You do know the Saiyans aren't all strong right? The Saiyans use to fight an advance race (who were built like regular humans) who used guns and such to fight them and the Saiyans needed to go ape form to beat them. Ape form is a 10x power increase. Frieza was born with the max power level of 120mil unlike any Saiyans, Frieza's dad was probably stronger than Frieza as well. But that's 2 of Frieza's race, the Kai's are all stronger than the average Saiyans too
