The only way Mei has a chance is if she starts with the Mist technique and that's assuming Oonoki doesn't just fly up into the air and Jinton the entire battle space.

onoki wins before jinton comes into play as he is primarily a ranged earth user & she is primarily a water user.

he will block a water dragon & counter w/ a pincer attack using a giant golem hand coming from ground beneath her.
& whes she counters or evades a rack clone comes out of the ground as well to hit her.

even if U think mei starts w/ mist, colossal earth tech, that will absorb the moisture, still crush her while she tries such telegraphed, plodding dilly-dally...

Jinton is just not necessary here
