Onoki isn't going to risk his jinton being absorbed by GSB so I don't see him using it that much; while Kisame still has access to his entire arsenal. Without jinton, Onoki doesn't have many options here.

I thought Onoki could split his Jinton to let attacks pass through then continue with it? Pretty sure he can avoid GSB in the air and finish his assault.

How come? I'm fairly certain he split his Jinton to allow Meis and Gaaras move to pass through. What will stop him from splitting it to let GSB pass through and reconnect it to end Kisame?

Jinton was never split they were inside of it. Also GSB is to big to be passed through by Oonoki Jinotn by himself. Let's assume he can do this he hits a water clones and waste a shit load of chakra.​

He used Jinton to destroy the 25 Susanoo. He then Split that very same Jinton to allow Water Dragon to Pass through it. Clones won't matter when Onoki can use the sweeping Jinton. He sweeps up the whole battlefield bruh.

Overlapping logic? What is he going to do? Super Jinton which he hasn't shown the feat to do that without help or sweeping Jinton? If he does sweeping Jinton Kisame uses SV and goes underground to evade it.​

Jinton is an external form of chakra. Samehada absorbs it like nothing. All he has to do is cut the middle of the Jinton shape and the justu cant be used.

Samehada can absorb Jinton it'll just take damage. Just like how it absorbed Itachi's katon and still got burned because unlike Preta path Samehada needs contact to w/e it's absorbing.​

Boi yo ass krazy? Tre Mercer already made the point of Katon burning Shark Skin. It needs contact to absorb what it wants and Jinton would kill it and wtf is all of this slicing Jinton down the middle? Onoki can split his Jinton and encase it around Kisame. Game over.

Him splitting his Jinton has nothing to do with having more chakra, thats his mastery and control over the technique, hes simply changing its shape. Shark Skin sticks out of the ground during SV, its upper half gets pulverized to dust and it dies, then Kisame really gets a beat down.

Also Jinton's made of chakra, meaning it reduces shit to nothing with Chakra, which samehada effortlessly absorbs.
