Third Raikage and Onoki take this. They basically replicate the Ay + Onoki combo, and Onoki uses Lightened Boulder to make the Raikage even faster and grant him the ability to fly. Once they are in formation:

-Bijuudamas or GSBs can be dodged at this speed and they fly out of range of the water dome if Kisame decides to use it
-Hell Stab cuts right through V2 cloak and kills Bee - a single swipe already cut off all of Bee's tails
-If Bee goes full BM, Onoki only needs to touch him once and he becomes too heavy to move due to weighted Boulder
-Kisame snf his sharks are finished by Onoki's flying rock golem which can become super heavy or light in an instant if needed

--One TBB is all thats needed from Bee to finish off onoki, and with Kisame being able to absorb the raikages shroud and attack him effectively as well as the fact that water dome can finish off the raikage, means that the duos victory is certain,

--TBB barrages and super TBB can also allow the duo to win

Also I didn't c any restrictions so. Can't raikage use his sealing pot ? With that bee gets soloed simply utter yah fool all the time ...

Kisame needs better partner

While bee is stronger then any of these ppl his biggest asset (going bijuu variations) r his biggest weakness as the raikage can cut of all tails with one stab or onooki simply jintons it it's 2 big too do anything ...... Stat wise or scaling them up towards each other killer bee is stronger then both onooki and raikage (not by much) but onooki logically beats killer bee given a fair distance match up and raikage it will take bee high diff to defeat him (if he can)

Kisame's water dome is not a factor since they can just fly out of range, and Onoki finishes him from a distance with his rock golem.

if they both resort to flying then hachibi blows them up with TBB meaning that they both die,
onoki is not even surviving a bijuu wave

Nope, the raikage is not covering a mountain covering AOE within seconds,
especially when bee can simply aim his TBB near the ground meaning that they both are in it's vicinity

and Lol either the raikage is lightened or he is getting heavier, he is not having both of them active at the same time,
and nothing short of nukite is killing a cloaked bee,

Kisame's water dome is not a factor since they can just fly out of range, and Onoki finishes him from a distance with his rock golem.

Lol his waterdome sucks the raikage dry as kisame would proceed to overwhelm him just how he did to bee,
and Lol if they try to fly then they are just left wide open for a bijuu wave which kills Onoki, followed by a TBB
and with onoki down the raikage gets wrecked

it just gets intercepted by continous TBB or he gets blown away by whirlwind whenever he attempts it, so its just not happening,
