy being left in all attacks that are overpowered by this jutsu. Projectile techniques could still pose a threat in this application, and in some cases the user would still have to defend from an attack, even after it's been nullified. This allows the user to counter with free form or lower ranking techniques. All ranks of this Law are able to harm opponents if contact is made, by causing moderate ( B-rank and below applications ) to severe internal damage, where the S-ranked use of this jutsu can incapacitate opponents of equal or lesser rank for two turns if affected.

Each Law can only be activated four times per battle, regardless of rank. A-ranked usage requires two hand seals and S-ranked requires three, after which this technique goes on a two turn cool down. Only one 'Law' may be utilized each time this jutsu is activated, with a turn cool down between.

It is similar to Palm Heel Strike, insofar as it causes one's muscles to be slightly damaged. This can also be applied through a kick, should it connect with the target, and forces the user's chakra into a specific bodily area with even more potent effects. The attack, itself, lacks tangible properties and ergo, phases through physical techniques ( e.g., Earth and Water ) without being hindered.

Magnus looked on seeing something oh so familiar, those clear white piercing eyes with the veins that bulged around them, no other than one of those that wield the Byakugan. From the stories he'd heard over time, these eyes were a diluted version of something akin to the Rinnegan, but he could never confirm this. He only knew this from chasing the power of the six paths himself. This would truly make for a battle of superior beings.

His foe would only serve to impress Magnus further with his storm being brought to a halt in the air with an unseen force. What a truly remarkable skill to behold. Though Magnus wanted to admire his foe's skills, he couldn't let such slights on his skills go without punishment. He raises his blade once more using it as a medium slashing down, gathering the halted drops into a pillar or rain that comes crashing down on his foe before he stomps the ground, overpowering his power that halted the rain.

"A storm doesn't peak like your power. A storm is ever changing, its violence unpredictable... "

Once more his opponent would manipulate the rain, this time in the area above him. Qin let out an audible sigh as he gathered chakra whilst raising his hand above his head. He would swing it from left to right, releasing a compressed wave of wind that would blow away the rain that was headed towards him with ease. "Are you gonna get serious soon? I assume this is meant to be the calm before the storm?! Now show me, what you're about!"

As he spoke, right after releasing the wave of wind, Qin would channel chakra into his fingertips and release it as he swung his hand downwards, shaping it into a blade of wind that would fly right for his opponent swiftly.

Description: This technique is a pinpoint slashing strike, where the user emits chakra from their fingertips and materialises it into an near invisible weapon that assaults the enemy in a gust of wind. If the Sickle Weasel Technique can be regarded as a swarm of small wind kunai, then this technique is akin to a virtually unavoidable longsword which can leave the target's body mutilated. Just being in close proximity to the technique can cause minor cuts. The wind blades can be created and thrown, like projectiles, in rapid succession, although in this case, each one weaker than the single use application. The technique cannot be blocked by physical weapons and is insanely fast by not relying on the use of Hand seals but, because it still requires the user to perform hand gestures to use and is somewhat visible in the effect it produces, it can still be defended against by using appropriate evasion techniques or fast elemental ninjutsu.

Once more his opponent would manipulate the rain, this time in the area above him. Qin let out an audible sigh as he gathered chakra whilst raising his hand above his head. He would swing it from left to right, releasing a compressed wave of wind that would blow away the rain that was headed towards him with ease. "Are you gonna get serious soon? I assume this is meant to be the calm before the storm?! Now show me, what you're about!"
As he spoke, right after releasing the wave of wind, Qin would channel chakra into his fingertips and release it as he swung his hand downwards, shaping it into a blade of wind that would fly right for his opponent swiftly.​

Description: This technique is a pinpoint slashing strike, where the user emits chakra from their fingertips and materialises it into an near invisible weapon that assaults the enemy in a gust of wind. If the Sickle Weasel Technique can be regarded as a swarm of small wind kunai, then this technique is akin to a virtually unavoidable longsword which can leave the target's body mutilated. Just being in close proximity to the technique can cause minor cuts. The wind blades can be created and thrown, like projectiles, in rapid succession, although in this case, each one weaker than the single use application. The technique cannot be blocked by physical weapons and is insanely fast by not relying on the use of Hand seals but, because it still requires the user to perform hand gestures to use and is somewhat visible in the effect it produces, it can still be defended against by using appropriate evasion techniques or fast elemental ninjutsu.​
And the jests continued, though if his foe were serious about the pace of things, he wouldn't be throwing the same futile attempts in retaliation towards Magnus. Though it was interested to slowly understand the skills of his foe. He's moved onto the use of wind to counteract his strike and even pushed forward on the assault. Magnus would swing his blade across his body as the storm from his sword and the rain around him forms a shell of sorts, rapidy moving around him that shoots forwards with him in it at double his speed (22), empowered by the blade and easily over coming the wind blade technique and smashing into his foe, aiming to knock him off the building:

