Vlad would look on, to behold his latest foe. A unique individual he'd never seen the likes of before. Though this mattered not when it came to his domain. He would decide to end this quick so he could return to his castle. He would begin by performing 2 hand seals causing large spikes of gunpowder to spawn all around his foe, from the ground around him, just outside of short range. These spikes would spawn diagonally inwards on his foe, aiming to Impale him from all sides with no room to escape, the spikes forming leaving small gaps to see through, not enough to move through.

Description: The most rudimentary technique of the element. By focusing Gunpowder chakra throughout the body and/or surrounding ground, the user is able to create tools and constructs made of Gunpowder. These can range from kunais to full length swords and spears for close combat. It may also include different traps such as rising gunpowder from beneath the enemy similarly to the water imprisonment technique. This also includes pillars, walls and other complex constructs. Whenever the user is in physical contact with his creations, he can at will make it change its shape and form; from a sword to a spear or a pillar to an orb etc. (this does not include rank of the jutsu which remains the same no matter what the technique morphs into). The techniques vary in size and power depending on the amount of chakra utilized, where the S-rank version of this technique allows someone to make jutsus as big as the canon ‘Destructive Earth Rising Pillars’. However when these constructs come into contact with any form of fire or an element that can create heat or a flame, these constructs explode immediately. The user can at will cause a weapon in his hand or any construct on the field, which he has made through this jutsu, to immediately explode, through the use of a handseal. The user can make multiple objects but the power is divided between them, for example if the user makes two swords with the A rank use, each sword will be B rank in power.
Note:
- S-rank versions can be used 3 times per match.
- A-rank and above of this technique requires a handseal
- Changing shape of a weapon or construct requires a move slot.
- After utilizing the S-rank version you cannot use any A-rank or above Gunpowder techniques the following turn.

Description: The user will slam their hand down on the ground, or their sword, staff, hammer, ect, releasing their chakra all around. This chakra ripples through the earth to mid range around the user like a pebble hitting the water. It creates a 1cm layer of steel 3cm under the earths skin. Creating an almost membrane of steel under the earths skin, unknown the normal ninja, thought doujutsu, sensors ect would know it's their. The name comes from the titan, Atlas whose punishment in mythology was to forever hold up the world. This layer of steel is to have a holding in the ground for the user, which would remain in place as a platform, even if the opponent tried to lower the earth, or drop the ground, giving the user a steady standing. Though if a stronger jutsu was used, it would render the steel useless. Now this steel layer has two additional uses.

First of all the user will have his chakra flowing through the steel like a pressure sensing on the steel, feeling what causes pressure on it at different locations. For example, an opponent running across it. With this the user can do one of two things. The first is to cause the steel to shoot up on the spot of pressure, protruding a sword like spike 1ft above the ground at the point of pressure in reaction. So if it was a foot, i would impale the foot.

The second is instead of spike the user can have the steel take a volcano like effect, errupting outwards and upwards, creating an upwards pushing force. This force would push up on the point of pressure, so if it was a foot stood on it would would release a mini burst under the foot lifting the target into the air. This wouldn't damage them, it would just throw them of and distract them, a explosion type effect of pushing, without a damaging explosion.

The user must state which effect will be lying within the layer when he makes the jutsu, it can only be the use of spikes, or the upwards thrust. This lasts for that use of the jutsu only and they can switch which variation they use. While this layer is in place it can be hard for an opponent to use earth in the ground, but due to it's thin layer, it will only stop B rank and below earth from that area, dpending on how the jutsu works. A ranks would push through this steel, or like a swamp would cause the steel to sink if the same size.

Note: Useable three times lasting 4 turns. Two turns between uses.

Description: The user will enhance their hearing by infusing his ears with sound chakra. Then, by utilizing chakra and enfacing his lungs, the user will be able to control the frequency and intensity of the sound emitted from his simple breathing. This low frequency, inaudible sound is passively emitted and has no effect other than emerging from him and bouncing off of objects. Using the enhanced hearing, the user is able to know where everything is around them, effectively creating a sonar effect through the rebound and reflection of sound waves. The hearing and the sonar effect is precise enough so that one can effectively use it to substitute one's vision in battle if needed. Despite being very effective, specially if the user has any of his other senses hindered, it also leaves the user vulnerable to sound genjutsu or sound attacks which will be much more drastic in its effects.

