I agree you never said she had the best chakra control, but when one says something is unparalleled it tends to mean it has no equal meaning it is the best.

Definition of unparalleled: Having no parallel or equal. When someone has no equal it means they are the best. Her sensory skills aren't unparalleled

And maybe those character's you listed do stomp her in sensing (most shinobi don't) but until they can sense emotion, village affiliation and honestly/dishonestly she's unappalled and unique.

UNPARALLELED - having no parallel; especially : having no equal or match : unique in kind or quality.
