Onoki wins if he can land a Jinton, and I really don't see that as being too difficult. A Jinton laser beam would make it even easier. Meanwhile all Orochimaru has is snakes, that are easily atomized.

Gotta go with this, onoki can get prep time with jinton with the use of rock clones and golems distracting Orochimaru.
