Onoki can give anybody the ability to fly, much like himself.
My question is, why didn't he do this to the high level, non fodder ninjas in the war?
Giving shinobi like Darui for example, the ability to fly would be greatly beneficial as they could be completely safe while being airborne yet very effective.
Or even the Kage. Specifically A, Mei, and Tsunade, as Gaara can go airborne on his own. The outcome would most likely be the same, but it could of possibly gave them a better chance of victory as it would make it a lot more difficult for Madara to land a hit. For one, they wouldn't have to deal with the wood clones using susanoo and wasting so much precious chakra.
It also could of made it quite possible for better opening aerial attacks. For example, Tsunade could safely supply Onoki chakra for a giant Jinton or Mei with her Yoton
Well its just a thought people, what do you think?