Description: God's In His Heaven is primarily a travel-enhancing technique which allows the user to surround himself in a rapidly rotating shell of rain which he can direct through the air to achieve high-speed flight and perform evasive maneuvers. First, the user will infuse their chakra into the rain around them, causing it to converge upon their body. This rain will then quickly begin to swirl around the user's whole body, forming into an oval-shaped "shell" of sorts which rapidly rotates around the user, giving an appearance much like the Inuzuka Clan's "Tsuga" technique. The user will then manipulate the rain shell into moving in any given direction, carrying themselves through the air along with it at a rapid speed (2x the user's movement speed). This shell also provides a painful offensive option should something come into contact with the rotating rain shell, which will drill into whatever it touches. Despite its usefulness, the shell is difficult to maintain for long periods of time, and thus can only be used in singular bursts of movement for an attack or evasive maneuver up to long-range from the user.

Magnus over estimated the power of his rain attack when it came to clashing with the wind. Though to be fair to him, this was the first time he'd had chance to truly test the abilities he'd acquired when it came to controlling the rain. Now he stood with his opponent in the driving seat for this fight, what a unique sensation but it made the fight all the more exciting to say the least. With that his foe thrust their arm forwards releasing a burst of chakra which was imbued with the power of wind release. By the power he sensed within this technique, it had quite the punch. Magnus would bring his hands together releasing his chakra into the roof they were stood on causing it to collapse under his feet and his opponent's, and his creation where it stood as they all fell into the offices of the building below. With this Magnus would avoid being hit by the blast sent by his foe.

Descripton: The user will do one hand seal and cause nearby earth structures (either natural occurring ones on the field (such as cave ceilings, cliffs, etc), man made (buildings, etc) or jutsu made (up to C-Rank active structures)) to collapse and fall. This technique allows the ninja to control nearby stone and rock and dislodge any vulnerable or sensitive spots, causing the structure to collapse. This can be especially useful if in a cave or a stone lodging. The technique can loosen the rocks and cause them to come raining down on whomever is trapped inside. The damage depends on the size of the cavern or rock lodging above or nearby the target and not on the amount of chakra used which doesn't need to be high. A large cave with a thick ceiling can easily do the physical damage equivalent to an A-Rank technique but due to the damage not being focused or chakra fueled, its also easily defendable.

As they fall, the rain water that lined the roof would come washing down with the rock at the same time. As they fall Magnus would do an upwards swinging motion with the blade causing the rain water to form into knives all around his foe shooting up slicing through him, taking advantage of his lost footing. Due to the all the participants only falling a few feet, there would be no fall damage to any parties. Magnus and his creation would be prepared for the fall due to their mental link. The blades of rain would deal 100 damage due to being empowered by the sword.

Description: Ame No Omo is a traditionally shaped Katana, 70 inches in length. Its only physical trait of note is its black-as-night colored blade. Despite this, however, this sword is a powerful family artifact, one which has now found its way into the hands of Azuma Uchiha, the last living member of his immediate family. Upon further use of the blade, he also discovered a few of its unique abilities.

Durability: Forged by the world's finest blacksmiths and made of steel tempered three times over in ever increasing heat, the Thunder Emperor is incredibly durable, capable of taking S-Rank damage before breaking.

Raindance: While in possession of the Katana, the user can swing it downwards it any capacity, as if gesturing for something from above. This stroke makes the area cloud up and then start to rain heavily, as if the sky had already been stormy the whole day. This ability costs a move and 15 chakra, however, it will begin to rain immediately after the user completes the phrase.

Stormking: When the sword was forged, it was made in such a way that it can be used as a superconductor for chakra used to create rain release techniques. As such, the blade is surrounded by a small hazy cloud of its own, from which thunder and the sounds of rain regularly emit. This allows the user to either call upon rain from the storm around the blade as a source or by swinging the sword to use other rain sources to cast Ameton techniques. Through using the sword as the medium in both ways, the rain techniques will be increased in power by 1 rank up to S rank and by 20 damage to S rank and above.

