A lot of people are saying so. I'm 99.9% sure that there's no chapter this week. If you don't see the raw/spoilers up on mangabird's site by tonight then most likely there's no chapter. I don't believe that WSJ put off the OP chp. because of Oda's comment. That's like their biggest source of revenue, so it'd be pretty stupid for them to do that. I ain't buying that.
