Such bad match ups today, dust release > anything. Onoki is capable of flying away from most of Kisame's jutsu and if Kisame doesn't have intel he won't stand much of a chance against this as he's never shown himself to be very fast:
EDIT: Clarifying, the little dot at the end of the gigantic dust release attack that morphed and destroyed the ground around it is Onoki. Bottom panel, ofc.

How the hell are sharks going to do that? Dust release will just blow them away and make the battlefield more messy... :sy:
Even if Kisame had no intel, he would still do slightly alright (but still get powned). And Kisame not fast? Not as fast as Itachi, but fast enough to dodge Bee's Pencil thingys in a split-second...

He didn't dodge it he let one hit him and blocked one with samehada. Blocking and taking one hit definitely wouldn't end well with dust release.
Not sure if that was the pencil or not but regardless Kisame's speed is really sub par, he's almost as slow as Hidan.

My first thought, as in almost all Tsuchikage threads, was dust release. Then I remembered super shark bomb, which can absorb all jutsu. As both techniques are made of chakra, I say the shark bomb absorbs jinton faster than jinton dismembers it (I don't even know if it can do that), as the shark bomb is meant to absorb jutsu like jinton. So I'd have to say Kisame.