Gyaku Ni Ochiru: Literally meaning "falling in reverse", this ability calls upon all of the rain which has fallen upon the battlefield to be used in a single attack. The user will swing Thunder Emperor upwards, causing every raindrop that has fallen within long range of them to condense into individual, knife-like rain bullets. These bullets will then shoot upwards, shredding whatever they touch like a storm of sharp objects. This attack is equivalent to an S-Rank in terms of power, and deals 80 damage. This ability costs a move slot. This technique can only create rain knives from the rain that has fallen within a radius of 5 meters around an opponent.

Notes:
- Can only be used/taught by Anbu Kirito.
- Gyaku Ni Ochiru can only be used twice, and no other Ameton techniques are allowed during the same turn. It also needs to have at least one full turn in between uses, to allow enough rain to accumulate on the ground around the user.

This totally wasn't because he just couldn't interrupt it due to the rules. Their footing would be lost as the roof began to cave in. Qin would react swiftly, channeling wind chakra into his chains that he would control to slam into the ground as they fell. Doing so would allow him to erect a barrier in the area where his opponent was falling, forming all around him before wind would converge upon the man and slice him up if he didn't defend himself.

The Emperor would stay on the offensive, this time channeling chakra into his legs before driving one of them into the ground, releasing the built up energy into it. This would allow him to alter the ground they stood on, more specifically the ground beneath and around his opponent to shoot up in a spike like fashion with the sole aim of piercing his body.

This seemingly simple technique has a variety of uses, for example, the user could raise a large section of the ground directly in front of themselves in order to defend themselves from all manner of attacks, both big and small. Another potential application is altering the ground over a wider area in general, although not on the same scale as the previous example, allowing the user to potentially throw their target off-balance due to the wider area of effect, or to otherwise affect the terrain in a manner that is beneficial to the user. The user can even perform more specific actions, such as raising more specific fragments of the earth in order to attack colossal or flying Summoning Animals, albeit within a reasonable range and/ or area of effect.

As Magnus fell through through the air with his sword in hand it seemed his foe was ready for it with their chains shooting forwards imbued with wind chakra. Well it would seem Magnus would have to step this up a notch. He could hear his blade calling to him, the black blade he was hesitant to use due to it having a mind of its own. Well maybe it was time he let the sword loose to have its own fun.

"Fine... lets do it your way....Yaru!!!!"

As he said this he would draw the blade from his right hip with his left hand, drawing it while making a horizontal slashing motion in the process unleashing the power of fire through the blade itself, surround Magnus and erupting forwards to blast through his foe, engulfing him in devastating flames. As he drew the blade, it would empower the flames as his dragon armour would in the same sense. To top it off, it would naturally be empowered by his innate Uchiha prowess. The flames would easily overpower the other techniques.

With this Magnus would land on the ground safe as the handle of his blade passively grows for future use.

Description: Yoru is a black blade forged by a great smith who infused it with yang release making it sentient. Yoru is an ornately decorated and very long blade with a total length of at least 6 feet. On the hilt of this blade is a cross guard, though the bars between the blade and the hilt are much longer than average. The blade itself is pitch-black with a very strong sheen, a single-edged long sword with a slight curve at the end of the blade. Overall, Yoru looks like a large black cross. Though the blight was forged in such a way to remain light.

It was forged with a large portion of yang chakra giving it it's own sentience. With this the sword came to life in its own unique way, it was still a sword, solid like steel, sharp enough to slash flesh, but it was more than just that. Yaru could bend it's shape completely, sliding around like a snake having it's own form of movement while still being a blade, much like how Samehada can bend it's shape and still be sharp with it's scales. Though, it's intent wasn't always pure, having used to have a white handle, he served many owners, though those he deemed unworthy he would kill, staining his handle until it was blood red. This sword held a few unique powers:
  • Being able to absorb and store chakra he can also sense chakra within short range of it knowing the difference between each one, the type and who it belonged to. It can sense anything that has a life force. It can absorb jutsu be releasing a black aura around it, this aura will negate jutsu and absorb the chakra into the blade storing it which it can then be used to cast jutsu with that require sword, rather than using the user's charka. The sword slashes as the aura spreads out acting like a vacuum drawing in the chakra causing jutsu to dissipate. This can only be used 3 times costing a move each time. This vacuum can reach up to short range (5m), it can absorb a maximum of 60 chakra per use though only store up to 100 chakra at a time in total. Anything with more than 40 chakra will fail to be absorbed. Two turns between uses. Counts as a move per usage.
  • Being infused with Yang, it is granted a form of great vitality, durability and strength. Due to this, it's kenjutsu techniques are passively increased by 20 damage, this would include any jutsu that require the sword to be used as a medium, flowing through it. Freeform attacks are excluded from this boost.
  • The sword would have a mental link with it's owner sharing what he could see and the chakra it sensed.
  • The sword handle has a unique ability where the user can extent it to form a spear, allowing the user to fight with extra range and use it for jutsu requiring a spear/Bisento. This can be done passively.

