Was told we are making the first move. u.u Velvet is wearing the Twin Dragon Rings with the Absorption ring on her left ring finger, and the Release ring on her right index finger. She also has two barnacle shells attached to her back, one located at the base of her spine and one located right between her two shoulder blades. Both are hidden by her jacket and long hair. Gaara has Incarnation of Sand Gourd on his back.

Description: Twin Dragon Rings are two almost identical rings which are made of solid, indestructible, coil-patterned gray material, with respective colored gems in the middle. One ring's gem has a dark/red pigment, whereas the other one has a light blue/light yellow shade. The gems are surrounded by two dragons facing the opposite of each other. It is said that they originate from an isolated region of the ninja world. The person who has created them remains a mystery, but legend says that he died upon finishing creating those. In the last moments of his life, he gifts them to his two twin sons. The sons, however, became corrupted with power and started using them for bad deeds. Eventually, they would confront each other and have a death-match. At the end of the fight, both brothers fell lifeless, however, the rings respectively on their fingers remained shiny. The twins' corpses started to rot, but nature had no effect on such rings. People would also not near the rings because they believed they would cast a curse upon you. That said, the rings have remained untouched for ages. During his travels, Feitan got to find about these rings. Without worrying about anything, he would take a hold of the two rings. Studying them, he realized that these could be used to amplify his main ability; Dark Release. With that in mind, he began working on these rings and would put them on.
The main thing Feitan noticed about these two rings, is that both rings were always ready to give the user extra chakra when needed. Making use of this feature, Feitan manipulated these rings to amplify his Dark Release techniques. The dark/red ring, he would name it the "Absorption" ring, and the light blue/yellow one, he would name it the "Release" ring. The rings also have the ability to sense any kind of chakra or energy, both techniques and beings alike (people, summons, clones, etc). The mechanism of this lies within the rings constantly releasing dark chakra waves omnidirectionally, similar to Revival Fist technique. However, unlike the actual technique, these shock waves are harmless. These shockwaves are invisible and act like detectors and sonars, but will take 5 chakra points every turn from the user. Though, this is only a small part of what the rings are capable of. The main abilities of them are divided into two parts, "Absorption" and "Release".
"Absorption" ring
This is the dark/red ring. This ring will grant him the ability to enforce absorption-related techniques. The most common example will be the Inhaling Maw technique. Whenever it is used, the ring will glow in its respective colors and assist in increasing its rank by one, thus allowing the user to absorb stronger techniques. These will include S-rank Wind/Lightning/Fire techniques, F-rank raw chakra and B-rank water. It has no effect on earth techniques. The rank won't increase for S Rank or above techniques of this kind. However, the user will spend less chakra (specifically -10) when performing said techniques without weakening them.
"Release" ring
This is the light blue/yellow ring. This ring amplifies release-based techniques. Whenever these kinds of techniques are used, the ring will glow in its respective colors and enforce said technique by increasing its rank by one, making them greater and stronger. This ring won't have effect on S Rank or above techniques of this kind. Regardless, the user will spend less chakra (specifically -10) when performing said techniques without weakening them.

Description:
From the very body of The Gravemind (Sprout the Gravemind Summon) it's flesh is in the control of a Rhizecephalia Parasitic type barnacle which manipulates the flesh to it's entirety, this is normally called a Kōzui. In this case these Kōzui are personal to the user and are seemingly trapped inside an ordinary sized Acorn Barnacle shells which are attached to the user's body due to the way Barnacles permanently attach to surfaces. The user channels chakra into the Shell on their body and the Kozui will pop out (like they are growing out from it) and have a humanoid shape, they can take the form of a Human if they so wish, a realistic transformation very similar to the Shadow Mirror Body Change Method with clothes and all. The "Zombie" can be spawned with a weapon each made of Calcite Shell, and can be any weapon the user desires - they're just an ordinary weapon.
The Kōzui have a very strong resistance to ordinary weapons and taijutsu, anything powered with chakra would hurt the Rhizecephalia normally and being sliced in half with an ordinary blade would still cause the drawbacks of having no legs for example, however the Kōzui can still move and drag themselves with their hands. Kōzui can still feel pain and can break out of genjutsu through pain, however they cannot really be crippled by it (Fore example pain so severe it would paralyze them or stun them). Kōzui can perform Ordinary Strong-Fist Taijutsu up to B-Rank and can use Legs of the Thoracica and Body of the Thoracica, the Kōzui also Wield Gadget Barnacles.
The Rhizecephalia act as travelling companions and last indefinitely on the field upon summoning, when they take D-Rank Ninjutsu Damage they will disperse from the battlefield back into their shells. They usually come in pairs, but each use of this Technique is a single seperate Kozui and so the user can have up to two of these on their bio - each being different.