Tengen finds himself facing off with a mysterious man in the middle of the woods, and thus, passively activates his sound sensing just in case this guy was up to no good. Sooner than later the mysterious man's intention were revealed. After he waved two handseals, the Voidseer heard the ground within his surroundings erupt and was now faced with a plethora of spikes coming at him from all sides. In response to the ground erupting, Tengen surges his lightning chakra throughout his body creating vortex of electricity that quickly envelops him before continuing forwards towards the man. The lightning jutsu allowed Tengen to defend himself and attack all within one move.
(Raiton: Rairyu no Tatsumaki) - Lightning Release: Thunder Dragon Tornado

The vortex will take on the form of a dragon’s head and will grow to then shoot forward and cover the area in front of them. Vlad would see his spikes over come but he would not fret, he stood proud as the lightning was unleashed upon him. His foe would see the lightning hit it's mark but not having the impact he intended. Instead the lightning would all be drawn in to a generator on Vlad's chest, making his foe's powerful lightning his own tool. As the lightning is drawn in, Vlad would hold up his right hand, using the chakra that had just been absorbed into his generator, Theoi Meteoroi, to activate the Boreas gauntlet. This would activate the turbine in the gauntlet to create a blast of pure force, smashing into his foe who now approached him (A rank damage like your lightning).

Description: This is a unique generator fitted to the users chest the size of a small golf ball. From this, several wires are wrapped around the users body, two going over his shoulders joining at his back, one down each of his arms and one down each of they legs, attached to their body. This generator was specifically designed as a method to draw in, absorb, and store lightning to use it as a source for a later use. In a similar method to the absorption arm, but on a weaker scale, the user will activate the device in an instant as a lightning technique is released towards them. As it is, this lightning will be drawn into the wires and channeled through into the generator on the users chest that will glow blue. This generator has a maximum capacity of storing S rank lightning or jutsu that equilateral to S rank lightning (A rank + A rank). Once stored the user can then activate the generator, releasing the lightning from it, releasing the lightning through the wires with his chakra control to use it as his own weapon now. It can be channeled around their entire body through the wires for a quick defense or to a specific point like one of their legs, to be released with a kick or stomp, or even be released to add to another jutsu such as a water jutsu. To release the lightning it will cost 10 chakra points and count as one of the users 3 moves per turn, releasing the power that had previously been absorbed.

Note: Can only absorb once per turn, storing up to a maximum of S rank power. It costs a move per turn to absorb a technique using the same amount of chakra to absorb as the jutsu it's absorbing.

Description: This technology is a special pair of gauntlets that were designed to work with Theoi Meteoroi. They can be connected to Theoi Meteoroi through the wires that are spread over the users body. They are made of a material that grows or shrinks should the users body change shape or side, like akimichi style techniques for example. At the center of the gloves, around the users palm is a small generator that's light blue in colour. These can be used as a medium to draw in lightning really for the abilities of Theoi Meteoroi, drawing the lightning in through the gloves and channeling it through the wires into the generator. These gloves have their own unique trait. Through either chakra being released into them or by using the energy stored within Theoi Meteoroi from a previous use, the user can release a burst or stream of energy form their gloves, in the form of a pushing force. This pushing force is created by the center of the generator rotating at rapid speeds pushing outwards and the user directing it, much like the leaf dragon god technique, instead of the user having to spin to create the momentum, the workings of the technology does it for them. This can can released in mid scale linear blasts that reach up to mid range, playing on equal terms with elements. The other method of this is the user can release it as a sustained focussed stream of pushing force that they can maintain, acting like a mini wind turbine within the gloves. These abilities can be released in one of two ways. Description: The user charges sound chakra into each of their hands and slams them together, creating a sound similar to two heavy golden cymbals crashing together. As the hands slam together, it releases a high pitched, high frequency sound wave, resonating in the enemies ear, and causing muscle paralysis upon hearing it. As the loud sound happens, it creates an echoing amongst the field, trapping any who hear it under paralysis, causing slight pain to them, causing their ear drums to bleed. Paralysis lasts one turn but the user cannot use any other sound techniques for 2 turns after using it
Tengen would immediately follow up by waving 1 handseal as he inhales deeply, his chest expanding as a result, before releasing 8 large fireballs into the skies above. Each fire ball was 4m in volume and upon contact would explode increasing its volume by an additional 2m. One fireball fell directly above the man while two fell 4m to his left, right, back, and one 4m to his front. The fireballs that fell in pairs would be 4m apart from each other (Ex. one 4m to his left and the second 4m from the first)

These fireballs have explosive and concussive abilities, similar to other fire techniques.

Just be careful with the TF as well man. The arm was raised for my attack as i drew in the lightning, if you strike before that, you break the TF. Then even if you paralyse me, the arms is raised so you didn't actually stop the attack from my glove, as the fire you tried to use comes from the sky, not direct.

The man would raise his arm causing a wall of steel to erect in front of himself, and while the wall rose, Tengen would wave 1 handseal casting an illusion on his foe.

