I assumed he means the explosion from the jinton beam would destroy it not the size of the jinton shape will be same size as the turtle island. Still i guess i shouldn't rely on characters statements since they could be wrong.

I think he can pull off one, and that's prolly it till he recovers his lost chakra, tsunade was low on chakra from releasing the byakugou seal as well as regenerating from multiple attacks and healing others, ohnoki with full chakra might have more chakra than the chakra tsunade gave him, afterall he did some crazy shit (lifting turtle island, fighting deidara, using a stone clone as well as 5 stone clones against muu and using jinton multiple times reducing the weight of a meteor and so on, I think he has the reserve to pull an island level jinton