(Suna no Keshin) - Incarnation of Sand

Description: The Incarnation of Sand is a special gourd developed by the first Jinchuuriki of Shukaku, Bunpuki. The Gourd was constructed for the very purpose to aid any and all Sand users on the orders of the First Kazekage. Physically, the Gourd is the same in appearance as the Gourd normally worn by Gaara, with the only difference being that the Gourd predates Gaara's Gourd by more than a hundred years. The Gourd serves to imbue elemental chakra into Gaara's sand, and infuse with it, allowing the Sand to gain multiple new properties; each depending on which element was infused with the Sand. Therefore, it allows the user of the Gourd to access five different abilities, related to the five basic elemental natures. The Gourd passively releases chakra that it absorbs from the user into the surroundings and imbues all of the sand in the vicinity (upto 10m) with the chakra. As such, it grants the user the power to apply the abilities of the Gourd upon Sand from the vicinity.
Wrath of Vulcan
This ability involves the user infusing Katon chakra with their Sand. It results in the sand heating up, and causes the sand to deliver first-degree burns to anything that it comes into contact with; with the user himself being the only exception. Unlike Red Sand, the sand does not become non-polar, nor is it hydrophobic. As such, the ability does not grant normal Sand to obtain Red Sand abilities at all, with the normal sand heating up due to the Katon infusion being the only similarity; that too to much lesser degree than the Red Sand. However, the true purpose of this infusion lies in the fact that infusing the chakra with the Sand alters the interaction of Fiery Sand with the Basic Five Elements. By invoking this ability, it allows the Sand to overpower Fire, Earth as well as Wind. Sand however continues to remain weak to Lightning, and becomes twice as weak to Water.
Temperance of Poseidon
This ability involves the user infusing Suiton chakra with their Sand. It results in the sand becoming mushy and clay-like, clumping together, sticking to anything in comes into contact with; with the user himself being the only exception. These new characteristics of the sand are based on a technique utilized by Gaara, Little Quicksand Waterfall Flow and as such depend upon the concept of quicksand existing as a variant of Sand. It can also be used as a medium to conduct Lightning. However, the true purpose of this infusion lies in the fact that infusing the chakra with the quicksand alters the interaction of Sand with the Basic Five Elements. By invoking this ability, it allows the Sand to become twice as strong to Fire and makes Water neutral to the Sand. The Sand however also loses its advantage over Earth, becoming neutral to Earth as well. Wind and Lightning continue to maintain their positions, being neutral and strong to the Sand respectively.
Pride of Zeus
This ability involves the user infusing Raiton chakra with their Sand. It results in the sand being coated with the users chakra, allowing the sand to conduct Raiton and imbue itself with a current of unfocused Lightning, and numbs anything that the sand comes into contact with; with the user himself being the only exception. These new characteristics of the sand are based on a technique utilized by Gaara, Sand Lightning Needles which showcase and prove the ability to infuse Sand with Lightning. However, the true purpose of this infusion lies in the fact that infusing the chakra with the Sand alters the interaction of Lightning Sand with the Basic Five Elements. By invoking this ability, it allows the Sand to retain its advantage over Fire and becomes twice as strong to Earth. The Sand also becomes neutral to Lightning, however it results in the Sand becoming weak to Wind. Water continues to retains its position, being strong to the Sand.
Mercy of Hera
This ability involves the user infusing Doton chakra with their Sand. It results in the sand gaining earth-like properties, and allows the user to even utilize the Sand as a medium to conduct Earth Release Techniques. However, the true purpose of this infusion lies in the fact that infusing the chakra with the Sand alters the interaction of Earthen Sand with the Basic Five Elements. By invoking this ability, it allows the Sand to retain its advantage over Fire and Earth. The Sand continues to be neutral to Wind, but also becomes neutral to Water as well. It comes at a cost however, with Lightning becoming twice as strong to Sand.
Greed of Boreas
This ability involves the user infusing Fuuton chakra with their Sand. It results in the sand becoming 2x as fast as Gaara's normal sand, and imbues Fuuton abilities to the Sand. The ability does not lighten the Sand at all, and the Sand continues to maintain the same impact force. However, the true purpose of this infusion lies in the fact that infusing the chakra with the Sand alters the interaction of Sand with the Basic Five Elements. By invoking this ability, it allows the Sand to retain its advantage over Earth, and makes Lightning neutral to the Sand. The Sand however also loses its advantage over Fire, becoming neutral to Fire as well. Wind and Water continue to maintain their positions, being neutral and strong to the Sand respectively.
Note: Infusing the Sand with an element is passive and part of the same timeframe, however it costs as a move slot upon activation.
Note: The user can passively maintain any ability for as long as he chooses, until he decides to either deactivate the technique or infuse the Sand with another element.