His opponent would suddenly lose balance as the ground suddenly breaks, sending the man plummeting down through the sky which rests underneath his previous location. He would then hit the ground of the world below, immobilized, revealing a landscape of trees, grass, and rocks made of reflecting glass. His own reflection of probable despair would be reflected unto himself from all facets before everything collapses into millions of glass shards that comes crashing down upon the man as a raging ocean that relentlessly tears and cuts into his flesh. In reality the man would stand idle with his hand risen, unable to thrust it forwards to perform his second technique due to his immobility.

Description: After weaving the needed hand signals (Tiger → Horse), the user will have placed the opponent under an illusion. Once the target enters the genjutsu, they are thrown into a landscape of trees, grass, and rocks made of mirrors. The target hits the ground and is unable to move. After a few moments, the landscape, including the mirror sky, is broken into an innumerable mass of shards that cascade upon the target like an avalanche. Upon the shards crashing upon them, the shards become a raging ocean, tearing and cutting into the opponent relentlessly. Finally, once the target is rendered a bloody mess, the genjutsu ends and the target suffers immense mental fatigue.

After the 2nd handseal is waved the surface beneath Tengen's opponent would break apart into a deep pit of mud that extends mid.range in depth and 14m in radius, stopping right before the Voidseer. The range of the pit would cause the immobilized man's own wall of steel to fall backwards upon himself adding to the dire situation he was already in.

Description: The user will first perform Boar → Tiger and then by changing the surface of an object beneath an enemy into mud and creating a non flammable swamp, the user can sink his enemy into the mud. The adhesive, chakra-infused mud ensnares the enemy's body, making it almost impossible to recover one's strength and escape from the swamp. The size and depth of the created swamp depends on the user's skill and the amount of chakra used, but if the user is an expert in this technique, it will always be possible to make a thick, newer impossible to move in swamp which is extremely effective against a great number of enemies or when having to face gigantic creatures.

As Vlad is pushed down to the ground he is tired of messing around. Before the area around him can attack him he reluctantly fully activates his curse mark level 2, releasing a mass surge of chakra into his body while changing his appearance, his skin going dark completely as he grows large bat like wings, his fangs grow sharper and his nails sharper. As he activates this, the wings lift him into the air as his plan was to overcome what was binding him and fly up away from the surroundings but as he does this the illusion is broken leaving him in his CM level 2, flying in the air:

Description: After opening the first level of the seal, the user forcefully opens the seal completely, unleashing the full extent of Senjutsu Chakra contained in it which floods his body. Because this Senjutsu Chakra is raw and is fueled by the enzymes extracted from Jugo's DNA, the user will experience a physical transformation unique to him. As the seal opens, the previous black markings glow almost like fire and grow covering the user completely. As the transformation ends, his skin gains a grayish tone, his sclera becomes black and his eyes change in shape. The transformation is unique from user to user but always has some animalistic feature to it. While active, the seal actively consumes the users chakra in order to produce and fuel Senjutsu Chakra into his body. This causes all of his Ninjutsu and Taijutsu to use this Senjutsu chakra until the pool is gone. While in this state, the user gains +30 damage to his elemental Ninjutsu and +20 to his Taijutsu. His speed likewise increases, gaining a notable speed increase. Once it deactivates ( regardless of being willed or timing out ), it leaves the user unable to mold chakra above A-Rank or use Taijutsu and related fields above A-Rank for 2 turns. After those 2 turns, the user regains some of his ability to mold chakra, with each turn increasing by one the rank of chakra he can mold.
Note: Lasts until chakra runs out or the user deactivates it, whichever is sooner.

As he's lifted into the air by his wings the swamp means nothing to him. Instead he uses his new found power to try and end the fight. He will unleash a large tornado of steel forwards that is both empowered by his natural affinity and his curse mark sending it towards his foe with devastating force as he remains flying in the air. Should his foe try to dodge he will just have it follow them. The tornado being 10m wide:

Description: This is one of the more basic applications of steel release. The uses will release their chakra into the ground peforming one handseal create a large volume of steel blades 1inch in diameter. The do this as they use chakra control to apply the same application as wind release to make the blades spin rapidly forming a large tornado of rotating razor blades. The user can control the direction of these tornadoes with hand gestures or just release them in a chosen direction or area which they will then maintain themselves for one turn. They can make up to 4 tornadoes but the power will be divided by them (1=A, 2=B, 4=C). The width of these are up to 10m if one tornado is made, if two the size is divided by two so each will be 5 meters, and if divided into 4, they will be 2.5 meters each. This can also easily be made by breaking down current steel release jutsu the user has made or are void of chakra and break them down into the blades to for the tornado.

