I could see Oonoki taking it with a long-range Jinton. Besides, he has experience fighting EMS(/Rinnegan)-users, so he'd be more prepared for fighting Sasuke than Sasuke'd be for him.

Jinton is so broken to be honest. He can beat damn near anyone that doesn't have abilities to either absorb or escape his dust release.

It could go either way and could easily be argued for either side.

Could go either way but depends on which attack lands first Sasuke's Enton, Amaterasu and Susano'o arrows or Onoki's Jinton. Whoever wins, wins with high diff.
