Intel: Onoki knows of Orochimaru's reputation as a sannin and his specialization with snake summons. Orochimaru knows Onoki is the tsuchikage and knows the basics behind jinton.
Conditions: Orochimaru is in the same condition as when he fought Hiruzen. Onoki's back will not give out.

Jinton makes all of Orochimaru's regeneration to the point of useless. Doton:Golem manhandles all of his snakes. With the weight variety techniques, he can make Orochimaru's movements useless. Onoki neg diffs him.​

Oh God people...

Jinton GG argument is about as valid as Totsuka GG. Jinton is no way near instant - not even close.

Orochimaru is pretty fast, versatile and smart, he's not going down so easily. To be honest, I think this could go either way; Oro has ways of slipping out of harm's way, including his ability to turn his lower body into a snake which makes him very agile and boosts his speed.

I would have definitely given this to Oonoki provided that Oro didn't have intel on Jinton, but since he does, he knows what to expect. Whatever the outcome, it's a high-diff match.

Good luck for Onoki, trying to land a Jinton on a guy whose lower body allows him to move like snake.

), and even if Onoki somehow manages to touch and increase his weight, Orochimaru simply spits himself out and makes sure he never gets hit again using his more versatile long range arsenal and knowledge.
He can carry out a battle longer than Onoki as well.