Before the area around him can attack him he reluctantly fully activates his curse mark level 2, releasing a mass surge of chakra into his body while changing his appearance, his skin going dark completely as he grows large bat like wings, his fangs grow sharper and his nails sharper. As he activates this, the wings lift him into the air as his plan was to overcome what was binding him and fly up away from the surroundings but as he does this the illusion is broken leaving him in his CM level 2, flying in the air:

Description: After opening the first level of the seal, the user forcefully opens the seal completely, unleashing the full extent of Senjutsu Chakra contained in it which floods his body. Because this Senjutsu Chakra is raw and is fueled by the enzymes extracted from Jugo's DNA, the user will experience a physical transformation unique to him. As the seal opens, the previous black markings glow almost like fire and grow covering the user completely. As the transformation ends, his skin gains a grayish tone, his sclera becomes black and his eyes change in shape. The transformation is unique from user to user but always has some animalistic feature to it. While active, the seal actively consumes the users chakra in order to produce and fuel Senjutsu Chakra into his body. This causes all of his Ninjutsu and Taijutsu to use this Senjutsu chakra until the pool is gone. While in this state, the user gains +30 damage to his elemental Ninjutsu and +20 to his Taijutsu. His speed likewise increases, gaining a notable speed increase. Once it deactivates ( regardless of being willed or timing out ), it leaves the user unable to mold chakra above A-Rank or use Taijutsu and related fields above A-Rank for 2 turns. After those 2 turns, the user regains some of his ability to mold chakra, with each turn increasing by one the rank of chakra he can mold.
Note: Lasts until chakra runs out or the user deactivates it, whichever is sooner.

As he's lifted into the air by his wings the swamp means nothing to him. Instead he uses his new found power to try and end the fight. He will unleash a large tornado of steel forwards that is both empowered by his natural affinity and his curse mark sending it towards his foe with devastating force as he remains flying in the air. Should his foe try to dodge he will just have it follow them. The tornado being 10m wide:

Description: This is one of the more basic applications of steel release. The uses will release their chakra into the ground peforming one handseal create a large volume of steel blades 1inch in diameter. The do this as they use chakra control to apply the same application as wind release to make the blades spin rapidly forming a large tornado of rotating razor blades. The user can control the direction of these tornadoes with hand gestures or just release them in a chosen direction or area which they will then maintain themselves for one turn. They can make up to 4 tornadoes but the power will be divided by them (1=A, 2=B, 4=C). The width of these are up to 10m if one tornado is made, if two the size is divided by two so each will be 5 meters, and if divided into 4, they will be 2.5 meters each. This can also easily be made by breaking down current steel release jutsu the user has made or are void of chakra and break them down into the blades to for the tornado.

Description: A very simple yet powerful paralysis genjutsu. The user will cast an illusion which sole purpose is to restrict and paralyze he target. The technique can be cast on more than one opponent at a time, though with the cost of power. The stronger the user is in genjutsu determines how strong their technique is. Non-genjutsu specialists can only cast only use the C-ranked version of this technique and use it on up to two others making the hold D-rank for each individual person. Users with genjutsu as their secondary specialty can use the B-ranked version of this technique and cast the jutsu on a maximum of three people. Users with genjutsu as their primary specialty can use the A-ranked version of this technique and cast the technique on a maximum of three people. Members who specialize in genjutsu are immune to this technique being placed upon them on others with a lower skill level than them; i.e a users with a secondary specialty can't use this on a primary specialist, only those of equivalent rank or lower can be caught with this technique.
Tengen would then continue onwards by waving two handseals as he channels his chakra into the earth below his target. After the 2nd handseal is waved the surface beneath Tengen's opponent would break apart into a deep pit of mud that extends mid.range in depth and 14m in radius, stopping right before the Voidseer. The range of the pit would cause the demonic, immobilized man's own wall of steel to fall backwards upon himself adding to the dire situation he was already in.
( Doton: Yomi Numa ) - Earth Style: Swamp of the Underworld

Description: The user will first perform Boar → Tiger and then by changing the surface of an object beneath an enemy into mud and creating a non flammable swamp, the user can sink his enemy into the mud. The adhesive, chakra-infused mud ensnares the enemy's body, making it almost impossible to recover one's strength and escape from the swamp. The size and depth of the created swamp depends on the user's skill and the amount of chakra used, but if the user is an expert in this technique, it will always be possible to make a thick, newer impossible to move in swamp which is extremely effective against a great number of enemies or when having to face gigantic creatures.
Note: A rank use can extend up to mid range and will cause a target to become engulfed after one turn and suffocate after taking 60 damage per turn.
