In the recent chapter they were talking about laws df and they said it was the second fruit to help with disease. What is the other df they were referring to? Have they already shown the other df?

Not certain, I think it depends on a devil fruit's ability in collaboration with the user like luffy's devil fruit coupled with luffy's immense will power allowed him to survive the deadliest of diseases. And law's devil fruit coupled with law's expertise in the medical field makes law capable to cure VIRTUALLY any disease.

Speaking of its previous eaters, what if Dr. Kureha was given eternal life by one of them? Drum Island is known for its great doctors, after all. I like the thought, to be honest.
Yes, i prefer such theory too. Anything related to a great doctor or medical thingy, i always thought of her, even if there's a small chance of it. I assume there's only a few previous users of Ope Ope no Mi ever since it was created, who knows such ability (eternal life) can be used on the user himself, but need some kinda technique to do it that not everyone was fully informed about it.