The field was gloomy and dark as the rain clouds above blanketed the skies blocking out any kind of chance for the sun to shine through. Out on the field stood four people. On one side of the rainy field stood a grown man and a kid while opposite of those two stood a woman and young adult. It would seem that the four of them were brought here for a reason and that was to fight. The young adult who goes by Gaara scanned over the man and kid while his partner who goes by Velvet does the same. Both Velvet and Gaara stand side by side at five meters apart, Gaara on the left and Velvet on the right. As they look over the two and the surroundings as well, the two rings that Velvet is wearing give out invisible pulses that cover the entire field allowing her to sense everything. Both watching their opponent's carefully and their surroundings sand from Gaara's gourd pours out and down his back out of sight from the enemy and into the ground, deep into the ground as it begins to churn up the dirt turning it to sand, while Gaara releases his chakra all throughout the air causing the rain and the rain clouds to disappear, bringing the sun out. This would make things a lot easier for him to perform his sand attacks later on without them being hindered by the rain. At the same time this is happening Velvet rolls a flash bomb down the back of her leg out of sight from the enemy as it goes off blinding the two of them. The moment it goes off Velvet slams her right palm onto the ground sending her dark chakra into the ground underneath the kid and as she does so the ring on her right hand activates increasing the power of her attack. This causes the dark orb that has formed under the kid to become larger, two meters larger in fact. Simultaneously, Gaara dashes to his left while forming a quick hand-seal thanks to his specialty in wind causing the air around both the grown man and the kid to compress, binding the both of them in place in a near-invisible sphere of wind. As the wind sphere forms Velvet makes a single seal causing the large orb underneath the boy to explode causing intense light blue flames to erupt upwards, and because of the increase in power and size thanks to her ring and thanks to the wind sphere trapping both the boy and man the flames would also reach the man as well, not just the boy. If they manage to get hit by the blue flames it would be over in an instant as these flames not only cause sever burns on the outside of their bodies but will also cause internal damage as well.

Description: Superheating the surrounding air in the atmosphere to the levels of heat found in the desert, the user causes a drought by preventing clouds condensing and falling as rain. Description: Terrestrial Breaker is a prime example of how a simple Dark technique can become lethal. The user slams either palm on the ground and sends Dark chakra underground. Via using shape manipulation, he will manifest said chakra in the form of a basketball sized purple dark orb which will lie inches underneath the ground's surface. The lethality of this technique depends on how long the orb will stay active. Each turn, this orb will absorb the target's chakra and any absorbable technique they use (only underground related techniques; following Dark's elemental S/W). The longer this orb stays active, the more it will absorb and this will result in a more powerful release. Once this orb absorbs chakra it will turn into light blue color, associated with flames. The diameter of the orb increases by 2 meters every time it increases in rank, as the main point of it is to absorb chakra in order to make itself stronger and bigger. The surface of the earth will start to gain a light blue glow, once this orb absorbs chakra. The blue shade is faint at first, but it becomes vivid once the rank of the orb increases. At will, with a single hand seal by the user, he'll trigger the orb and make it explode in an extensive amount of blue flames which will cause internal and external burns to anything caught in it. The explosion leaves a crater behind, its size depending on how strong the release was. This orb increases by one rank every turn (it's C-Rank on the first turn, B-Rank on the next) up to a maximum of S-Rank and it can only be detonated once it's at least B-Rank in power.

Description:
An advanced futon technique that is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of air. The user sends chakra into the air around the opponent(s). Then, the user preforms two hand-seals and causes the air around the opponent/opponents to compress around them, binding them encase them in a near-invisible spherical prison of wind trapping them and restricting their movements. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the density of the air. Because of the density of the air it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself. While active, the user cant preform any hand-seals. The technique last 1 turn maximum and user must wait two turns before each use.