Qin would observe the man draw his blade from his hip before performing a horizontal slash to release his chakra. The arc of fire would expand as it moved towards him, but he wasn't worried in the slightest. He'd raise his arm and make use of his ninja tool, creating a sphere of chakra that would draw in the flames, growing as it did so, leaving Qin completely unharmed.

The Hyuga would then turn to his own clans teachings, creating a pair of chakra shrouds around his hands. These would fittingly take on the shape of guardian lions, as they'd be aiding him going forward. He'd immediately began releasing his chakra from every tenketsu while spinning rapidly, shaping his chakra into a dome that would expand outwards and strike Magnus, sending him flying backwards if he didn't defend himself.

Description: A cyborg attachment to the user's body, the user has a robotic limb that allows for him to create spheres of energy that are capable of absorbing chakra up to S rank level. These spheres are capable of dealing brute force on impact as well, growing to large heights, up to 4 meters in radius. Starting at roughly rasengan size, these spheres grow proportionally to the size of the technique absorbed. Normal Ninja are able to make use of one of these devices via specialized gloves that allow them to absorb 1 Ninjutsu per turn up to S rank while Cyborgs have these attachments and are able to absorb up to Forbidden powered attacks and 1 from each arm per turn.

These lion-shaped shrouds are able drain the chakra network of those they touch and can be used in conjunction with any of the Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms variants, increasing the damage by 30 while sacrificing the ability to limit chakra usage. Qin would observe the man draw his blade from his hip before performing a horizontal slash to release his chakra. The arc of fire would expand as it moved towards him, but he wasn't worried in the slightest. He'd raise his arm and make use of his ninja tool, creating a sphere of chakra that would draw in the flames, growing as it did so, leaving Qin completely unharmed.​
The Hyuga would then turn to his own clans teachings, creating a pair of chakra shrouds around his hands. These would fittingly take on the shape of guardian lions, as they'd be aiding him going forward. He'd immediately began releasing his chakra from every tenketsu while spinning rapidly, shaping his chakra into a dome that would expand outwards and strike Magnus, sending him flying backwards if he didn't defend himself.​

Description: A cyborg attachment to the user's body, the user has a robotic limb that allows for him to create spheres of energy that are capable of absorbing chakra up to S rank level. These spheres are capable of dealing brute force on impact as well, growing to large heights, up to 4 meters in radius. Starting at roughly rasengan size, these spheres grow proportionally to the size of the technique absorbed. Normal Ninja are able to make use of one of these devices via specialized gloves that allow them to absorb 1 Ninjutsu per turn up to S rank while Cyborgs have these attachments and are able to absorb up to Forbidden powered attacks and 1 from each arm per turn.​

Description: The user exudes chakra from both hands and by utilizing advanced chakra control, mold the chakra into a form highly reminiscent of large guardian lion-shaped shrouds to greatly increase both the range and destructive power of their taijutsu. These lion-shaped shrouds are able drain the chakra network of those they touch and can be used in conjunction with any of the Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms variants, increasing the damage by 30 while sacrificing the ability to limit chakra usage. Magnus smiled as his attack was simply drawn in via the technology. It would seem his foe was quite resourceful when they wanted to. The handle on his blade would have extended allowing him to use his own unique fighting style through his sentient blade, who he could feel craving for blood. He looked on as his foe's coated his fists in a shroud of chakra taking the form of a lion's head on each, it seemed he was truly getting serious.

"Well, lets bring this to an end shall we?"

With this Magnus's eyes would spiral, going from the three tomoe sharingan into the eternal mangekyo sharingan passively, as he drew his weapon back. As his foe began to spin he would swing his weapon forwards releasing a large wave of fire chakra from his weapon. This would he empowered by his fire armour, his weapon and his natural fire affinity, and not be able to be sealed. This would over power the rotation blasting his foe back.

As the fire dulled he would look upon his foe binding them in an illusion, throwing them into a new world, this illusion would be empowered by yin release where everything takes the form of fire, as Magnus just had a thing for fire or something.

