There are just so many things why OP is better and I'm too tired to mention 'em all so just watch it and you'll see for yourself...
(Just bite through the first few episodes, I hated OP until like ep 30-40, the more you watch the more you'll love it)

For me Naruto was the best I've ever seen.. until the war..
One Piece was for me very hard to watch because in the first 200 episodes there weren't much good battles and their were so many boring chapters but when they get too water 7 things are starting to get fun to watch and right now I am around episode 440 so the war will start soon and at the moment i like OP more then Naruto!
