Yeeeah I've never really given it a go or even a thought about it but years ago I got my best friend into naruto and a few months back he started one piece and won't stop telling me to start it.

I gotta say it is pretty good.

They aren't bandwagoners. A bandwagoner would be someone who hears a friend say OP sucks or is good, then they start saying it too just because they heard them say it.

Let me explain you a thing. There's a concept called fame. OP gets increasingly more famous. More fame brings more notoriety. The more notorious, the more people pay attention. The more people pay attention, the more people that start to like it and become fans. This is natural, this is how everything works. Instead of calling new fans bandwagoners, why don't you welcome them? Be glad more people is giving Oda and his work the recognition it deserves. "Bandwagoners"....

What I know will become a fact,if this keep on going,i.e. people will post predictions,theories,etc. and at some point in future when things won't go acc. to them,they'll start *****ing as usual,pretty much like in Naruto's case. Onepiece is still at its middle,so ofcourse it's full of mystery,like when Naruto was (probably when Itachi's truth,Sasuke vs Itachi,Pain vs Jiraya,etc. took place,but at the end of the day,every manga has to end and mysteries were to be dissolved at some point,and that's where the whinners will start and ruin even this awesome manga,for themselves and the threads will be full of it.....

OT - It's funny and childish,but as they say entertainment sells so......And yeah,it's a good read tbh,as well,for those who like adventurous and comedy entertainment. The past of characters which had the tendency of becoming a very sad past or full of emotions look like a joke,but since it's a comedy adventure as of start,it suits the manga I guess.

To the people who love serious entertainment,dark mystery and sadness factor,which is always there in life,meaning those who want to experience how the true world works,this is definitely not for them. Trust me,maybe that's the reason why I prefer Naruto to Onepiece more.

Skypiea isn't that bad... Although the only noteworthy new characters were Wiper ,Enel and Ohm.

There's a big difference: Kishi's a crap writer and a good drawer. Oda is a crap drawer and incredible writer. Although Oda's art is improving. What happened with Naruto won't happen with One Piece.

You can't describe One Piece in one line. As it does have great action, variety and originality as well as being very thought provoking at times. And that's just scratching the surface.

I honestly don't know how I feel about this, I like the real OP fans (I consider myself one, loved it for 10 years) who appreciate the little things Oda puts everywhere, the details you just do not get in the other manga, but some of the fans, the ones that just jumped on because OP is ''becoming popular'' and have the attention span of 1 fight arc, they don't care about all those amazing details and wonderful story connections Oda does in every single chapter, they just b??ch about wanting a new MF, we don't need that kind of fans

One piece is the complete opposite of naruto....

One piece started bad....now its freaking awesome.

One piece just has too much going on, a lot of adventuring, forshadowing and great storytelling, a lot of characters that play a vital role(not just 2), that gives fans more of a chance to relate and attach to certain characters.

Not only that, but there is also development for all these characters, unlike other mangas, in which only the protagonist and antagonist develop.