As Sasuke and Keji travel toward the soon to be battle grounds, they instinctually keep their distance between one another, after all, nothing would get past their eyes, so they do this to avoid taking the chance of being on the receiving end of a large scale jutsu meant to harm them both. As they approach their final destination with Sasuke in front mid range from his opponents and Keji mid range behind Sasuke and 8m to his right, both scan their opponents with their passively activated dojutsu, with Sasuke's 3 tomoe sharingan and Keji's Byakugan.

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.
Note: Danzo and Kakashi bios activate the Sharingan by removing the covers in their respective eyes and suffer a +10 chakra consumption per turn penalty

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Byakugan is the dōjutsu kekkei genkai of the Hyūga and Ōtsutsuki clans, inherited from Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. Bearers of this Dõjutsu have almost featureless white eyes. When the Byakugan is activated, the user's pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge as the blood flow to their eyes is increased. While having the Byakugan deactivated, shinobi with have a normal eyesight and no special addition to their vision. While low rank Hyugas will need to perform a sequence of hand seals ( Horse → Tiger with lifting just index fingers → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Snake with the right index finger lifted straight up) to activate their Byakugan, Hyuga masters and Otsutsuki clan members will be able to do so without the need for any hand seals and even have it active passively for long periods of time. Once activated, the user gains access to all of the abilities the Byakugan bestows upon them. While, like other Dojutsu, its main ability is to see chakra and the chakra flow in sentient beings, the Byakugan adds a complete new detail and dimension to that ability. Not only can they see chakra flow, but also the circulatory system and even the 361 tenketsu (even of their own). Added to this ability, once activated the Byakugan grants the user a near perfect field of vision 360º around himself (up to long-range if they're a master). This field of vision has only one blind spot; slightly above the 3rd thoracic vertebrae and facing backwards. The last ability the Byakugan has is the ability to zoom in and out, focusing on specific things, piercing beyond matter and energy alike. This specific ability allows the user to see pass most barriers as well as physical matter (like rock walls, ground, etc) but also energy, being able to focus beyond chakra that might be in front of them or other energies. The zooming ability is enhanced as the user becomes more adept at using his eyes and can even reach distances above 20kms away.
Note: For Hyugas, activation spends a move from the users own move count but once the user reaches Sannin Rank and has gained mastery over Gentle Fist for 1 month, he can activate it passively without spending a move. Because of its low chakra cost to maintain, the user can keep it active throughout the whole fight as long as he has chakra and stamina to do so.
Note: Genjutsu that requires Eye Contact when used against a Byakugan user requires direct eye contact between enemy pupil and user's pupil

The pair quickly notice when their opponent's chakra fill the atmosphere and cause a dispersing of the rain clouds, prompting them into action. Hearing the the roll of the flash bomb, Sasuke raises his arms over his eyes to block the ligt, with Keji doing the same due to seeing minute details of the flash before it happened. The difference between the two being that once Sasuke raises his arm, he would be placing the male on their side under an illusion. While under this illusion, his world would grow dark, with the only viable thing being a mass of black that grows to great heights and bears a 3 tomoe sharingan. As the illusion would continue, the figure would sprout black threads that would wrap the man up, paralyzing him for a while.
As this happens, Kejis Byakugan would pick up on the mass of chakra being built under Sasuke. Yelling Move!, Keji warns Sasuke of the impending attack as he concentrates his earth chakra under Sasuke. Sasuke immediately jumps and rolls 10m to the right as Keji forms a landslide by slamming his palms on the ground to loosen the earth in that area. This landslide would carry the mass of chakra directly back at the pair, the female to be specific. Whether from her own jutsu, or the incoming landslide, the girl was definitely in trouble now.
Immediately after looking up from his roll, Sasuke would form a single handseal to concentrate his fire chskra, and proceeds to fire a very wide flame thrower meant on burning both of his opponents alive as the deal with their respective problems.

Description: The user will cast a Genjutsu upon the target in which they will see a shadowy figure appear infront of them bearing the Sharingan and then the figure will grow to an enormous size over shadowing the target in pitch-black darkness. The figure will then grab hold of the target and then will cover them in black threads, leaving them paralyzed for a period of time. (This was shown by sasuke against Shi)
