[Question] OP logic

This is something I never took notice of when it happened and when I was reading some theories regarding Law some said that Law took Luffy's heart when he treated him. But then I thought, how could Luffy use gear 2?
This is my point:
I know Law can remover basically anything as evident when he "swapped souls" and took out all that crap in those kids' bodies, but...... When Law takes someones heart, how do they live? Or more exact, how does their blood stream operate &/ circulate?
So back to the Luffy scenario. If Law did take Luffy's heart as 'precautionary methods' or even for 'insurance' how does Luffy use his 2nd gear?

P.S. I'm not being scientific or anything I'm curios if this is explained in any chapter or even in any SBS.

Luffy can use Gear 2 with his heart out by creating that spring-effect in his body, then propelling the bloods in his veins around his body. In a sense, he became his heart.

As for the survive thing, it's just like when Law cuts off someone's head and they live, its part of his ability.

Law's ability really doesn't kill people. It just mess people up which is hilarious.

It's part of his ability to let the functions of the body intact.And as someone mentioned above I think Chopper would have noticed if Luffy was missing a heart.
I don't feel that this theory is very plausible but I do believe that Law intentionally helped Luffy after the war and set up the whole thing on Punk Hazard to lure Luffy there so he can take advantage of the situation.