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill

( Doujutsu: Eien no Mangekyou Sharingan ) - Eye Technique: Eternal Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye - passive

Description: The Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan literally meaning " Eternal Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye", is the final step in the evolutionary state of the Sharingan. While Mangekyo Sharingan is but an imperfect Dojutsu, unable to sustain and keep its own power, weakening with each use, the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan brings control and balance to the power wielded. By merging the users own MS with that of his sibling, the use is able to awaken the EMS. The EMS grants the user the same abilities granted by MS but to unsurpassed levels. While granting the user the ability to perceive the world with increadible insight, it also grants the user the ability to see through S-Rank visual illusions and track the movement speed of almost anything, perfecting the already amazing abilities of the standard MS, like casting Genjutsu without the need for handseals as long as a line of sight to the target is available. A unique feat however, is that once the user awakens EMS, he loses access to his normal MS, transitioning from 3T form to EMS directly. While MS damages the user as time passes and severely tires and drains the user as its used, the EMS doesn't. The user can keep it active without losing his eyesight or damaging himself and can use the normal MS techniques with no activation reduction or drawbacks. Its true that the chakra cost is higher, but the user will feel little to no effect in his stamina and energy. Through his EMS, Madara gained the ability to control Tailed Beasts by forcefully using his sharingan genjutsu/mind manipulation abilities to take control of the Bijuu and temporarily sever its connection to the host. If the Jinchuriki is in normal form or entering one of the transformations, it's blocked from transforming for 3 turns. If it's in incomplete form, it's forced back into normal form and left unable to access his bijuu for 3 turns and if its in complete form, the user gains control over the bijuu, manipulating its movements/actions completely for 2 turns or until the complete form ends (whatever comes first), leaving the host unable to acess his bijuu for 3 turns.
Note: Only usable by bios with EMS after meeting the necessary requirements.
Note: User needs to have activated his 3T Sharingan beforehand

Description: This Sixth form is based on the teachings of releasing a burst of elemental Chakra in the form of a wave. The user will swing their bisento around or thrust or which ever motion needed for the strike, while focusing their Chakra through to the point of impact where the el;elemental Chakra will burst outwards that pushes forwards up to 10 meters. This burst of chakra will be one of the basic 5 elements and follow the strength and weaknesses for that element. If used directly on an opponent the burst of Chakra will cause damage and effects corsponding to the element chosen (eg, lightning for paralysis, burns from fire, cuts from wind, physical damage like breaking bones from earth, blunt damage from water. To use the S-Rank variant, the user will follow the same process, but as they are about to connect, they will release a burst of Chakra from the back of the bi bsento at the same time to increase it's driving force and speed increasing the power of the initial strike.

Note: A-Rank can be used 3 times per battle, while S-Rank can be used 1 time per battle. A-Rank usages require a 1 turn cool down between uses, while the S-Rank usage requires a 2 turn cooldown between usages, S-Rank requires both hands for control, and no Jutsu above A rank in the following turn that require the use of the element chosen.

(Genjutsu: Undeinosa Gomakashi) - Illusionary Arts: World of Mirrors

Description: After weaving the needed hand signals (Tiger → Horse), the user will have placed the opponent under an illusion. Once the target enters the genjutsu, they are thrown into a landscape of trees, grass, and rocks made of mirrors. The target hits the ground and is unable to move. After a few moments, the landscape, including the mirror sky, is broken into an innumerable mass of shards that cascade upon the target like an avalanche. Upon the shards crashing upon them, the shards become a raging ocean, tearing and cutting into the opponent relentlessly. Finally, once the target is rendered a bloody mess, the genjutsu ends and the target suffers immense mental fatigue.

Note: Can only be used three times per-match.

(Inton: Gogyou Gen) – Yin Release: Five Elements Illusion

Description: This technique allows the user to combine their elemental chakra with Yin Release in order to create stronger, more potent Genjutsu. When the user casts a Genjutsu, rather than using their raw chakra they will use one of the basic elemental natures, thus increasing the potency of the jutsu. This technique increases the technique it is applied to by one rank in strength; due to the massive infusion of chakra a Genjutsu empowered by the Five Elements Illusion can penetrate through any passive defense or subversive method against Genjutsu. By using nature chakra rather than raw chakra, the properties of the Genjutsu can change in accordance to that nature and become stronger. For example, using Crushing Snake Constriction with Fire Release chakra would make the snakes appear, feel, and sound as though they were on fire. The user is free to alter the effects of a Genjutsu within reason as long as the primary effects remain the same. Like other Yin-Yang infusions, this technique only increases the chakra within the technique by an additional rank in strength, or 10, whichever is higher.
Note: Can only be used 6 times per battle.
Note: Cannot be used on techniques above S-Rank.
