Onoki vs Mei Terumi

Who would win?

Onoki has got Earth, Wind and Fire, plus Dust
Mei has got Earth, Water and Fire, plus Lava and Corrosion/Boil

I think a lot of people underestimate Mei, but still I'm not sure she could beat Onoki. His dust techniques are really fast and she seems to not move very much.

Hmmm this is a tough one most people would probably say onoki because he can she fly towards her and use the dust technique to vaporize her. But I think Mei has a chance of winning too I'll edit my reason why later.

the question is: does Mei have the capacity to dodge/resist some of the dust release attack of Onoki?
